This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data presentation in the form of Fish Bone diagrams with observation, documentation, and interview methods. The results of this study show that there are problems that occur in the process of extending the safety certificate of tugboats at KSOP Class I Balikpapan, namely in the lack of accuracy, less efficient, and less optimal in the process of extending the safety certificate of tugboats, in the results of the inspection report there is a lack of equipment on the royal tb 7 ship, lack of maintenance of equipment on board. The solution to improve performance in the process of tugboat safety certificate extension at KSOP Class I Balikpapan is by providing evaluation, training to develop skills, in the manual system it is recommended to be changed into an electronic system in order to optimize and streamline time in the payment process, and on the shortcomings on board are given evaluation and training on the importance of sailing safety to reduce the risk of accidents at sea, checking equipment that is almost expired, and conducting regular maintenance.

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students at MDTA Nurul Yaqin Bukit Cangang, Bukittinggi City. Low motivation to learn is thought to be related to giving homework. The problem formulation in this research is: Is there a significant relationship between giving homework and students' learning motivation? This research aims to find out whether there is a significant relationship between giving homework and students' learning motivation. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a significant relationship between giving homework and learning motivation. The type of research used is correlational research. The population of this research was all students, totaling 53 students with a sample of 43 students. This research data is in the form of a questionnaire regarding homework assignments and student learning motivation. The results of this research obtained r = 0.956 at a very high level. This shows that H0 is rejected or HI is accepted, which states that there is a significant relationship between giving homework and students' learning motivation. The relationship between giving homework and students' learning motivation is a very high relationship with a coefficient of determination value of 0.956.

Introduction: The present study aimed to explore the frontline employees in-shop motivation to influence the customers in-shop emotions. The study further proposed the conceptual foundations of the dynamic nature of value outcomes in non-fuel retail stations, where each customer perceives the interaction with frontline employee differently. Therefore, the value outcomes based on the customers’ in-shop emotions were dynamic.Methods: The study had used the content analysis to seek the outcome where the data was collected using open-ended interviews from frontline employees and customers of non-fuel retail outlets in Malaysia. The sample size was 12 using the snowball technique, including 6 frontline employees in phase 1 and 6 customers in phase 2 who had visited the same non-fuel retail outlets used in phase 1 for data collection.Findings: The results showed interesting findings where it was observed that customers get positive and negative influence emotionally through individual interaction with frontline employees. Furthermore, the positive/negative emotions helped the customers to create or destroy the value individually. These service encounters are subjective and vary from customer-customer affecting their emotions differently are therefore cannot be generalized on the large set of audience.Originality: Through the lens of S-D logic paradigm, the present study has conceptualized the dynamic nature of emotions which can lead towards value creation/value destruction or value destruction/value creation in different situations and contexts based on the individual service encounters of customers-frontline employees within non-fuel retail shops.

The writing of this article was carried out to show and provide education to tourists about what is in the Cirendeu traditional village and what prohibitions there are in the Cirendeu traditional village, so that it can be used as a tourist attraction in Cimahi for tourists. By using the observation method, searching for online-based data and information and also conducting research directly by visiting the Cirendeu traditional village. The Cirendeu traditional village has cultural and artistic values that are still present in their lives. By conducting this research, we hope that tourists will realize and care more about how important it is to maintain the natural beauty and cultural values in a tourist destination. Cireundeu Traditional Village is one of the Tourist Attractions (DTW) in the cultural aspect and is the only traditional village that applies the tourist village concept in Cimahi City. Cireundeu Traditional Village has a variety of potential, but has not been managed and developed well so it has not yet become a sustainable tourism destination. Thus, this article will analyze the various potentials as well as the shortcomings and weaknesses of the Cireundeu Traditional Village, so that the strategy for developing this tourist village can be known.
 
 

The growth of invasive foreign plants can change the structure and composition of species in the ecosystem, where the growth of native plant species will be unable to compete with invasive foreign plants which will then slowly experience extinction. Invasive alien plants have detrimental impacts on the environment and economy. The open area on campus 2 of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung is an area that is currently overgrown with various types and types of plants, where apart from plants planted deliberately, there are also invasive plants growing around it. The invasion process does not occur simultaneously or all at once, but rather gradually and begins with the presence of invasive species in an area of ??land, which then takes over the new habitat or territory. Invasive plants will become more dominant in their growing area with fast growth characteristics and large and densely developed roots. This research aims to identify types of invasive foreign plants, their distribution factors, and the use of invasive plants found in open areas on campus 2 of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The method used in this research is the exploration method combined with the inventory method by observing and taking pictures and then identifying using literature sources. The result was that there were 27 plant species, of which 12 were included in the invasive plant species in Indonesia and the dominant family was the Asteraceae family. Apart from that, this research also examined the use of invasive plants from various literature, one of the plant species studied was Putri Malu (Mimosa pudica L..) has been used as a traditional medicine in healing burns.

Intensitas penggunaan teknologi digital yang jauh meningkat selama pandemi Covid-19 banyak mempengaruhi pola perilaku dan kesehatan mental masyarakat khususnya remaja yang secara aktif menggunakan media digital berupa sosial media.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh intensitas penggunaan teknologi digital terhadap perilaku dan kesehatan mental remaja selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini, didapatai bahwa intensitas penggunaan tekonpgi digital yang meningkat sangat mempengaruhi perilaku dan kesehatan remaja, para remaja menjadi malas bergerak dan beraktifitas karena lebih memilih untuk berinteraksi melalui sosial media. Selain itu, kesehatan mental para remaja cenderung menurun karena rasa insecure yang meningkat setelah menggnakan sosial media.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image and product differentiation on sales at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch and the extent to which product differentiation influences customer satisfaction at that location. Quantitative methods are applied. The population of this research is all customers who have used products and services from PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch. 110 respondents were given a questionnaire to fill out in order to do this. The findings of this research show that at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, product differentiation has a good and significant influence on customer satisfaction. However, at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, brand image does not have a real impact on customer satisfaction, either positively or negatively. At PT Aerofood, customer satisfaction and sales are significantly influenced by product differentiation and brand image.

Indonesia is a country that upholds the implementation of quality education to support the progress of the Indonesian State through its Human Resources. Education is not only obtained from school, but education can also be obtained in the environment where a person lives and socializes. However, education in Indonesia is also not free from various problems, one of which is the emergence of bullying that occurs in the school environment. There are many factors that result in bullying, and this behavior is deviant and not in accordance with applicable norms. The existence of bullying behavior causes the need for character cultivation through character education which must be instilled in children as early as possible. Character education is considered to have an important role and can be one solution to guide children so that they have the ability to differentiate between good and bad actions as well as actions that are pleasing and detrimental to other people. Character education must not only be carried out and implemented at school, but it must also be implemented and supervised directly by parents. By cultivating this character, it is hoped that the quality of education in Indonesia will increase.
 

This study aims to investigate how responsibility and commitment can affect employee performance. This study's research technique uses qualitative methods, or more specifically, observation techniques used over the course of a month in the North Sumatra Governor's office. The study's findings indicate that responsibility and dedication play a big part in employee performance since they affect job productivity inside the organization, which in turn affects how the public perceives the organization. Therefore, it can be claimed that the organization's function may help each employee become more committed and responsible. which will eventually be able to offer the public the greatest service.

The research aims to analyze the impact of implementing Islamic Business Ethics on enchancing employee perfomance at CV. Citra Medan Printing. The researcj methodology employed is descriptive qualitative research. Data ware gathered through the researcher’s field observations during an internship at the company and through interviews with the owner of CV. Citra Medan. The result of this studi demonstrate that the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics at CV. Citra Medan Printing has a positive impact on employee perfomance. Employees engaged in business practices aligned with islamic values tend to be more motivated, exhibit higher commitment levels and show improvements is productivity. This study provides recommendations for similar companies to consider implementing Islamic Business Ethics aas a strategy to boost employee perfomance and fortify the company’s image. Furthermore, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of how Islamic Business Ethics can be applied in the context of modern business.
