Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkankinerja guru SMP Kristen Krista Citra Parakan di Era pandemi COVID-19. Pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019(Covid-19) memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada semua aspek kehidupan, tanpa terkecuali dunia pendidikan. Peran signifikan seorang Kepala Sekolah untuk tetap menjalankan kepemimpinannya dengan baik di tengah situasi krisis menjadi kunci dalam proses mempersiapkan dan mengelola situasi darurat atau tidak terduga. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari responden yayasan, kepala sekolah dan guru. Pengambilan data dengan teknik observasi, depth interview, dan dokumentasi peneliti akan mengolah dan menganalisis data tersebut dengan menggunakan analisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Strategi Kepemimpinan dalam kondisi normal tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan manajerial organisasi dalam pengelolaan sekolah yang dialami selama masa krisis selain itu strategi yang diterapkan kepala sekolah mampu meningkatkan kinerja Guru Selama masa pandemi, dimana peningkatan kinerja terlihat dari capaian inovasi pembelajaran dan penguasaan teknologi baru dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis digital.

Runway or runway is an area used by aircraft to take off. The length of the runway depends on the size of the aircraft served. Runway has a pavement structure that can withstand the weight of an aircraft when it wants to fly. This study discusses the damage to the surface structure of the Threshold 07 and Threshold 25 runways at the Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman (SAMS) runway in Sepinggan Balikpapan. Damage to the pavement surface often results from significant heat temperatures from the aircraft when taking off. Visual observations show that there are problems with the Threshold 07 and Threshold 25 pavement surfaces, the damage that occurs is the change in the surface shape of some segments, where the surface deformation eleves are up to 40 mm. Test results from Coredrill samples show that there are internal problems in the asphalt mixture, namely high asphalt content and low density value. By looking at the conditions above, there are problems caused by external and internal factors of the existing pavement, especially the surface conditions namely Threshold which is a location where the load is in MTOW conditions and the aircraft is moving slowly as well as high temperatures (environment and pavement)

The Muji Jaya Workshop in determining the cost of body repair, it still uses a manual estimate model with paper media which will result in losses if the calculation of the cost of body repair that is informed to the customer is not enough so that the body repair costs received are not sufficient for the needs of raw material costs and labor costs in body work. The repair and preparation of financial statements will be disrupted and delayed for a long time if the note paper used is lost or damaged. This results in the owner not being able to make decisions quickly, precisely and accurately.
From these various problems, Workshop Muji Jaya implements the use of the activity based costing method in the accounting information system for determining body repair costs in order to make it easier to determine the cost of body repairs to be more accurate and in presenting financial statements to be easier and more efficient because this method is guided by the assignment of costs to products. or services based on all required activities.

The emergency department that is connected to the inpatient room of the hospital always strives to provide the best service to patients. There are many obstacles in the effort to achieve quality service to patients due to when the inpatient room serves too many different patients based on age and certain indications of the incoming patient, the hospital will face the problem of limited capacity of human resources and supporting materials. so that it can cause the patient to be examined and treated for a limited time. If the increasing number of incoming patients will have an impact on hospitalization time, long waiting time and cause overcrowding of patients in the inpatient room which will certainly affect the level of patient satisfaction and quality of service.With the implementation of the queuing technique, the hospital was able to improve service and maximum patient satisfaction because the queuing technique was able to reduce hospitalization and waiting time so that it would not cause overcrowding of patients in the inpatient room in accordance with the capacity of the hospital's human and material resources.
 

The importance of this community activity is carried out to provide assistance to the Tegalrejo Indonesian Christian Church in facing the New Normal. The objectives, firstly to provide assistance to the church, second to socialize to the Indonesian Christian Church Tegalrejo congregation, especially Sunday School children applying Clean and Healthy Behavior in facing the New Normal. The method used is the making of a Clean and Healthy Behavior videos with church administrators, socialization to Sunday school children. The result of this community service is a Clean and Healthy Behavior video for Sunday School children, an increase in the capacity of church administrators in arranging procedures for conducting worship, increasing the capacity of Sunday school children in implementing Clean and Healthy Behavior in the New Normal era.

Pentingnya kegiatan masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada Gereja Kristen Indonesia Tegalrejo dalam menghadapi New Normal. Tujuan, pertama memberikan pendampingan kepada gereja, kedua mensosialisasikan kepada jemaat GKI Tegalrejo terutama anak-anak Sekolah Minggu penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) menghadapi New Normal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembuatan video PHBS dengan pengurus Gereja, sosialisasi pada anak-anak Sekolah Minggu. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah video PHBS untuk anak Sekolah Minggu, Peningkatan kapasitas pengurus gereja dalam menyusun tata cara pelaksanaan ibadah, peningkatan kapasitas anak-anak sekolah minggu dalam melaksanakan PHBS di era New Normal.

Talang Gantung Adventure is engaged in learning services outside the classroom or open air which is usually called outbound. In carrying out operational activities there are always financial transactions. However, in Talang Gantung Adventure, financial management still uses manual recording, which is recording in a ledger. Financial reports to the owner of the Talang Hang Adventure are performed using Microsoft Excel. Manual Financial Management results in vulnerability in storing financial data and is difficult to find data so that it has not been effective and has difficulties in preparing financial reports.
Based on this research the authors designed and made a financial management accounting information system website application Talang Gantung Adventure. The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the recording of financial transactions, facilitate the search for data and be safer in storing Talang Gantung Adventure data storage, and to produce financial reports that are easily reported to the owner of Talang Gantung Adventure wherever and whenever.

The research was conducted at Sriwijaya Sports State High School, a special school for students who have talent in the field of sports. The aim is to know the pattern of discipline and the form of disciplinary techniques applied in fostering student behavior. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach that explores important information about the pattern of application and the form of disciplinary techniques. The data analysis is done by processing and preparing data, reflecting on meaning, processing information, data coding, and making narrative writings. The results of the study show that disciplinary patterns are applied through two mechanisms: first is through supervision (panapticon). This form of supervision takes the form of a point system that has the power to oversee the behavior of students. Other forms of supervision are raids on behavior that violates school rules. Second is the normalization, which is done by applying and enforcing punishment and reward. Disciplinary techniques that are carried out including the use of democratic discipline, permissive discipline, and the application of punishment that is educational in value, but does not lead to a form of violence.
