Abstrak:
Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi yang pesat menyebabkan munculnya berbagai model digital marketing, yang diharapkan memiliki dampak signifikan bagi perkembangan sebuah usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati sejauh mana pengaruh penerapan model digital marketing terhadap perkembangan peningkatan sebuah usaha. Studi kasus dilakukan pada bisnis kuliner Nyamm Ayam di Salatiga, yaitu sebuah bisnis yang melayani penjualan masakan ayam dengan berbagai kreasi dan menu pilihan dengan cita rasa nusantara. Penerapan digital marketing dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari tahap penentuan tujuan dan target audiens, pemilihan saluran digital dan perencanaan konten untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, pengembangan web dan Search Engine Optimization, penggunaan media sosial serta analisis dan pengukuran kinerja. Dari studi kasus yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan digital marketing memiliki dampak yang positif bagi peningkatan usaha, khususnya pada bisnis kuliner Nyamm Ayam di Salatiga.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the learning motivation of students using the inquiry learning model in class VIII B Muhammadiyah Middle School Waipare. This research was conducted from 20 March to 02 April 2023. The data sources in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. The primary data is the homeroom teacher, science teacher and class VIII B students, while the secondary data was obtained using documentation. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. From the six indicators of motivation to learn, the following results are obtained, 1) indicators of desire and desire were successfully categorized as good with a percentage of 87,96%, 2) indicators of encouragement and need to learn are categorized as sufficient with a percentage of 75,25%, 3) indicators of hopes and aspirations are categorized as good with a percentage of 93,24%, 4) indicators of appreciation in learning are categorized as good with percentage of 90,27%, 5) indicators of a conducive learning environment are categorized as good with a percentage of 90,27%, 6) there are interesting activities categorized as good with a percentage of 78,57%. So, it can be concluded that the learning motivation of student using the inquiry learning model is categorized as good.

Perubahan iklim dipengaruhi oleh kondisi cuaca yang tidak stabil sebagai contoh curah hujan yang tidak menentu, sering terjadi badai, suhu cuaca yang ekstrim, dan arah angin yang berubah drastis hingga akhirnya menyebabkan banjir atau tanah longsor. Permasalahan yang mendasar adalah kurangnya kesiapsiagaan atas bencana banjir yang terjadi di daerah Martapura, Kabupaten Banjar. Manajemen risiko merupakan kegiatan mendasar yang diarahkan untuk mengevaluasi skema untuk mengurangi risiko tetapi tidak untuk menghilangkan semua risiko, karena risiko dalam banyak kasus tidak dapat sepenuhnya dihilangkan. Pada pengabdian ini akan memberikan informasi mengenai risiko banjir dan genangan secara terintegrasi dengan memberikan analisis terhadap kesiapsiagaan terhadap kejadian banjir oleh masyarakat. Sehingga dapat memberikan referensi terkait mitigasi bencana banjir bagi SMPN 5 Martapura khususnya serta masyarakat Martapura pada umumnya.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the impact of market relocation on the income of traders in the Talang Banjar People's Market, the factors that affect the income of traders after being relocated and how traders perceive the market relocation. In this study using qualitative research methods. As for the type and source of data needed, namely primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observing, interviewing and documenting while data analysis methods include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study showed that the income of traders after being relocated experienced a change in income where out of the 40 traders who had been interviewed, 38 traders had a decrease in income while as many as 2 traders had an increase in income. As for the factors that affect traders' income, namely location factors, trading hours, mods and competition. the perception of traders regarding the relocation of the Talang Banjar People's Market is not as expected, mainly because the number of traders' income has decreased. So it is hoped that government traders can make improvements to bring changes in a better direction, namely by repairing the market building, expanding road access, expanding stalls and kiosks according to the needs of traders and traders hope that all traders will be included in the market building.

AbstrakKinerja adalah suatu capaian dari suatu rangkaian proses yang ditandai dengan periode waktu tertentu. Penentuan proses penilaian kinerja didasarkan pada kesepakatan atau perjanjian yang telah disepakati. Melalui kinerja maka suatu perusahaan atau karyawan dapat dinilai berhasil atau gagal dalam proses pelaksanaan pekerjaannya sesuai waktu yang disepakati. Ada beberapa hal yang memengaruhi kinerja, seperti disiplin karyawan, inisiatif karyawan, pimpinan, serta efisiensi dan efektivitas perusahaan atau organisasi. Faktor kemampuan dan motivasi karyawan serta pimpinan juga bisa memengaruhi kinerja. Oleh karena ada banyak faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja maka diperlukan adanya indikator kinerja sehingga dalam pelaksanaan penilaian akan menjadi objektif. Penilaian kinerja atau performance appraisal adalah sebuah proses atau aktivitas yang dilaksanakan oleh individu atau grup dalam sebuah lembaga guna melakukan evaluasi dan menyampaikan informasi hasil pekerjaan karyawan dengan suatu standar yang sudah ditentukan untuk suatu jenjang waktu tertentu. Indikator penilaian kinerja dapat diambil dari uraian tugas dan tanggung jawab serta target masing-masing karyawan di setiap unit kerjanya. Dari uraian tugas dan tanggung jawab tersebut dapat dibuat indikator dan pembobotan sesuai dengan prioritas yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan atau organisasi yang bersangkutan. Kemudian dipadukan dengan metode Simple Additive Weigthing (SAW) yang memiliki kriteria kehadiran, sikap/etika, kerajinan, kualitas dan kuantitas. Pelaksanaan uraian tugas dan tanggung jawab merupakan bukti kerajinan dan kualitas karyawan.Kata kunci: karyawan; organisasi; penilaian kinerja; urain tugas dan wewenangAbstractPerformance is an achievement resulting from a series of processes marked by a specific period of time. The abilities and motivations of employees and leaders can also affect performance. Because there are many factors that influence performance, performance indicators are needed so that the assessment process becomes objective. Performance appraisal is a process or activity carried out by individuals or groups in an institution to evaluate and provide information about employees' work results according to predetermined standards for a specific period of time. Performance evaluation indicators can be derived from job descriptions, responsibilities, and targets of each employee in their respective work units. These job descriptions and responsibilities can be used to create indicators and weighting according to the priorities set by the respective company or organization. Then it is combined with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which has criteria for presence, attitude/ethics, craft, quality and quantity. As a tradition that has long existed in the lives of the people of Dharmasraya Regency, the Alek Bajawek Tradition is always held only on certain days. This research aims to reveal the Alek Bajawek Tradition in Kenagarian Koto Baru Dharmasraya. In contrast to the implementation of other traditions which involve all people in every procession, the Alek Bajawek tradition can only be carried out by certain people, such as Urang Nan Ampek Jinih. The research method used in this writing is the historical research method, with data collection carried out directly in the field through interviews and observation as primary sources. Meanwhile, researchers obtain secondary sources through the library. Then in the historical method there are several stages that must be carried out, such as heuristics, source criticism, analysis and writing. The results of this research explain the beginning of the emergence of the Alek Bajawek tradition at the same time as the Koto Besar Kingdom in Koto Baru Dharmasraya District, the existence of the Alek Bajawek tradition as a special tradition in the form of respect from the community for Urang Nan Ampek Jinih and is usually called Alek Gadang or Alek Rajo . However, this phenomenon indirectly makes a difference in the social status between a king or other leading figure and ordinary people.

YouTube, which is a means of mass communication, now has an impact on student self-development. YouTube "One Percent" is a show that contains content about self-development. Students with all the problems of self-development that are not taught at school begin to improve their habits, lifestyle, finance, socializing through the educational show "One Percent". The purpose of this study is how the form of utilization of Youtube "One Percent" as a means of self-development and to find out how the impact of the audience of the YouTube channel "One Percent" as a means of communication in developing themselves. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The nature of exploratory qualitative research with research methods using in-depth interviews. The results in this study are the utilization of YouTube One Percent as a means of mass communication for self-development is considered effective in student self-development, and has a positive impact on students.

This study aims to determine the potential bankruptcy of airline companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z-Score model. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. This study aims to determine the potential bankruptcy of airline companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z-Score model. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sample in this study is the financial statements of 3 airline companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2022 period. The data collection technique used in this study used secondary data. The data analysis technique uses the modified Altman Z-Score method. The results of this study show that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk is in bankruptcy condition in 2016-2021, and in 2022 the company is different in gray area conditions. PT Air Asia Indonesia Tbk for seven years, namely in 2016-2022, was in bankruptcy condition. PT Indonesia Transport & Infrastructure Tbk was in bankruptcy condition in 2016-2021, and in 2022 the company was in a gray area condition..

This research aims to examine in depth the application of conflict management in overcoming student discipline problems at the Al-Azhar Jember Islamic Boarding School. Conflict management acts as an effective preventive key to overcoming challenges in maintaining discipline. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews and observation.
