This study aims to design and develop an effective learning media and become a media to assist in studying Physics in depth at SMK Mataram Semarang, especially in the Impulse and Momentum material. Physics becomes a boring subject for students, because many students think that Physics is a lesson that is difficult to understand, less interesting and feels monotonous. This has an impact on decreasing students' interest and value in studying Physics.The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with six stages, namely Research and Information Collecting (Research and Information Gathering), Planning (planning), Develop Premliminary Form of Product (Product Design Making), Premliminary Field Testing (Product Design Validation) , Main Product Revision (Design Revision), Main Field Testing (Product Testing of Products in the Field by Prospective Users). Determination of the feasibility level of multimedia-based learning media based on design validation by experts and product trials to students using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The development of multimedia-based learning devices can develop devices that have been used so far, from conventional devices to become more interesting learning media. The application of multimedia-based learning media can help support the teaching and learning process to make it easier to explain or deliver material to students. In addition, it can help students to understand more deeply so that students' scores can be increased more than without using learning media.

Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari informan yaitu yang mewakili tim pemasaran, nasabah deposito online, dan calon nasabah dengan cara wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka dan pencarian melalui internet. Bank Sinarmas Kantor Cabang Surabaya memasarkan produk deposito online menggunakan tujuh tahapan startegi komunikasi pemasaran yaitu: menentukan tujuan, sasaran, isi pesan, media yang dipakai, mengembangkan promotional mix, penyusunan anggaran sampai evaluasi. Bagi tim pemasaran ketujuh strategi komunikasi pemasaran sangat membantu memasarkan. Bagi nasabah dan calon nasabah melalui inovasi teknologi informasi dengan tampilan media online memperlihatkan isi yang jelas dan menarik memberikan ketertarikan tersendiri selain perlu tetap diperhatikan belum meratanya sebaran teknologi informasi sehingga pelayanan offline tetap menjadi perhatian juga.

Nada Surya Tunggal is the lack of knowledge of local and foreign people about the types of products produced by the company due to the lack of maximum promotional media used so that the marketing department is required to have many relationships so that the marketing process is slower. People find it difficult to know about several things such as the shape or visual of the product, product design, and the materials or materials used for production. This causes confusion in the community about product specifications which results in a lack of public interest in buying.This research is a type of development research that uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. Meanwhile, for making your own website design using the programming languages HTML, CSS, and Javascript. With the new website design owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal can expand its marketing reach without incurring higher costs, the promotion process is faster, the public is more interested and comfortable to access, as well as the products owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal is becoming better known by the wider community.

With a qualitative approach, this study intends to describe in depth the socio-cultural background and challenges of agriculture in Southwest Sumba Regency (SBD) which cause the problem of high levels of poverty in the area despite having a wealth of great agricultural potential. This research found that the world of SBD agriculture faces challenges in the form of a high level of agricultural vulnerability and not optimal management of agricultural potential. These two challenges are difficult to overcome due to the lack of farming capital caused by debt bondage due to high-cost customary practices and the characteristics of subsistence farmers. On the other hand, the trade-oriented model of commercial farming of SBD while not leaving cultural values and local knowledge has been proven to be able to overcome the challenges of agricultural vulnerability and not optimal management of SBD agricultural potential.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Pentingnya Kepribadian Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Mendisiplinkan Peserta Didik di SMP Kristen Setia Bhakti Empaong Kecamatan Parindu Kabupaten Sanggau. Employing a qualitative approach, this study attempts a critical investigation into the Kebijakan Revolusi Pertanian, ie. The Revolutionary Agricultural Policy, as it was developed by the Regional Government of South-western Sumba. During the years 2014-2019 it aimed to raise the agricultural economy, and thereby overcome the problem of poverty. The data for this research was procured through personal observation and deep interviews with sources such as key informants within the regional environment. These were reinforced with a number of planning documents and executive programs which comprise a secondary resource. The analysis of the Policy is done taking into account the relevant political, economic, technological and social aspects (PETS  analysis), as well the innovations occurring during the course of  this Policy. This study will demonstrate that the Policy has been, at least till now, incapable of having a significant impact on the agricultural economy, or the efforts to overcome poverty. The causes of this failure is the antagonism between the characteristics of the subsistence society found there and the weak institutional application of the policies employed.

Utilization of a mobile device with the Android operating system that is used as a supporting medium and supplement in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration and discovery learning or demon-disco learning methods is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in vocational competence subjects in hydroponic crop cultivation in vocational high schools Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently.
The concept chosen as a learning media is to explain the material about understanding, introduction of parts, types, and quiz containing questions about hydroponic plant cultivation. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 stages research that is the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials.
The results of this study are to produce learning media in the form of Android-based applications. The validity value of media experts is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the subject of vocational competence in hydroponic cultivation in Christian Terang Bangsa Vocational Schools which initially 67 (with 13 students who had not yet reached KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not yet reached KKM).

Consumer Protection Law provides two alternatives for dispute resolution to consumers and businessmen. The alternatives are outside the court through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) and the Court. BPSK has the authority to make a decision that is final and binding. This feature raises a legal question on whether the final and binding decision issued by BPSK has the same meaning as the Court’s decision. The author argues that those decisions are typically different because, on BPSK’s decision, an appeal could be made to the Court. This article is legal research that uses a statute approach and comparative approach.
