Abstrak:
The role of experts in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (APS) forum in Indonesia has a strategic position in bridging the technical and legal aspects that are often at the core of the problem in a dispute. The presence of experts serves to provide objective and professional opinions that can strengthen the arguments of the parties, as well as speed up the dispute resolution process efficiently. Juridically, the role of experts has been recognized in Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and strengthened by the principle of freedom of contract in Article 1338 of the Civil Code. Although expert opinions are not always binding, their contributions are often used as the basis for important consideration by mediators or arbitrators in decision-making. In addition to being a provider of expert opinions, this role is also able to bridge the gap of understanding between technical and legal aspects that are often difficult to understand by the parties or even by the mediator himself. In practice, expert involvement can provide insight into complex issues, such as in construction, medical, information technology, or environmental cases, that require specialized expertise. Therefore, the presence of experts not only strengthens the legal argument, but also provides crucial scientific validity. However, the challenge faced is the lack of detailed technical arrangements related to qualifications, codes of conduct, and mechanisms for expert involvement in the APS. This can pose a risk of subjectivity and potential conflicts of interest. For this reason, a more comprehensive regulatory development is needed to ensure that the role of experts in APS can be carried out optimally, professionally, and fairly, so as to increase public trust in the dispute resolution mechanism outside the court.

This corpus-based study explores the acquisition patterns of English modal verbs by Indonesian EFL (English as a Foreign Language) learners through a comprehensive analysis of learner language data. The study utilizes a specialized learner corpus consisting of 2.5 million words drawn from both written and spoken productions of 450 Indonesian learners, covering various proficiency levels. The research focuses on examining the frequency patterns, semantic distributions, and error types associated with modal verb usage across the learner corpus. The study employs a combination of quantitative corpus linguistic methods and qualitative error analysis to uncover developmental trends and persistent difficulties in acquiring English modals. The findings highlight a significant underuse of epistemic modality, which expresses degrees of certainty, and an overreliance on core modals like "can," "will," and "must." Additionally, learners systematically avoid more complex modal constructions that are semantically nuanced and less frequent in their linguistic output. The analysis also reveals notable cross-linguistic influences from Indonesian, particularly in the areas of politeness marking and the expression of certainty. These interference patterns suggest that Indonesian learners may transfer modal expressions from their native language, leading to specific errors in the usage of English modals. Based on the findings, the study proposes a usage-based pedagogical framework that integrates corpus-informed instruction with explicit semantic mapping of modal meanings. This framework encourages teachers to address modal verb acquisition by emphasizing frequency-based approaches, contrastive semantic analysis, and corpus-driven awareness-raising activities. The research suggests that by focusing on the form-meaning-function relationships of modals in authentic contexts, learners can better understand and produce English modals accurately and appropriately. The findings have significant implications for enhancing modal verb instruction in EFL classrooms, especially for Indonesian learners.

Abstrak:
Turmeric is a spice commodity that has high economic market potential. However, the utilization of turmeric, especially in Kunden Village, Sukoharjo Regency is still limited in terms of processing innovation, and creates organic waste that has not been optimally utilized, namely turmeric leaves. The Village Development Program, carried out a zero waste-based transformation through the manufacture of gummy spices from rhizomes and liquid organic fertilizer from turmeric leaf waste. This activity is with the farmer women's group of Tani Lestari, with stages of socialization, training, and practice. The results of this program show that the farmer women's group of Tani Lestari members are able to understand product processing innovations in the form of turmeric gummy and optimize turmeric leaf waste into liquid organic fertilizer. Gummy turmeric is a functional food product that is good for health, while liquid organic fertilizer is an alternative to reducing organic waste from turmeric leaves to support sustainable agriculture. The provision of e-modules strengthens the sustainability of the program even after the activity has ended. Zero waste-based innovation not only encourages community participation, especially farmer women's group in village development based on local resources, but also creates a community that is adaptive to progress.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing on consumer purchasing decisions for product X. Content marketing, as a strategy based on delivering relevant and valuable content, has increasingly become a key factor in building consumer engagement and influencing buying behavior. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 150 respondents who are active social media users and consumers of product X. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the impact of content marketing variables—namely content relevance, content consistency, content quality, and content engagement—on purchasing decisions. The results show that content marketing significantly influences consumer purchasing decisions when considered simultaneously. Partially, the variables of content relevance and content engagement have the most dominant influence compared to the other variables. These findings indicate that delivering content that is relevant to consumer needs and interactive in nature can enhance trust and buying interest. This study provides practical implications for business practitioners to strengthen their content marketing strategies by focusing on relevance and engagement to drive purchasing decisions.

Abstrak:
The role of teachers in curriculum development extends beyond the planning stage and plays a crucial part in its implementation. This article aims to analyze and gain an in-depth understanding of teachers' roles as implementers in educational curriculum development. The discussion focuses on four key aspects: teachers as curriculum implementers in the classroom, providers of feedback, agents of change, and the challenges they face along with strategies to strengthen their roles. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by examining relevant sources. In classroom practice, teachers actively adapt and apply curriculum content to meet students' needs. As feedback providers, they offer valuable insights to stakeholders regarding curriculum effectiveness and areas for improvement. Additionally, teachers serve as agents of change by driving innovation and renewal in teaching practices. However, they also encounter various internal and external challenges that make their role increasingly complex. This article emphasizes the importance of recognizing and empowering teachers at every stage of curriculum development to establish a responsive and sustainable education system.

Abstrak:
The research took place at Wastec Internasional Company, a company engaged in environmental waste processing services. The oil from the crude oil waste processing treatment process still has Basic Sediment and Water (BS&W) content and oil content that is too high so that it cannot reach the established standards so that the company must make efforts to reduce waste from the production process. The purpose of the study was to determine the sigma value, the number of defects and factors causing quality failure in crude oil processing treatment at PT Wastec Internasional. The methods used are the DMAIC method, control maps and fishbone diagrams. The calculation results obtained an average BS & W sigma value of 3.4 and an oil content sigma value of 3.29. The average number of defects for BS&W was 9.075% and for oil content was 2113 mg/L. The factors causing treatment quality failure are material, method and environmental factors.

Mahakam Working Area (WK Mahakam) is one of the largest oil and gas working areas in Indonesia managed by PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM). WK Mahakam has large gas reserves, making it one of the largest contributors to national gas production. This study aims to determine the process of gas well production and know the technology used in the gas production process and know the efforts in increasing gas production in the Mahakam working area. The methods used are direct observation, interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the gas well production process consists of several stages, namely drilling, pipe installation, and gas processing.The technology used in the gas well production process includes directional drilling technology, horizontal drilling technology, Artificial Lift technology and Enhanced Oil Recovery technology. The efforts made by the company to increase gas production include exploration of new gas wells, development of gas production technology, improvement of production production, development of Artificial Lift technology, Enhanced Oil Recovery technology, a n d worker skills and implementation of digital technology.

This study aims to describe the initial state of the research ecosystem at STAIN Mandailing Natal, to assess student participation in scholarly activities, and to identify the primary obstacles encountered. Employing a qualitative methodology with case?study and literature?review approaches, primary data were gathered through direct observation, in?depth interviews, and questionnaires administered to 360 students, while secondary data were derived from peer?reviewed journal articles, books, and other relevant documents. The findings reveal that only approximately 10?% of the institution’s 3,800 students, across 20 degree programmes, actively engage in scholarly writing. In response, the RISE2045 initiative established “RISE Clubs” to foster a student?centred research ecosystem, comprising brief methodological workshops, regular peer?review circles, and an internal e?repository. During the three?month pilot in the History and Islamic Philosophy programme, 60 participants were recruited; 30 manuscripts underwent peer review, 17 were selected as “best drafts,” and subsequently uploaded to the platform. Post?pilot surveys indicate that 85?% of participants reported improved writing skills and 70?% expressed greater confidence in submitting their work to academic journals. The RISE Club model is both adaptable and scalable to other programmes with local customization, and its sustainability depends on multi?stakeholder collaboration, including funding support, adequate IT infrastructure, and engagement from the broader research community. These results underscore the effectiveness of RISE Clubs in cultivating an inclusive and enduring research culture. It is recommended that local governments strengthen support through mini?grants, universities secure subscriptions to international journals, and other institutions adopt this model to stimulate student research activity in advance of Indonesia’s Golden Generation in 2045.

Salah satu permasalahan dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada siswa kelas VII.B SMP Negeri 16 Semarang adalah lemahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan pengetahuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan nyata terutama dalam memahami permintaan dan penawaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) menggunakan model Problem Based Learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 menggunakan model pendekatan Problem Based Learning. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas 7B sebanyak 34 Siswa-siswi yang terdiri laki-laki 15 Siswa dan perempuan 19 Siswi. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari data kualitatif berupa data hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta data kuantitatif berupa data tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian siklus I diperoleh siswa yang tuntas secara individu sebanyak 34 siswa-siswi dengan rata-rata perolehan nilai 78,00. Sedangkan hasil penelitian siklus II mengalami peningkatan rata-rata nilai menjadi 90,00 atau meningkat sebesar 15%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII.B SMP Negeri 16 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024.
One of the problems in learning Social Sciences (IPS) for class VII.B students of SMP Negeri 16 Semarang is the weak ability of students to apply knowledge to solve problems in real life, especially in understanding demand and supply. To overcome this problem, classroom action research (PTK) was conducted using the Problem Based Learning model. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of class VII B students of SMP Negeri 16 Semarang in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The subjects of the study were 34 class 7B students. The source of research data was obtained from qualitative data in the form of data from observations of teacher and student activities and quantitative data in the form of student learning outcome test data. The results of the cycle I study obtained that 34 students completed individually with an average score of 78.00. While the results of the cycle II study experienced an increase in the average score to 90.00 or an increase of 15%. Based on the results of these studies, learning using the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VII.B students of SMP Negeri 16 Semarang in the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstrak:
This Community Service Activity was carried out at the Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU) Dahlia Indah Rw 01 Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta which aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Micro, Small, Medium Entreprise (MSME) actors in utilizing digital marketing and environmentally friendly product packaging. The method used is Application of Science and Technology to the Community in the form of training, which focuses on the use of e-commerce (Shopee), Promotion strategies through social media and content marketing and education that provides an understanding of green packaging product packaging. The results of this community service activity show an increase in the knowledge and skills of Micro, Small, Medium Entreprise (MSME) actors in managing digital marketing and product packaging. This activity is expected to provide a sustainable contribution in improving business and solving real problems.
