Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood and adulthood, which begins at the time of sexual maturity between the ages of 11 or 12 years to 20 years. The stages of adolescent development have tasks that must be completed. Drug abuse is becoming a problem that is increasingly concerning and a huge concern for all parties, including the academic community, government, and parents. Cases of narcotics abuse among high school youth have entered a critical stage, for this reason it is necessary to take preventive measures in the form of education. The purpose of this community service is to increase and develop youth knowledge about the dangers of drug abuse for health. The planned outcome is to increase the knowledge, understanding and awareness of adolescents about the dangers of drug abuse for adolescents.
 
 

The purpose of this study was to find out more carefully students' critical thinking skills in solving word problems in terms of self-efficacy. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. . The form of research used in this study is a case study. This research was conducted at Semparuk 1 Public High School, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan. The research subjects were 33 students in class X IPS I. Then 9 students were taken as subjects for interviews where each subject had high, medium and low self-efficacy. The data in this study are in the form of critical thinking ability test results, self-efficacy questionnaire results, and interview results. In this study, data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model was used. Activities in data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. From the results of the study it was found that students who have high self-efficacy have been able to solve Trigonometry story problems well and in accordance with the indicators of mathematical critical thinking ability, students who have moderate self-efficacy have been able to solve Trigonometry story questions poorly and have not fulfilled the four indicators of thinking ability mathematically critical, and students who have low self-efficacy are only able to say what is asked in the questions correctly, while other indicators of mathematical critical thinking skills are not resolved correctly..

AbstractThis community service activity is a training on how to use the SPSS application in quantitative data research forstudents at the BNM Pariaman College of State Administration, who were about to complete their finalproject/thesis. It is hoped that through this training the students will be able to use SPSS in analyzing statisticaldata and improve the quality of their researches and scientific works. Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

Pendidikan karakter memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan sikap dengan tuntutan jaman yang selalu berubah. Siswa SMP dapat dikatakan telah memasuki tahap perkembangan remaja awal, dimana pada masa tersebut merupakan masa-masa peralihan menuju masa pembentukan tanggung jawab. Tujuan umum kegiatan adalah siswa mampu menerapkan sikap bertanggung jawab akademik di sekolah. Peserta Psikoedukasi yaitu siswa kelas VIII A yang berjumlah 32 siswa di SMP Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai post-test menunjukkan siswa dapat memahami tentang materi tanggung jawab dengan baik. Mereka menunjukkan sikap tanggung jawab yang variatif, baik dalam pengerjaan dan pengumpulan tugas tepat waktu maupun bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan piket kelas. Siswa mengharapkan di lain kesempatan dapat dilakukan kegitan serupa dengan tema lain.

During Covid 19 the learning process experienced very severe obstacles, one of the 03semarang Elementary School and Elementary School 01 Semarang. In this study the Android application was used to support the dance learning system where students had to learn their own dance arts at home using the Android application. From the interviews conducted as many as 66.3 % like learning with mobile phones and 72.1 % understand the theory in the Android application so that when learning with mobile phones can easily understand. But for learning the practice of dance 54.7 % does not understand it. This may be the video displayed is not suitable for elementary students so you need a suitable learning video for learning that requires movement.

Writing this article is based on the fact that there are still many Christian leaders today who abuse their leadership without seeing the context of their faith in God's love. Therefore the purpose of writing this scientific work is how readers can emulate Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John, the method used in writing this article is qualitative analysis through literature study by analyzing how Jesus' leadership example is very relevant for today's Christian leadership, which can be taken through books, articles. Bible and journal. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the leadership that Jesus did cannot be denied and doubted for today's Christian leaders, because he proved that he had shown how to be a quality leader even though Jesus himself could master what he wanted but not with Jesus who always humble.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran menggunakan Analisis SWOT pada outlet Belikopi cabang Lamongan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan dskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Wawancara dilakukan pada pimpinan, karyawan dan pengunjung Outlet Belikopi cabang Lamongan. Untuk menganalisis data Triangulation, Teknik Analisis, Data reduksi. Hasil analis SWOT menunjukan bahwa strength (kekuatan) yaitu lokasi yang strategis, produk yang berkualitas dan unggulan, produk yang beragam, harga yang terjangkau konsumen, dan pelayanan yang ramah. Sedangkan weakness (kelemahan) yang dimiliki adalah adanya karyawan yang datang terlambat, masih minimnya fasilitas yang ada opportunity (peluang) yaitu meningkatnya permintaan konsumen, peluang pasar yang luas, meningkatkan pemasaran melalui media sosial, kualitas produk diakui konsumen. Sedangkan, threat (ancaman) adalah pesaing yang bergerak pada bidang yang sama, pesaing yang memberikan harga miring, dan mulai tumbuhnya kafe yang baru.Strategi yang dapat digunakan BELIKOPI Lamongan berdasarkan matriks SWOT yaitu dengan membuka cabang baru, mengintensifkan promosi pada pasar, menjaga kualitas produk yang ditawarkan, memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk melakukan promosi, dan memberikan fasilitas berupa musholla dan non-smoking area serta kamar mandi  agar konsumen merasa lebih nyaman saat berada di kafe.
 

. The purpose of the study was to know the intended to find out the description about the process of teaching speaking skill using active learning method that is applied by the researcher. In this study the researcher conducted quantitative research and the method used was a quasi-experimental design, which focused on the results obtained by students. Where the sample consisted of 37 children. The instrument of data collection is through a test where each students get all the test from the researcher to speaking every time the researcher get to do this research. To get a score researcher give all the students change to it involves students directly and actively in the learning process itself. This means that instead of simply receiving information verbally and visually, students are receiving and participating and doing. The result of this study showed that there ware 81.14 % from these results indicating that the used of active learning method in teaching speaking skill.
