This study aims to determine the effect of split flexibility training on the accuracy of the sickle kick with the problems found in Padjadjaran Cimande Kuningan pencak silat college athletes when practicing and competing using the sickle kick are still ineffective, therefore the author wants to research to find out whether there is an effect of split flexibility training on the accuracy of the sickle kick in Padjadjaran Cimande pencak silat college athletes Brass. The method used is experimental research with a research design using a pre-experimental design one group pre-test and post-test. The sample of this study is athletes from the Padjadjaran Cimande Kuningan pencak silat school with a total of 10 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The instrument used was a 10-time sickle kick accuracy test. This study uses data analysis techniques using SPSS, data normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and paired sample test 

The aim of this research is to determine the application of Pancasila democracy in the process of selecting administrators for the 2023 UNIPA Surabaya Pharmacy Student Association. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and is supported by primary data. This qualitative research was located at the Faculty of Science and Health using interview techniques to obtain data. The research results show high student participation, reflecting a strong democratic spirit. However, there are challenges related to the dominance of the candidate’s popularity and the lack of deep understanding of the values of Pancasila. The role of the election committee has proven important in maintaining the integrity and transparency of the democratic process. The findings highlight the importance of political education and election outreach to increase students’ understanding of Pancasila values and responsibilities as voters. The election process is also a vehicle for character learning for students, honing leadership skills, negotiation and practicing Pancasila values in student organizations. Recommendations include stricter regulations, integration of Pancasila values in the curriculum, as well as increasing student outreach and participation as steps to strengthen democracy and Pancasila values in the campus environment. This research provides in-depth insight into how Pancasila values are applied in the democratic life of students and provides a basis for increasing awareness and respect for these values in the future.

Giving alms is an obligation for all those who are able, directed towards those in need. This community service was conducted to provide a strong understanding to the community about the importance of sharing and to assist those who are economically disadvantaged. The service activity was carried out using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The results of the service included the lecturers delivering material to the community about the importance of alms, the forms of alms, the benefits of giving alms and concluding with the distribution of gifts to the community by the lecturers and students. Conclusion: This community service activity was successfully conducted and had a positive impact on the community, both in terms of their knowledge and their economic situation.

Persaingan bisnis asuransi semakin ketat dari waktu ke waktu. Pelanggan senantiasa akan membeli produk-produk asuransi yang dapat memberikan jaminan yang baik. Repurchase intention sering dimaknai sebagai keinginan pelanggan membeli ulang komoditas atau jasa yang ditawarkan di pasar. Kualitas pelayanan yang lebih ditekankan oleh pelanggan pada perusahaan asuransi berhubungan dengan layanan penjualan dan pemasaran, kemampuan R & D dan layanan inovatif terhadap kesediaan pelanggan untuk membeli kembali produk asuransi. Banyak hal yang mempengaruhi repurchase intention diantaranya perceived value, expected switching cost dan brand preference. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis variabel mediasi brand preference terhadap pengaruh perceived value dan expected switching cost pada repurchase intention yang sekaligus menawarkan model empiris yang mengangkat variabel unik dalam bidang perusahaan jasa asuransi. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah pelanggan yang membeli produk asuransi di Indonesia berjumlah 269 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan SEM dengan software AMOS. Hasil analisis membuktikan: 1). Perceived value mempengaruhi brand preference. 2). Perceived value mempengaruhi repurchase intention. 3). Expected switching cost mempengaruhi brand preference. 4). Expected switching cost mempengaruhi repurchase intention. 5). Brand preference mempengaruhi repurchase intention. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang positif kepada perusahaan asuransi agar senantiasa mempertahankan kepercayaan konsumen dan memberikan pelayanan terbaiknya sehingga konsumen selalu berminat membeli ulang produk-produk asuransi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh financial litracy, locus of control, dan income terhadap financial management behavior dengan financial self-efficacy sebagai variabel moderasi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Financial management behavior merupakan elemen penting dalam disiplin finansial yang dapat membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan kebiasaan keuangan yang positif dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk membuat keputusan keuangan yang bertanggung jawab, baik dalam kehidupan mereka saat ini maupun di masa depan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan format deskriptif, menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Squere (PLS). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada responden.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Financial literacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior, namun ketika dimoderasi oleh financial self efficacy hasil menunjukkan hubungan tersebut menjadi negatif dan tidak signifikan. Variabel Locus of control tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior, namun ketika dimoderasi oleh financial self efficacy hasil menunjukkan hubungan tersebut menjadi positif dan signifikan. Variabel Income berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior maupun ketika dimoderasi oleh financial self efficacy menunjukkan hasil yang sama.

In the context of rapidly evolving mobile technology, memory management has become an important aspect that determines the efficiency and effectiveness of Android operating systems, particularly on mid- range smartphones. The objective of this research is to identify, analyze and develop memory management strategies that can improve the performance of the Android operating system on resource-constrained devices. Using an experimental approach, this study evaluates various memory management techniques, including the use of optimized caches, memory compression, and page replacement algorithms, to determine the most effective combination to improve system responsiveness and performance. The results show that the implementation of appropriate memory management strategies can significantly improve operating system performance and user experience while extending battery life. These findings provide valuable information for application developers and device manufacturers to optimize their products for mid-range smartphone competition.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mekanisme corporate governance, leverage dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap manajemen laba. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis explanatory research dengan metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sector industry barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 23 perusahaan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui www.idx.co.id.  Pengujian  dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Eviews versi 12. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba. Hal ini dimungkinkan dewan komisaris independen belum menjalankan perannya secara maksimal. Kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba karena kepemilikan manajerial masih sedikit sehingga belum dapat menyatukan kepentingan antar manajer dan pemegang saham. Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba. Hal ini karena adanya pengawasan dari pihak kreditor. Pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba karena semakin tinggi pertumbuhan penjualan maka perusahaan akan cenderung melakukan tindakan manajemen laba.
 

The flood management program at the Bukit Sawangan Indah Housing Complex is an effort and method to overcome flood disasters when water overflows and the inability of the embankments and the Angke river sheet pile to accommodate water deliveries from Bogor, West Java. The flow of the Kali Angke River which is right at the Bukit Sawangan Indah Housing Complex is the flow and end point of the Kali Angke Channel. So all the problems with the flow of the Kali Angke river are centered on the Bukit Sawangan Indah housing complex because the position of the housing complex is an estuary. The aim of this research is to determine the level of community participation in overcoming flood disasters in the Bukit Sawangan Indah Housing Complex, Duren Mekar Village, Bojong Sari District, Depok City, from all sides and how to deal with it. The steps in efforts to overcome flood disasters are starting to seek aspirations and attracting community sympathy in protecting and preserving the surrounding environment, increasing community awareness, then instilling the values of deliberation and consensus, fostering the values of mutual cooperation and cooperation, mingling and helping fellow local residents to maintain one condition and another. In realizing community participation in overcoming the threat of flooding in the Bukit Sawangan Indah Housing Complex, Duren Mekar District, Depok City, the author used descriptive qualitative research. Even though this research has obstacles in its efforts to overcome, efforts are being made immediately to preserve the environment in the future. With awareness of the challenges and commitment to continuous improvement, the collaboration of all parties, namely the Bukit Sawangan Indah housing community itself, RT/RW management, youth organization management, firefighters and the Tagana team has the potential to create a more efficient and responsive environment in the improvement process for dealing with flood disasters.

Sejak awal pencatatan Al-Qur'an dan Hadits Nabi menggunakan bahasa Arab, karenanya sulit bagi kita untuk memahami isi keduanya jika kita tidak bisa berbahasa Arab. Siswa sering kali menghadapi tantangan ketika belajar bahasa Arab karena berbagai penyebab internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi lalu mendiskripsikan faktor-faktor yang menjadikan pembelajaran bahasa Arab sulit bagi siswa kelas VII MTs DDI Walimpong. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Guru dan siswa berperan sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih subjek penelitian, sehingga menghasilkan total 5 informan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa kelas VII MTs DDI Walimpong kesulitan belajar bahasa Arab adalah sebagai berikut: (1) kurangnya motivasi dan minat terhadap mata pelajaran; (2) kesulitan dalam membaca dan memahami kosakata bahasa Arab; (3) kurangnya dukungan orang tua terhadap pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler siswa; dan (4) gaya penyampaian guru yang terlalu repetitif atau monoton, hanya berupa ceramah dan penggunaan buku sebagai bahan pembelajaran, sehingga membuat siswa tidak berminat mempelajari bahasa secara lebih mendalam.

The Internet of Things (IoT) phenomenon is centered around linking various devices and objects to the Internet, enabling them to communicate, collect, and exchange data [1]. The IoT needs strong, lightweight, and secure authorization schemes to regulate many devices with varying levels of ability. Quantum-resilient federated Multi-Factor Authentication (QRF-MFA) is a solution presented in this paper to address the above-discussed issues. Featuring quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols, high-speed and low-energy Physically Unclonable Functions (PUFs), decentralized identity management, and optimized communication protocols, QRF-MFA provides a complete solution for secure cross-domain device identification and authentication. This is done by leveraging blockchain technology for immutable and transparent management of identities yet limiting on-chain storage overhead. It also provides secure, lightweight communication well-suited for resource constrained IIoT devices, and it is designed for fog and edge computing environments as well. QRF-MFA eliminates the challenges of current methods by combining security, efficiency, and scalability and delivering a resilient and future-ready solution to secure IIoT authentication.
