To collect data, this research uses literature study research with secondary data types and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research examined regarding the causes of white collar crime are among professional people who have studied the law in terms of dimensions in the field of work related to seven aspects of people's lives, this involves their expertise in violating the law in order to obtain benefits for themselves and themselves. people involved around him.

Sharia tourism policy is a government effort to develop the tourism sector by prioritizing sharia principles in all aspects. These measures include services that value Islamic teachings, such as sharia-based places to stay, restaurants that serve halal food, and entertainment programs that adhere to Islamic ethics. The aim of this policy is to increase the attractiveness of tourism among Muslim tourists and at the same time create a tourist environment that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research uses a qualitative approach that analyzes accommodation, culinary, and tourist activities that integrate Islamic values, the results of this study show that Islamic tourism policies have a significant impact on the economic development of the region, this research discusses the Islamic tourism system and its policies where these two things have a significant impact on local economic development, through a case study approach and economic data analysis, this research identifies the effect of regional tourism policies on regional economic development.

The purpose of this research is to describe the efforts made by the government to improve public services in the simple patent regime, along with the obstacles that arise after the issuance of accelerated simple patent applications in the. The focus of this research is that the establishment of the Job Creation Law provides various kinds of changes accompanied by pros and cons in society, especially the Intellectual Property sector in a simple patent regime that has changes to accelerate patent services. This research must be carried out so that the government can examine again the human resources capabilities of patent examiners and the importance of including the acceleration of simple patent services in the Patent Bill so that there is no overlap between other laws and regulations. The research method used in this research is normative juridical by examining legal norms accompanied by data obtained from interviews with internal parties at the Patent Legal Services Sub-Directorate, DJKI, through a statutory approach. This research concludes that by carrying out efforts to accelerate services on simple patents, which can increase PNBP, there will be a polemic regarding the human resources who carry out patent examinations where the number of them is not commensurate with the number of applications submitted each year and the short time that the government has applied, this will have an impact on the quality of the patents produced.Tujuan ditulisnya penelitian ini yakni untuk menjabarkan terkait upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik pada rezim paten sederhana disertai kendala yang timbul pasca diterbitkannya percepatan permohonan paten sederhana pada UU Cipta Kerja. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu dengan dibentuknya UU Cipta Kerja memberikan berbagai macam perubahan disertai pro dan kontra di masyarakat khususnya sektor kekayaan intelektual pada rezim paten sederhana yang memiliki perubahan percepatan layanan paten. Pentingnya penelitian ini dilakukan agar pemerintah dapat teliti kembali akan kemampuan SDM pada pemeriksa paten serta pentingnya pencantuman terkait percepatan layanan paten sederhana pada RUU Paten agar tidak terjadi tumpang tindih antar peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu yuridis normatif dengan mengkaji penggunaan norma hukum disertai data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara bersama pihak internal pada Subdit Pelayanan Hukum Paten, DJKI melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa dengan dilakukannya upaya percepatan layanan pada paten sederhana yang dapat meningkatkan PNBP nyatanya memiliki polemik akan SDM yang melaksanakan pemeriksaan paten dimana jumlah didalamnya tidak sebanding dengan banyaknya permohonan yang masuk setiap tahunnya serta singkatnya waktu yang telah diterapkan oleh pemerintah, hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas paten yang dihasilkan. Service Acceleration; Simple Patent; Job Creation Law 

The development of information and communication technology  brings changes to Indonesian society, especially social media.  The existence of a beautiful campus account is a digital media that continues to grow and has many followers.  This account displays a series of photos of beautiful female students with various beauty standards and demands in them.  The more this account develops, the more it will shape the construction of beauty in society.  However, behind that there are admins who get profits in the form of royalties from the endorsements that come in through the account.  Therefore, this sensitive issue creates pros and cons among students because it is considered a form of business that is carried out by taking advantage of beautiful women.  The purpose of this research is to find out the construction of beauty that exists in society and their definition of beauty.  This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach.  The research results show various responses regarding beautiful campus accounts and viewing beauty as an objective things.
 
 
 

This community service was carried out for students of SMA Negeri 4 Takengon Paya Tumpi, Takengon-Bireuen Road, Pinangan Village. The problem faced has not been done education and strengthening understanding of the articles contained in the 1945 Constitution. The purpose of the study was to examine the extent of understanding of SMA Negeri 4 Takengon students as Generation Z to be able to have the ability to understand the articles contained in the 1945 Constitution. The method used is qualitative research through surveys, preparation, coordination and implementation of community service activities. The result of the research is that students can understand the meaning of the articles of the 1945 Constitution. By understanding the articles of the 1945 Constitution, it can foster a sense of nationalism, love for the country and the spirit of patriotism among Generation Z, especially students of SMA Negeri 4 Takengon.

 This research aims to determine the legal protection efforts that consumers can take and the responsibility that companies must take for losses suffered by consumers due to consuming syrup drugs that damage health. This research explores cases of GGAPA in children that occurred in mid-2022, where consumers suffered losses due to the company's negligence in producing safe medicines for consumers. This case is why it is essential to conduct further research regarding consumer legal protection. This research uses a normative juridical research method, with a statutory approach and a case approach. The data in this research is supported by primary data in the form of interviews with one of the mothers of the victim's family who consumed drugs that damaged their health. The novelty of this research is that it discusses the issue of legal protection for consumers and the company's responsibility. The results of this research show that several legal protection efforts can be taken for losses suffered, namely preventive and repressive legal protection efforts, where in this GGAPA case, the victim's family took repressive protection efforts in the form of making efforts to resolve disputes through litigation, namely through class action lawsuit. Consumers also have the right to obtain responsibility from business actors for the losses they suffer, where in this GGAPA case, the victim's family asked for responsibility in the form of compensation through a class action lawsuit. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui upaya perlindungan hukum yang dapat dilakukan konsumen dan tanggung jawab yang harus dilakukan perusahaan atas adanya kerugian yang diderita konsumen akibat mengonsumsi obat sirup yang merusak kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan eksplorasi dari kasus gangguan ginjal akut pada anak (GGAPA) pada anak yang terjadi pada pertengahan tahun 2022, dimana para konsumen terpaksa harus merasakan kerugian dikarenakan kelalaian perusahaan dalam menghasilkan obat yang aman bagi konsumen. Kasus tersebut menjadi alasan mengapa penting adanya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini didukung dengan data primer berupa hasil wawancara terhadap salah satu ibu keluarga korban yang mengkonsumsi obat merusak kesehatan. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini ialah bukan hanya membahas persoalan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen saja tetapi juga mengenai tanggung jawab dari pihak perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa upaya perlindungan hukum yang dapat dilakukan atas adanya kerugian yang diderita, yaitu upaya perlindungan hukum secara preventif dan represif, dimana dalam kasus GGAPA ini, keluarga korban melakukan upaya perlindungan represif berupa melakukan upaya penyelesaian sengketa secara litigasi, yaitu melalui gugatan class action. Konsumen juga memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan pertanggungjawaban dari pelaku usaha atas adanya kerugian yang dideritanya, dimana dalam kasus GGAPA ini, keluarga korban meminta pertanggungjawaban berupa ganti rugi melalui gugatan class action.    

The impact of LBW poses many risks regarding problems in the body's system due to unstable body condition which can cause death. The causes of LBW are due to fetal factors, placental factors and maternal factors. Preeclampsia is a problem of serious maternal factors and has a high level of complexity. The results of the preliminary study in 2021 totaled 34 people with preeclampsia and 60 cases of low birth weight babies. Research objective is to determine the effectiveness of compresses of warm water and hibiscus leaves in lowering the body temperature of toddlers in the Banua Lawas Health Center area. The research methods is Quasi-experimental research with a pre-test-post-test research design without a control group. A sample of 30 people were divided into warm water compress groups and hibiscus leaf compress groups. Collecting data by observing according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Data analysis using wilxocon. Resulted that the mean temperature in the warm water compress group before being given was 36.9°C and after being given was 36.3°C (the difference was 0.58°C). The average temperature in the hibiscus leaf compress group before being given was 36.8 °C and after being given 36.1 °C (the difference was 0,33 °C). There is a difference between warm water compresses and hibiscus leaves in reducing temperature in toddlers with fever in the Banua Lawas Health Center area (p-value ˂ 0.000). Concluded that both types of compresses are effective in reducing body temperature in children with fever but warm water compresses are more effective than hibiscus leaf compresses.

The application of organic farming has potential in the agricultural sector. There is a lot of empty land, adequate water sources, good soil conditions. However, it can be seen from the results of the survey we conducted that there is a lack of concern for the surrounding community and inadequate support by good management with human resources even though there is great potential in the area. The purpose of this research is to build an application using a website to make it easier for Tanjung Dalam Village to process cash social assistance, because well computerized and easy to use. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. The type of data consists of qualitative data and data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Methods of developing activity diagram tools. This application was built using a website with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and to print reports using a pdf component.

Social integration is a unitary condition of living together from various socio-cultural system units, ethnic groups and communities to interact and work together. Social integration as a reflection of the quality of this relationship, if applied to business actors, will increase the value chain for their business. So that the purpose of implementing this program is to create superior milkfish products through the creation of "Social Integration Empowerment" for business groups in Semarang City through the establishment of "Semarang Milkfish Industrial Community". So it is hoped that it can develop synergy between entrepreneurs and community support for the creation of superior products in the region. The program implementation method begins with an integration process to form the Semarang Milkfish Industry community. Then analyze the problems being faced by the community through action research. The next step is to organize meetings which will be followed by building a common understanding, so that the problems that will be handled can be ascertained. Based on these problems, the team and the community will test the action/work program that will be carried out together. After the mutually agreed work program is implemented, the next stage is evaluation and reflection.
