Abstrak:
Jeruk Manis Village is a village resulting from the expansion of Kembang Kuning Village, after its expansion Jeruk Manis established itself with new branding as a tourist village that is already known for its natural beauty and green rice fields that refresh the eyes. In its efforts to build a tourist village that promises visitors, Jeruk Manis has not provided adequate facilities such as the lack of tourist information for visitors, as well as inadequate changing rooms in several tourist attractions. Therefore, the purpose of KKN PMD University of Mataram for the July-August 2024 period is to optimize tourism in Jeruk Manis Village through making Tourist Information and improving Changing Room facilities. The implementation method used is field survey, location planning, design or design, and program implementation (production and promotion). The results obtained from the making of Tourist Information and Changing Room improvements have a stronger impact on the progress of the branding of the Jeruk Manis Tourism Village, with Tourist Information being a reference for foreign visitors when visiting Jeruk Manis Village. In addition, the placement of the Changing Room made of bamboo which adds to the attractiveness also ensures the comfort of visitors.

Abstrak:
Abnormal pain is a general term encompassing various health complaints affecting the area between the chest and pelvis (including the abdominal wall and internal organs), with varying intensity, duration, and pain points. The research aims to identify the application of nursing care for acute pain by providing warm compresses to a patient with the initials Ny.W, who experienced abnormal pain in the Lavender ward at Kardinah Regional Hospital, Tegal City. This study applied a descriptive design. Data were collected through several stages, including anamnesis (gathering of medical history), direct observation, physical assessment, and documentation. The research findings indicated that the patient's issue was resolved on the third day, marked by a reduction in pain intensity. Overall, the nursing problem was managed within three days through the intervention of warm compresses as a nursing action.

Toko Lovabel merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang aksesoris. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Dalam menghadapi permasalahan persaingan bisnis, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang sering terjadi salah satunya yaitu belum memiliki prosedur dalam menentukan barang yang paling diminati oleh pelanggan. Penentuan yang dilakukan saat ini belum terstruktur dan dapat bervariasi dari waktu ke waktu. Hal ini dapat menjadi tantangan yang signifikan dalam upaya memenangkan persaingan dan membangun pangsa pasar yang kuat. Kinerja dari metode WP mampu melakukan perkalian terbobot pada setiap kriteria setelah di pangkatkan dan hasil keputusan berupa perankingan. Kriteria yang digunakan terdiri dari harga, kualitas produk, jumlah barang yang terjual, diskon barang, lama pengiriman, dan sistem pembayaran. Sehingga pemilihan penentuan barang terhadap pelanggan perlu dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode yang tepat sesuai dengan standar perusahaan yaitu WP (Weight Product) dengan tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan keputusan bisnis serta membantu perusahaan dalam menilai maupun membandingkan barang-barang yang berbeda berdasarkan kriteria yang relevan.

Abstrak:
This study developed an innovative vegan patty product with a combination of vegetable protein, cauliflower, and soy protein isolate with 3 different proportions: 25g, 35g, and 45g. Organoleptic tests are performed to evaluate the outer color, inner color, shape, aroma, taste, and texture. This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of soy protein isolate on the results so vegan patty made from tempeh and vegetables, comparing the content of making vegan patty with the nutritional content of the best products soy protein isolate and know the selling price of vegan patty made from tempeh and vegetables with the addition of soy protein isolate by using the method of food cost and cost plus pricing. The addition of 25g of isolate soy protein flour has the highest value and stands out with the characteristics of the outer color which is brown, the outer color which is light brown, the aroma of tempeh and vegetables is balanced, the texture is chewy, the savory taste of tempeh and vegetables is balanced, the round shape is quite perfect, from all assessment criteria the best results in the criteria for evaluating liking are in the addition of 25g of isolate soy protein flour. Laboratory analysis of the nutritional content of the best vegan patty which has an energy content of 179.60kcal/100gram, protein content of 14.52%, carbohydrate content of 21.90%, fat content of 2.54%, and fiber content of 4.81%. The selling price of vegan patty products with the addition of soy protein isolate obtained a result of Rp 4,891 / 55 g.

<p><em>I</em><em>n building infrastructure, cost calculations are needed, organized in the form of a Budget Plan (RAB) according to government standards. The RAB provides an overview of the total cost required for building infrastructure or construction projects. Additionally, the RAB calculations can also determine the need for building materials, the number of workers required, and the duration of the project. This Community Service program aims to provide knowledge and new skills to the community on how to calculate the Budget Plan (RAB) for building both private homes and community infrastructure, such as meeting halls, neighborhood watch posts, water channels, and so on. The implementation method begins with interviews to assess understanding of creating an RAB, followed by socializing the benefits of making an RAB, training, and practical exercises on how to calculate the RAB. Subsequent steps include monitoring and evaluating the results of the calculations. This Community Service program equips the community with the skills to calculate the RAB for infrastructure development, better understand the volume of work calculations, determine material prices or unit prices for work, and prevent cost overruns during the construction phase.</em></p>

Abstrak:
In the rapid development of the food and beverage industry, overproduction and unsold food have led to a high amount of food waste, making Indonesia one of the largest food waste producers in the world. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2021 shows that Indonesia produces 23-40 million tons of food waste annually, which negatively impacts the environment, natural resources, and the economy. This research aims to create a website that serves as a platform for selling leftover food to reduce food waste issues in Indonesia. The method used in designing this website is the Design Thinking method, which consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Data for this method is collected through surveys and interviews with respondents. By creating this website, it is hoped to connect food business operators, such as restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, with consumers, allowing them to interact and providing an effective solution to reduce food waste in Indonesia. Additionally, it is expected that this website can minimize the waste of still-edible food for everyone. By ordering through this online platform, customers can get food at half the normal price.

Abstrak:
Online learning is widely used by various groups, especially in higher education/schools. Online learning has many benefits for students and lecturers due to its practical and flexible learning process. However, there are complaints in online learning, such as students having difficulty understanding the material shared by lecturers and the lack of interaction between lecturers and students, making the lessons monotonous and boring. Students also cannot review the targeted lecturers. Therefore, the Midori Clon application was created to address students' problems in online learning. The application design was developed using the Design Thinking method. The Midori Clon application offers several advantages, including a Live Video feature for more interactive sessions between students and lecturers, a Bot feature to summarize materials and translate languages, and a Lecturer Review feature to review the targeted lecturers. With these advanced features, it is expected that online learning issues can be resolved and online learning can meet the desired expectations.

Abstrak:
Organizational culture in the bureaucratic environment is often one of the problems that hinder the realization of good governance. On the other hand, the organizational culture that develops cannot be separated from the paternalistic Javanese culture. This makes the character of bureaucratic apparatus behavior more textually patterned based on applicable formal provisions. As a result, government officials cannot make decisions when facing obstacles in carrying out their duties, especially those related to public services. This condition can be overcome by providing flexibility for bureaucratic apparatus to be more creative in taking effective and success-oriented actions in carrying out their duties. This research shows the influence of bureaucratic strengthening efforts on the realization of good governance by eliminating unproductive Javanese cultural values so as to improve the quality of public services. The results reveal that an empowered bureaucracy with flexibility and results orientation is able to respond to community needs more quickly and precisely. In addition, the elimination of unproductive values in Javanese culture is proven to encourage innovation and initiative among bureaucratic apparatus, which ultimately improves the efficiency and effectiveness of public services.Budaya organisasi dalam lingkungan birokrasi seringkali menjadi salah satu persoalan yang menghambat terwujudnya pemerintahan yang baik. Di sisi lain, budaya organisasi yang berkembang tidak dapat terlepas dari budaya Jawa yang paternalistis. Ini membuat karakter perilaku aparat birokrasi lebih terpola secara tekstual berdasarkan ketentuan formal yang berlaku. Akibatnya aparatur pemerintah tidak dapat mengambil keputusan apabila menghadapi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan tugas khususnya terkait dengan pelayanan publik. Kondisi ini dapat diatasi dengan memberikan keleluasaan bagi aparat birokrasi untuk lebih kreatif mengambil tindakan-tindakan efektif dan berorientasi pada keberhasilan dalam menjalankan tugas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh upaya penguatan birokrasi terhadap perwujudan good governance dengan menghilangkan nilai-nilai budaya Jawa yang tidak produktif sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa birokrasi yang diberdayakan dengan fleksibilitas dan orientasi pada hasil mampu merespons kebutuhan masyarakat dengan lebih cepat dan tepat. Selain itu, penghapusan nilai-nilai yang tidak produktif dalam budaya Jawa terbukti mendorong inovasi dan inisiatif di kalangan aparat birokrasi, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan publik.
