The purpose of this research focuses on analyzing the practice of "walimatul ursyi" within the community of Jangka Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency, which is influenced by local cultural values and the development of modern culture, as well as its relevance to the development of Islamic law. The urgency of this research lies in understanding the interaction between tradition and local culture with Islamic teachings, especially in the context of the "walimatul ursyi" practice. The research method employs a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This study combines literature research and field research. Thus the data sources obtained include field data and library sources. The research findings indicate that the "walimatul ursyi" practice in Bireuen Regency reflects a harmonious blend of local cultural values and Islamic Sharia. Although some aspects need adjustment to align with Islamic lawfully, the essence of this practice still retains the traditions and local wisdom of the Bireuen community. The novelty of the research lies in its in-depth exploration of how the local traditions, particularly the "walimatul ursyi" practice, interact and integrate with Islamic Sharia, as well as how the adaptation and modification of these traditions are confronted with the challenges of modern culture and the need to remain in line with the principles of Sharia law. Therefore, this research has the potential to serve as a reference for further studies related to the implementation of Islamic law within specific socio-cultural contexts, especially in the context of marriage in Islamic society. Tujuan penelitian ini berfokus pada menganalisis praktik walimatul ursyi di masyarakat Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen yang terpengaruh oleh nilai-nilai budaya lokal dan perkembangan budaya modern serta relevansinya dengan perkembangan hukum Islam. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada kebutuhan untuk memahami interaksi antara tradisi dan budaya lokal dengan ajaran syariat Islam, khususnya dalam konteks praktik walimahtul ursyi di Kabupaten Bireuen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus. Penelitian ini merupakan perpaduan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan, sehingga sumber data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini terdapat dari sumber data lapangan (data primer) dan sumber data kepustakaan (data skunder). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan praktik walimatul ursyi di Kabupaten Bireuen mencerminkan perpaduan harmonis antara nilai-nilai budaya lokal dan syariat Islam. Meskipun ada beberapa aspek yang perlu disesuaikan agar sepenuhnya sesuai dengan syariat Islam, namun esensi dari praktik ini tetap mempertahankan tradisi dan kearifan lokal masyarakat Bireuen. Novelty penelitian ini yaitu eksplorasi mendalam mengenai bagaimana tradisi lokal masyarakat Kabupaten Bireuen, khususnya praktik walimatul ursyi, berinteraksi dan berintegrasi dengan syariat Islam, serta bagaimana adaptasi dan modifikasi tradisi tersebut dihadapkan dengan tantangan budaya modern dan kebutuhan untuk tetap sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum syari’at. Sehingga penelitian ini berpotensi untuk menjadi acuan dalam penelitian lebih lanjut yang berkaitan dengan implementasi hukum Islam dalam konteks sosial budaya tertentu, khususnya dalam konteks pernikahan dalam masyarakat Islam.

This study to determine the effect of product, proce, and location on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The location of this research was conducted at UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. The objects in this research are rice cutomers from UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. This research is quantitative research. Data cllection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation and literature, Data analysis was perfomed usuing validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test., multiple linear test, hypothesis test, determination test. From the result of the research that has been done, it shows that the first problem formulation regarding the product partially has a significance level effect on customers satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 2.850 with a significance level of 0,009. Price partially has a significance effect on consumer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 1.948 with a significance level of 0,044. Place partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product,price and Place on customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. F count is 3.968 with a sig level of 0.021 where the figure is <0.05.

The phenomenon in the company is that employee performance decreases because the workload received by employees is too heavy and employee turnover is quite high.This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 93 employees with the sampling technique using saturated samples so that there were 93 samples.Simultaneously there is a significant effect between workload and employee turnover variables on the performance of PT. X. While partially found the workload variable has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. X. Partially it was found that the employee turnover variable had no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. X.

The research is motivated by several problems of undisciplined behavior in learning, namely: (1) some students are still late for coming to school; (2) some students still cheat, often skip classes, are noisy in class, and are late in collecting assignments from the teacher; and (3) some students did not do homework from the teacher. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of group guidance using self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes. The study used a quantitative approach with Pre-Experimental Designs of the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design type. The population of this study were all students of class XII IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes totaling 72 students, consisting of class XII IPS 1 totaling 36 students and class XII IPS 3 totaling 36 students. The research sample was students of class XII IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes, totaling 36 students. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique is a non-test with a psychological scale. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. Test the hypothesis using paired samples t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of group guidance using self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes. The magnitude of the effect is indicated by the difference in the mean pre-test and post-test, that is, the mean pre-test is 80.53 to the mean post-test is 84.89, so an average increase is obtained. mean of 4.361 or 4%. It can be concluded that there is an influence of group guidance with self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes.

Penelelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan memberikan alternative metode pembelajaran dengan menerapkan LMS sebagai solusi pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif, Pada tahap awal, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi Kemudian, dilakukan implementasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan perangkat lunak yang sesuai. Melalui penerapan LMS, peserta didik dapat mengakses bahan pembelajaran secara online, berpartisipasi dalam diskusi daring, dan mengikuti ujian atau penilaian secara fleksibel. Pengajar juga dapat mengelola dan mengevaluasi kinerja peserta didik dengan lebih efisien. Dan lembaga pendidikan juga mendapatkan manfaat dalam mengoptimalkan sumber daya dan mengurangi biaya operasional. Hasil nya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan LMS memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas, kualitas, dan efisiensi pembelajaran.

The results of this study show that the strong and increasing role of the Islamic capital market in shaping the capitalization of the Indonesian capital market indicates that the Islamic capital market plays an important and significant role in driving the rate of economic growth in Indonesia.

The taste of Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery is quite good, including in the processing and selection of ingredients and has a kitchen expert who knows his field. In addition, it also provides friendly service quality, but waiters are less responsive in handling consumer complaints. This research is a quantitative research. The research location is located at Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery, Kec. Wates Kab. Kediri. The population in this study was 900 consumers. The sample in this study were 60 consumers using the Malhotra sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test. Partially the variable of service quality (X1) has a significant effect on the variable of interest in repeating (Y). Partially taste (X2) has a significant effect on repurchase intention (Y). Simultaneously service quality (X1) and service quality (X2) affect customer repurchase intention (Y).

In fact, currently there are many payment systems that use technology assistance as a payment method that can minimize queues for purchasing transportation tickets. Such as smart cards used by Trans Jakarta transportation and the use of smartphones as a means of payment for Go-Jek and Grab transportation. So we need an innovation that can replace the BRT payment system which still uses tickets using the current technology. For this reason, a mobile-based Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) payment system was created so that passengers can easily make transportation payments. This system can validate voucher codes and make payments.
