<p><em>College graduates must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit to create job opportunities and reduce unemployment rates. Through entrepreneurship education implemented in almost all majors, students can change their mindset to be more innovative in seeking opportunities. However, in reality, there are still shortcomings in the basic business training provided. In line with the above description, engineering students have great potential in the entrepreneurial world due to the ongoing focus on technology and development. Still, their weakness is that engineering students do not fully understand business fundamentals. Therefore, appropriate training is needed to create a business plan framework. The service method used is lectures and question-and-answer sessions. This training has enabled students to understand entrepreneurship, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, participate in business competencies to hone creative ideas and be able to create job opportunities after graduation.</em></p>

<p><em>Innovative Independent MBKM activities are initiations and efforts to facilitate student learning rights in self-development to improve student competence by skill and knowledge in the fields of Education, Industry, Society, Entrepreneurship, and Research. Students carry out Innovative Independent MBKM activities through Educational Practices at one of the SMKs in Kulon Progo. SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih is a superior vocational high school in the Kulon Progo region which is the destination for carrying out Educational Practices activities. This school does not have technology for the utilization of renewable technology. Neon boxes are made by involving observation, design, working process, trial, and job evaluation. The purpose of creating a neon box is to reduce dependence on conventional energy sources, generate long-term cost savings, and decrease the carbon footprint. Through the neon box innovation, the results were obtained that this tool can integrate solar panel technology as independent energy utilization.</em></p>

<p><em>Writing skills have not been mastered by many students in higher education. Writing can be a means of conveying ideas in a rational, critical, and effective manner. Students can express ideas in the form of academic writing, such as essays. Essays can make students think critically, logically, and systematically. The purpose of this activity is to provide training in academic essay writing to new students of the 2023 Vocational Faculty of Yogyakarta State University. This activity is conducted online through lecture and discussion methods. The service team comes from the Research Student Activity Unit of the Vocational Faculty of Yogyakarta State University. Several participants asked questions and were enthusiastic about expressing their ideas. This training is considered successful and smooth, receiving positive responses from the participants. This training has helped vocational students at Yogyakarta State University to understand the rules of essay writing and to increase student's interest and enthusiasm in generating creative and innovative ideas.</em></p>

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service. The number of samples in this study was 60 ASN with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The research results show that motivation has no significant effect, while job satisfaction has a significant effect on job satisfaction. However, together motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa penerima beasiswa bidik misi Jurusan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Semarang yang berjumlah 66 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 66 mahasiswa penerima beasiswa bidik misi. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan skala konsep diri akademik, dengan jumlah item 36 yang valid dengan koefisien alpha cronbach reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,921. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif dengan metode statistik deskriptif prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar atau 63,6 persen (42 orang) menyatakan dirinya memiliki konsep diri akademik pada kategori tinggi. Sedangkan yang termasuk dalam kriteria sedang sebesar 28,7 persen (19 orang), dan kriteria rendah sebesar 7,7 persen (5 orang). Dari tiga dimensi konsep diri akademik yang diteliti, yaitu dimensi pengetahuan individu mengenai dirinya sendiri, pengharapan individu mengenai dirinya sendiri, dan penilaian individu mengenai dirinya sendiri berada pada kategori yang tinggi.

Multiculturalism is a topic that is increasingly being discussed lately. Increased interest in the issue of multiculturalism is in line with progress in education that is free from restrictions. Multiculturalism education can help individuals to appreciate differences with a high level of tolerance, which is in accordance with Islamic values ??in social interactions in society. Through this education, students can strengthen their personal character and find an identity that is consistent with their knowledge, especially in Islamic Religious Education, which emphasizes the main characteristics of Muslim behavior.
 

Inulinase (EC 3.2.1.80) is an enzyme that can hydrolyze inulin into fructose or fructo-oligosaccharides. Using the inulinase enzyme as a catalyst in making inulinase-based fructose can obtain a fructose percentage of 90-95 percent. Inulin is a linear polysaccharide (ß-2,1-linked d-fructose residue terminated by a glucose residue) that accumulates as a storage carbohydrate in plants. One natural source that can produce inulin is bananas. Bananas are a source of inulin which contains around 0.58-1.09 percent. This research used three types of bananas, including Musa X paradisiaca, Musa paradisiaca formatypica, Musa paradisiaca var sapientum. Apart from that, you can also find out the characteristics of the microbes and enzyme activity produced from the three types of bananas. The results of this research show that the three isolated types of banana are capable of producing the inulin ase enzyme which is indicated by the growth of these microbes in ISM media. ISM media (Inulinase Selective Media) is an inulinase mixing media where only inulin-producing microbes can grow on the media. The microbes isolated from the three types of bananas that had the highest inulinase enzyme activity value were Raja Nangka bananas with an enzyme activity value of 0.405 IU/mL. Meanwhile, the lowest inulinase enzyme activity value was in Kepok bananas with an enzyme activity value of 0.088 IU/mL.

This research aims to find out what forms of child exploitation occur in the city of Gorontalo and how legal sanctions are applied to perpetrators of child exploitation from the perspective of criminal law and jinayah jurisprudence. This research is field research, namely field observations of the objects being studied in order to obtain relevant data about matters related to the problem being studied and which focuses on the results of data collection from predetermined informants. This field research is outlined in a design that provides a clear and accurate picture of the materials and phenomena being studied. The data obtained in this research is still expressed in qualitative form, which has a richer meaning than numbers and frequencies. The results of this research show that (In Human Rights instruments there are five forms of criminal acts of sexual exploitation of children, namely: child prostitution; child pornography; trafficking in children for sexual purposes; child sex tourism and child marriage. This research uses normative research methods in the form of primary and secondary data sources which are then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques with a deductive mindset. The results of the research are first, the decision of the District Court number 2452/Pid.B/2021/PN Mdn regarding the crime of gambling fish shooting agility games based on Article 303 Bis paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code, which is to impose a prison sentence of 1 (one) year. ) year.
