This study employs a descriptive method with a case study approach. The participants in this research were pediatric patients who suffered from hyperthermia. The non-pharmacological intervention of tepid water sponge compresses is utilized effectively to lower body temperature in children. The compresses are applied to the forehead and axillary regions, and this procedure is conducted for 3 days, with each compress lasting 15 minutes. The findings from this study over the course of 3 days indicate that the use of tepid water sponge compresses is effective in reducing body temperature in children with hyperthermia.

This article aims to observe the effect of hypertonic sucrose solution concentration on plasmolysis of epidermal cells of Rhoeo discolor leaves. Plasmolysis occurs when plant cells lose air due to the surrounding hypertonic solution, which causes the cytoplasm to shrink and the plasma membrane to detach from the cell wall. In this experiment, Rhoeo discolor leaves were immersed in sucrose solutions with different concentrations (0.14 M to 0.26 M) for 30 minutes, and the percentage of plasmolyzed cells was calculated. The results showed that the higher the sucrose concentration, the more cells underwent plasmolysis. At low concentrations (0.14 M and 0.16 M), plasmolysis occurred at a small percentage (1.77% to 7.25%), while at high concentrations (0.24 M to 0.26 M), the percentage of plasmolyzed cells increased significantly, reaching 3.03% at a concentration of 0.26 M at the 30th minute. In addition, prolonging the immersion time to 30 minutes caused a decrease in the number of plasmolyzed cells, indicating that osmotic equilibrium was reached after a certain time. Overall, this study confirms that hypertonic environmental concentration has a direct effect on plant cell plasmolysis, with the intensity increasing with higher environmental concentrations.

Effective communication between schools and the community is an essential element in supporting student learning success. This study aims to describe the role of effective communication between SMPN 12 Bandung and the community in facilitating student learning. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis followed three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The study's subject was the vice principal in charge of public relations. The findings indicate that communication between SMPN 12 Bandung and the community is well-established, enabling the school to implement various programs and activities to support student learning. These findings underscore the importance of effective communication as a means to strengthen collaboration between schools and the community. Good communication not only ensures the successful implementation of educational programs but also fosters a conducive learning environment and encourages active student participation in learning. Thus, effective communication serves as a key pillar in building collaboration among schools, the community, and students to achieve educational goals.

This study aims to synthesize the results of previous research on gender diversity and financial performance through Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This research using SLR presents quantitative data to determine the development of gender diversity issues. There are several parameters used, namely journal sources, variable mapping and theory as well as fields of science, research approaches and companies.  The results of this study show that there are 30 articles originating from accredited national and national journals during the period 2020-2024. The topic of financial performance associated with environmental performance, firm value, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), capital structure, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), fair value, accounting conservatism. which continues to grow. This research examines the impact of utilizing Quizizz and learning facilities on the academic performance of students majoring in Office Administration Education at the State University of Jakarta. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population consists of all students in the Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. A purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of 40 students from the Office Administration Education Study Program, class of 2022, at the State University of Jakarta. Data was gathered through a questionnaire utilizing a 4-point Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that the use of Quizizz and learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the influence of variables, namely Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Debt To Asset Ratio, Return On Assets, Sales Growth and Earning Per Shares on the company PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk before and after the Acquisition with PT Arla Indofood Makmur Dairy Tbk which has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2022. The research location used in this study is PT, Indofood, Tbk. Where researchers will take data through financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is the Paired T-test. The results in this study indicate that the variables Current Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio, Sales Growth and Earning Per Shares show significant differences between before and after the acquisition, while Total Assets Turnover, Return On Assets do not show significant differences between before and after the acquisition. With this research, it is hoped that the company can further improve various factors that do not have an effect in this study.

Open seed plants or Gymnosperms and closed seed plants or Angiosperms are two subdivisions of seed plants. Seed plants reproduction tool consists of strobilus or flowers. The reproductive tool of closed seed plants is a flower that grows from a bud equipped with petals, stamens, and pistils. The purpose of this study was to observe the reproductive structure of seed plants. This research was conducted at Instructional Laboratory 1, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The method used was direct observation in the laboratory by analyzing the internal structure of reproductive organs. The results Angiosperms such as bungur flowers (Lagerstroemia speciosa) have complete reproductive organs and produce seeds in closed ovaries, while gymnosperms such as pine (Pinus merkusii) have strobilus as reproductive organs and open seeds. Although gymnosperms and angiosperms share many similarities in basic adaptations and functions, they differ significantly in internal structure and reproductive mechanisms.

Pulau Penyengat, as a cultural and historical symbol, holds deep historical significance with landmarks like the Sultan Riau Grand Mosque and literary works by Raja Ali Haji, demonstrating its role in the spread of religion and culture. Events such as the Malay Cultural Festival and the Lampu Colok Festival play crucial roles in strengthening social bonds and introducing Malay culture to a wider audience. Preserving these elements is essential not only to maintain identity but also to inspire future generations to continue the traditions and noble values of the nation.
 
 

This study examines the role of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in improving the quality of education in Senior High Schools (SMA) in Indonesia. In addressing the challenges of globalization, SPMI has become a crucial instrument to ensure that educational institutions meet national standards sustainably. SPMI involves principals, teachers, and educational staff through steps such as quality mapping, planning, quality fulfillment implementation, as well as evaluation and the establishment of new standards. This process promotes continuous self-evaluation to help schools achieve their vision and mission. The study employs a literature review method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected from books, scientific journals, and relevant documents using specific keywords and inclusion criteria. Data analysis identifies common patterns regarding the implementation of SPMI, including its successes and challenges. The findings indicate that SPMI has the potential to enhance the quality of education, although its implementation faces obstacles, such as teachers’ limited understanding of national standards. This study provides insights into the factors contributing to the success and challenges of SPMI implementation and offers contributions to the development of policies and practices in education in Indonesia, particularly in improving the quality of secondary education.
