The current problems of income inequality, slow economic growth, and other interrelated complexities are all directly linked to poverty. Finally, all nations must fight poverty in order to provide a recognized and prosperous life for their citizens. Therefore, the aim of this study is to ascertain how poverty will change in Central Java Province between 2017 and 2021 as a result of inequality in income distribution and economic growth. Using quantitative research techniques, this research. Inequality of Income Distribution, Economic Growth, and Poverty The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Java Province in 2017–2021 is a secondary data source with time series data. In addition, other methods were used to collect and analyze the data. and processed using SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the partial and simultaneous test results show that the Inequality of Income Distribution and Economic Growth does not have an insignificant effect on the Poverty Level. But secondly, when the correlation and determination tests were carried out, the results showed that the two independent variables had a relationship of 64.1% and an influence of 41.1% on the Poverty Level in Central Java Province for the 2017-2021 period.
 

Pendidikan menurut GBHN 1988 tentang pendidikan nasional menjelaskan bahwa pendidikannasional yang berakar pada kebudayaan bangsa Indonesia dan berdasarkan Pancasila serta Undang-UndangDasar 1945 diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan serta harkat dan martabat bangsa, mewujudkanmanusia untuk beriman dan bertakwa terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berkualitas dan mandiri. Visi danmisi, serta struktur kurikulum sekolah harus jelas arahnya utamanya lagi setelah siswa lulus akan bermuarakemana. Namun tentunya ada perbedaan antara sekolah yang bersifat umum dan ‘khusus’. Dimana sekolahyang bersifat umum biasanya menggunakan kurikulum dari pemerintah, sedangkan sekolah yang bersifat‘khusus’ (sekolah dalam lingkungan pesantren) kurikulum yang digunakan kombinasi antara pemerintah danpendidikan agama Islam. Salah satunya MA Almahrusiyah yang sistem pembelajarannya tidak terlalumenekan dengan banyaknya tugas sekolah yang harus diselesaikan selama belajar mengajar berlangsung,dalam proses pembelajarannya tidak banyak praktik, lebih mengutamakan teori dari LKS. Hal inilah yangmenjadi ketertarikan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran seni budaya danproses kreatif siswa kelas X di MA Almahrusiyah berkarya seni rupa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodedeskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan interdisiplin. Adapun proses pengambilan data urut-urutannyadiawali dengan observasi, wawancara, mengambil data dokumentasi, dan terakhir trianggulasi. Pembelajaranseni budaya di sekolah Ma Almahrusiyah memang cukup berbeda dari sekolah lainnya, karena para siswaproses belajarnya lebih menekan pada pendalaman agama islam, meskipun demikian tidak menutupkemungkinan bahwa setelah para siswa diberi pemahaman tentang pentingnya belajar seni, rasa ingin tahubaik guru maupun siswa untuk mempelajari seni tidak hanya dari buku LKS saja yang sifatnya lebih banyak pada teoritik, melainkan dalam praktiknya perlu juga untuk dipelajari. Karena belajar praktik seni akanmengasah kemampuan siswa untuk lebih kreatif, mampu bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi dengan baik, sertamampu mengolah kemampuan berpikirnya lebih kritis dengan cara memberi penilaian terhadap suatu karya. 

The government develops for citizens to get a job and decent living. Nevertheless, the number of people who are unemployed and poor is still high. To solve those problems, the government establish the Skills Development Center as a basis for sustainable entrepreneur empowerment. This research aims to analyze entrepreneurial empowerment activities at the Skills Development Center, their positive impact, the dominant factor influencing success, and the effort to optimize the success of the Skills Development Center in facing changes in the world of work. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data collection was documentation, interviews, and observation. The informants were 11 people who were determined based on the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques through reduction, display, and conclusion drawing verification. The results showed the stages of awareness, enabling, and empowerment in implementing entrepreneurial empowerment very well. The positive impact is success in increasing agricultural and livestock entrepreneurship. The dominant factors are government policy support, increased cooperation, and adequate human resources. At the same time, the barrier factors are low community participation and lack of budget support. Then, the effort to optimize care coordination, verification, and facilitation of training activities, coordination and cooperation among regional agencies, and increasing cooperation with the industrial world so that the type of entrepreneurship can be varied and competitive.
 
 

This study analyzes the effect of the variables contained in the Theory of Planned Behavior, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control on taxpayers' intentions. The sample in this study were taxpayers registered with MSMEs in Semarang Regency. The number of samples is 125 taxpayers. The sampling technique used was the solvin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that attitudes have a direct effect on taxpayer intentions, while subjective norms and perceived behavioral control do not directly affect taxpayer intentions.

Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tahun ini berfokus dalam membantu masyarakat terutama generasi muda Indonesia pada usia 15-30 tahun untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mengenai kesehatan mental. Adapun masalah-masalah itu dapat berupa depresi, trauma, stress, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan adanya pandemi covid - 19, program PKM dapat dilaksanakan dengan berbasis pada jaringan internet (internet-based). Kami berfokus pada 2 media sosial yang paling berpengaruh dengan pengguna usia 15-30 tahun terbanyak di wilayah Indonesia yaitu Twitter dan Instagram. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahap yang meliputi: tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, serta tahap refleksi. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi dan konseling kesehatan mental yang dilakukan menggunakan metode dua arah. Terdapat interaksi antara kelompok subjek sasaran promosi (mitra) dan penyuluh (psikolog klinis) sehingga muncul sikap aktif dan interaktif. MENFESS (Mental Health Confession) menyediakan suatu akun pengguna dimana para followers atau pengikutnya memiliki tempat untuk bercerita dan mengedukasi para komunitas yang peduli dengan kesehatan mentalnya.
 
 

Pola hidup masyarakat yang tidak baik dapat mempengaruhi kesehatannya. Salah satu penyakit yang disebabkan pola hidup tidak sehat adalah penyakit DM Tipe II. Penyakit DM Tipe II ini dapat mengakibatkan tubuh penderitanya tidak bisa mengatasi kelebihan glukosa. Umumnya, orang yang kelebihan glukosa, kadar kolestrolnya juga akan naik. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara kadar glukosa dengan kadar trigliserida dari pasien penderita DM Tipe II. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 67 pasien di Klinik NanoMed Sunter. Dari sampel pasien tersebut dipetakan apakah pasien yang menderita memiliki riwayar penyakit penyerta yang dapat mempengaruhi kadar glukosa dan trigliseridanya. Hasil yang didapat adalah 45 orang (67,1%) memiliki kadar gula darah puasa di atas 126 mg/dL dan 38 orang (56,7%) memiliki kadar trigliserida di atas 200 mg/dL. Untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara kadar gula darah puasa dengan kadar trigliserida digunakan analisis statistic korelasi Pearson dengan p-value 0,001 dan korelasi Pearson 0,381 dengan korelasi cukup.

The aims of this research are (1) to describe the form of code mixing in Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari, (2) describes the function of code mixing in the novel Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari.
The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach in this study is to describe the form of code mixing and the function of code mixing. The data analysis technique used in this study is using library techniques and reading and note-taking techniques.
The results of this study indicate that there is a code mixing event in the novel Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari. First, the form of code mixing found in the novel Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari totaling 251 data. The data specifically relates to the inclusion of elements of English into Indonesian. (1) mixed code in the form of words, there are 143 data, (2) mixed code in the form of phrases, there are 55 data, (3) mixed code in the form of clauses, there are 11 data, (4) mixed code in the form of repetition of words, there are 2 data, (5) mixed code in the form of expressions or idioms, there are 3 data, and (6) code mixing in the form of baster, there are 37 data. Second, the code mixing function contained in the novel Resign! (2018) Almira Bastari's work is (1) to respect the interlocutor there is 1 data, (2) to emphasize a certain intention there are 23 data, (3) to show self-identity there are 30 data, (4) as the influence of the subject matter there are 2 data, (5) as speech opponent specifications there are 192 data, (6) as quotations there are 3 data. As for the code mixing function, the inclusion of English elements into Indonesian as sentence inserts and as repetition was not found by the researchers.

The fact of industrial development is that in Wanarejan village, Pemalang city is famous for the production of woven fabrics and is a characteristic of the village. so the purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of developments contained in the home industry of weaving in the village of Wanarejan. In this study, the population used were entrepreneurs of goyor woven fabrics. This research is a research with a qualitative approach with descriptive data type, which is trying to present objective facts in accordance with the conditions that occurred at the time the research was conducted. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the production of woven sarongs is still in demand by people in Pemalang City and in other cities. Sales of this woven sarong export to various countries. Woven fabric products have their own characteristics because of the use of simple weaving techniques with non-machine looms, thus adding a more beautiful, smooth and neat impression. The hallmark of the goyor woven sarong that makes it a fashion with its traditional characteristics lies in its design and good quality level.

This research was conducted at the Jatingaleh Pharmacy, Semarang, currently the pharmacy is still experiencing difficulties in terms of processing drug supplies, the obstacles experienced include recording drug supplies manually, which is recorded in a ledger then inputted into a computer. The system also has not been able to generate reports of drugs that are about to expire.
This study aims to provide solutions to problems related to the drug supply system, and can produce reports of drugs that will enter expiration at the Jatingaleh Pharmacy Semarang. This research method uses a Research and Development (R&D) model approach with 6 stages, namely Research and information collecting, planning, developing preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, and main field testing. This system was created using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language using SQL Server 2000 database and based on Multiuser.
With the system design from this study, it is able to handle problems at the pharmacy, and can facilitate the performance of the pharmacy staff so that the work becomes faster and more efficient.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, fixed asset intensity, and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of this research was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and certain criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness, while the intensity of fixed assets has no effect on tax aggressiveness, and firm size has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The implications of the results of this study provide input to companies in making decisions to minimize the tax burden paid so that companies can be more aggressive towards taxes.
