: Counseling and screening anxiety in adolescents is an important activity in supporting adolescent mental health. Counseling activities aim to provide relevant understanding and information about anxiety in adolescents, including definitions, causes, impacts, and effective management strategies. Through interactive methods, participants are given the opportunity to share experiences and gain a better understanding of anxiety. Meanwhile, anxiety screening in adolescents aims to early detect adolescents who may experience anxiety. Using structured questions and questionnaires, mental health professionals can evaluate adolescents' anxiety levels and direct them to appropriate sources of help. Early detection of anxiety allows adolescents to get appropriate interventions and prevent further negative impacts. Counseling activities and anxiety screening in adolescents have significant benefits. Education helps reduce the stigma associated with anxiety and provides youth with the knowledge and skills to recognize and deal with anxiety in healthy ways. Anxiety screening allows teens to get help earlier and prevent anxiety from getting worse. By actively involving adolescents in counseling and screening activities, they can feel supported and gain a better understanding of anxiety. It is hoped that through these activities, youth can develop positive stress management skills, improve mental well-being, and live a more balanced and productive teenage years.

Kinerja perusahaan itu sendiri adalah hasil dari sebuah kegiatan manajemen pada sebuah perusahaan. Tolak ukur kesuksesan suatu perusahaan bisa dilihat dari kinerja perusahaan yang dihasilkan. Semakin tinggi hasil kinerja perusahaan tersebut akan semakin sukses pula perusahaan tersebut. Adapun indikator perusahaan tersebut dapat dikatakan sukses dilihat dari kemampuan perusahaan tersebut untuk mendapatkan laba, kemampuannya untuk terus tumbuh dan berkembang (growth), kemampuannya untuk mendapatkan proyek yang berkelanjutan (sustainable) serta yang tidak kalah penting adalah kemampuan perusahaan tesebut untuk bersaing (competitve) dengan perusahaan lain baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari secara parsial hubungan kerja tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Majestic Pekanbaru, secara parsial etika kerja tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Majestic Pekanbaru,  secara parsial tanggung jawab berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kayawan Hotel Majestic Pekanbaru, secara simultan hubungan kerja, etika kerja dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Majestic Pekanbaru.

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya di bidang teknologi membuat gaya hidup anak dan remaja menjadi berubah. Hal ini tentu saja menyebabkan berbagai masalah, salah satunya adalah munculnya adiksi terhadap penggunaan smartphone/gadget. Hal ini tentu saja berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan remaja dikarenakan adiksi smartphone/gadget menyebabkan aktivitas fisik cenderung berkurang serta berdampak terhadap peningkatan angka kejadian obesitas. Penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana korelasi adiksi smartphone/gadget terhadap indeks massa tubuh pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Sekolah Kalam Kudus II Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berupa remaja SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta. Kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini adalah pelajar berusia 15-18 tahun. Kriteria eksklusi adalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang menolak ikut serta dan tidak kooperatif. Variabel penelitian berupa smartphone addiction scale – long version (SAS-LV) dan indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Hasil penelitian ini menurut Uji korelasi Spearman didapatkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang amat lemah antara adiksi smartphone dengan nilai IMT (r : 0,018) dan belum bermakna secara statistik (p-value = 0,809). Saran lebih lanjut untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah untuk mempertimbangkan penelitian cohort agar dapat memiliki data yang lebih akurat.

The length of business partially has no effect and is not significant on the income of the Angso Duo Market traders, Jambi City, obtained a significance value of 0.324 > 0.05, the value of tcount (0.993) < smaller than ttable (1.667). The overall results of the study indicate that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount (8.541) > Ftable (3.105). It can be concluded that there is a significant effect between relocation and length of business simultaneously on the income of the Angso Duo Market traders in Jambi City. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the significance value for the effect of relocation (X1) and length of business (X2) simultaneously on the income of traders (Y) is 0.000 < 0.005 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (8.541 > 3.105). that H0 is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect between relocation and the length of simultaneous business together on the income of the Jambi Angso Duo Market traders. The Adjusted R Square (R2) value of income is influenced by relocation and length of business by 16.9% and the remaining 85.1%.

Writing can be said as an activity that forms symbols. But writing is more than producing graphic symbols, just as speaking is defined not only as the production of sound. These symbols must be arranged, according to certain conventions, to form words and words arranged to form sentences. The ability to write is not an ability that can be obtained automatically. The aim of teaching Arabic-Malay writing is to recognize, train, and develop the ability to understand and carry out how to read and write properly and correctly according to Arabic-Malay regulations, as well as express simple ideas or impressions orally and in writing. In conducting this research the authors used a type of quantitative research. In this study the data collection method was carried out by testing the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the questionnaire given. After conducting research on the ability to write Malay Arabic words for students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru, it was found that the students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru as a whole had the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the low category with a percentage of 18.62%. In two-syllable Malay Arabic words, students in grade 4a SD Negeri 148 have a low ability category with a percentage of 7.93% and for Malay Arabic words with more than two syllables are also in the low category with a percentage of 19.31%. This proves that students do not understand how to write Arabic Malay words in two or more syllables.

Students at SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta have never received instruction on the selection and application of beauty products. This counseling session is anticipated to raise the SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta students' awareness of the importance of utilizing adolescent-appropriate and safe skin care products and how to select them. This counseling procedure is conducted offline for counseling participants at Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. The given counseling material addresses a variety of adolescent skin conditions, as well as the many types of skincare ingredients and how to choose the appropriate one based on the adolescent's skin. Compared to the Pre-test, which was administered prior to the presenter's explanation of the topic, there was an increase in knowledge on the Post-test. Therefore, it can be inferred that participants gained knowledge from this activity's material and conversations, particularly in regards to the skincare material offered.

Pengomposan adalah salah satu dari berbagai metode pengolahan sampah organik yang ditujukan mengurangi serta mengubah komposisi sampah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat. Artikel ini mencoba memberikan gambaran dan penjelasan terkait program kerja produksi kompos, meliputi proses, langkah, hasil dan manfaat. Dalam penulisan artikel ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model deskriptif-explanatory. Hasilnya, masyarakat mendapatkan pemahaman dan wawasan baru tentang masalah pembuangan limbah rumah tangga tangga. Selain itu, masyarakat dapat mengurangi penggunaan pupuk kimia dan pupuk pabrik umumnya digunakan oleh masyarakat pedesaan sehingga dapat meminimalisir pengeluaran masyarakat petani desa yang digarap. Artikel ini juga merupakan kontribusi untuk ilmu pertanian dan praktik dan strategi implementasi titik tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan.
 
 

This study aims to determine the partially significant effect of work from home (WHF) on workproductivity at the Bima City Transportation Service. To find out the partially significant effectof the work environment on work productivity at the Department of Transportation of the Cityof Bima. To find out (WHF) and the work environment have a significant simultaneous effecton the work productivity of employees at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima.The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in thisstudy were 80 employees consisting of 34 civil servants and 46 honorary employees. Thesample in this study were 34 civil servants. The sampling technique used by the researcherwas purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation andliterature studies, data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classicalassumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient ofdetermination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that Work FromHome (WFH) significantly affected employee productivity at the Department of Transportationof the City of Bima, the work environment significantly had an influence on the productivity ofemployees at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima, simultaneously thevariables (X1) Work From Home (WFH) and the work environment (X2) at the Department ofTransportation of the City of Bima has a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y)

This study aims to determine the effect of partially significant career development on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the effect of partially significant work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the development of career and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 61 employees consisting of 41 civil servants, 7 regional honorary employees, and 13 non-permanent employees at the Department of Communication and Information, Bima Regency. The sample in this study were 41 civil servants with the sampling technique used, namely the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that career development had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency.
 

Analyzing a literary work can be done in a wide variety of ways or approaches. This article discusses the hidden meaning of the poem by Rustam Effendi. This discussion aims to better understand the reader of the content of the poem. The theory used in this refrain is Zygmunt Bauman's Heurmenetic theory which focuses on the clarity of the message and the basic understanding of an obscure speech or writing. The method used in this analysis is a qualitative descriptive method where this research is carried out to examine an object with natural characteristics to create factual research results. The stages carried out in this discussion begin with analyzing the array, analyzing the structure that composes the text of the poem, objectifying the structure of the text, and interpreting the text of the poem. Thus, the results of this study can show the hidden meaning in the poem "Not Beta Bijak Berperi" by Rustam Effendi as a form of ideology that the poet uses in representing ideas in the form of poetry.
