The aim of the research is to describe the role of Indonesian mobile sisters in social and religious activities at the Khadijati Foundation. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques using reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validity technique using triangulation. Research results: (1) role: compensation for orphans and poor people, Friday rounds, humanitarian activities, assistance for orphans and poor people in Palestine, and providing Qurbani for memorizing the Qur'an. (2) Supporting factors: synergy and partnership between sister communities, and use of social media platforms for social movements. Inhibiting factors: time flexibility, limitations on movement, donation cases. Conclusion: the role of the sisters in the foundation is running very well and has great benefits for society.
 

The fading of nationalism is a real threat to Indonesia, especially the younger generation. The flow of modernization has an impact on the weakening of the spirit of nationalism of the younger generation and considers nationalism as a mere formality. Weakening nationalism can be a trigger for national destruction if it cannot be prevented wisely. This service activity aims to foster the spirit of nationalism through strengthening Pancasila nationalism to students of SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. This activity was carried out using a persuasive approach method in lectures, discussions, and question. The results of the activities carried out showed an increase in students' understanding of Pancasila nationalism. The students showed high interest in participating in the service activities. The high interest of the students can be seen from their enthusiasm in listening to the material as well as when interacting in discussion and question. The challenge of future activities is to carry out further activities so that the spirit of nationalism is even stronger.

Tolerance character: respecting differences. (4). Disciplined character: obeying the rules. (5). Hard working character: doing tasks. (6). Creative character: giving creative tasks. (7). Independent character: does not depend on other people. (8). Character that cares about the environment: cares about school. (9) democratic character: providing equal opportunities. (10). Social caring character: caring about others.

Law No. 24 of 2009 Concerning Flags, Languages, State Symbols and National Anthems, it has been generally defined that a flag is a strong symbol to identify and represent an identity of a nation or group. Flags are used in agencies, offices, schools, and so on. Seeing the importance of the flag as one of the symbols of the country and many agencies that already have flagpole facilities, one of which is an institution in the field of education. Based on the results of field observations made, there are major problems related to flags, where in one of the elementary schools in Bukit Rata Village, which is a part of Kute Panang District, Central Aceh District, there are still many or minimal facilities at the school, one of which is no pole facilities. flag. Based on the results of discussions with the principal and teachers, the authors took the initiative to make flagpoles. The method used is to go directly to the field or practice directly to the field to build and erect the flagpole. The purpose of this flagpole installation activity is expected to increase a sense of nationalism, love for the motherland, and become one of the flag ceremony facilities at SDN 13 Kute Panang school located in Bukit Rata Village. The activity of installing flagpoles at SDN 13 Kute Panang is a form of community and state service carried out by the author.

The city of Surabaya is the center of economic activity in East Java and its surroundings. There are various industrial companies both large and small and shopping centers. Being the center of the economy, causing many people to urbanize and seek work in the city of Surabaya. This large workforce requires social protection for various risks that may be experienced by workers while carrying out their work. However, the situation on the ground shows that there are still many people who do not understand BPJS Employment, so it is necessary to expand membership so that all workers can be protected by employment social security. Considering that the program run by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a program that prioritizes the welfare of workers and their families, their rights as formal and non-formal workers are highly prioritized. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe collaborative governance in expanding the membership of the Surabaya Karimunjawa BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch in the city of Surabaya. By using a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. Focusing on: (1) Initial Conditions; (2) Institutional Design; (3) Facilitative Leadership; and (4) Collaboration Process. The results of this study indicate that collaboration involves the government, the private sector, and the community. It is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and the collaboration process in expanding BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership has been carried out well.Kota Surabaya menjadi pusat kegiatan perekonomian di Jawa Timur dan sekitarnya. Terdapat berbagai perusahaan industri baik besar maupun kecil dan pusat perbelanjaan. Menjadi pusat perekonomian, menyebabkan banyaknya masyarakat yang melakukan urbanisasi dan mencari pekerjaan di Kota Surabaya. Banyaknya tenaga kerja ini memerlukan perlindungan sosial atas berbagai resiko yang mungkin dialami oleh pekerja selama menjalankan pekerjaannya. Tetapi keadaan dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami terkait BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, sehingga, perlu adanya perluasan kepesertaan agar semua tenaga kerja dapat terlindungi oleh jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan. Mengingat program yang dijalankan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan adalah program yang mengutamakan kesejahteraan para tenaga kerja beserta keluarganya, maka hak-hak sebagai pekerja formal maupun non formal sangat di prioritaskan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan collaborative governance dalam perluasan kepesertaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Surabaya Karimunjawa di Kota Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berfokus pada: (1) Kondisi Awal; (2) Desain Kelembagaan; (3) Kepemimpinan Fasilitatif; dan (4) Proses Kolaborasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi melibatkan pemerintah, swasta, dan masyarakat. Dijalankan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku dan proses kolaborasi dalam perluasan kepesertaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan telah terlaksana dengan baik.

Buter Balik Village, Kute Panang District, located in Central Aceh District, has fertile land and the majority of the people are farmers. Buter Balik Village has several community livelihoods, including coffee, chili, avocado, sugarcane, and so on. Most of the people in the village have sugarcane plantations on average. The community cultivates their own sugarcane plantations without depending on other people or outside the area. The community also processes the sugarcane plants themselves into processed products in the form of brown sugar. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative. The purpose of this observation is to find out the process of making brown sugar from sugarcane in Buter Balik Village. The results of the observations have concluded that brown sugar from sugar cane juice has several benefits including preventing fatigue, meeting the body's mineral needs, maintaining bone health, and there are many benefits to be gained from brown sugar.

Medical terminology becomes an important course because it supports the main competence of medical recorders as a clinical coder. The number of medical terms studied requires students to practice more by utilizing various learning media. Digital Game Base Learning is a method of blending learning and playing patterns by utilizing computer devices and smartphones, this is expected to bring joy, increase the enthusiasm of learners in the learning process and grow the power of competition. This study aims to determine the acceptance or response of students to the use of Kahoot as a medium of exercise in medical terminology courses. The type of research used is qualitative research. The informants in this study were 15 2nd semester students at the D3 RMIK Poltekkes Study Program of the Ministry of Health Malang. The research instruments used are interview guidelines and Kahoot quiz questions. Quiz results are analyzed descriptively and interview results are transcribed by general findings. The results of this study are (1) identification of educational game needs using Kahoot including mobile phones, laptops, internet networks, materials and medical terminology questions, (2) all students respond positively to the innovation of using Kahoot as one of the training media of medical terminology.

Employees are human resources who hold the most important position in implementing an organisation's vision, mission and goals. Employee performance is one of the markers that need to be considered by the organization. When employees feel unmotivated at work, this will have an impact on inhibiting organizational operational activities. Therefore, one strong indicator of influencing the environment is the presence of a leader. There are many styles preferred by employees, one of which is the transformational leadership style, especially in the current digitalization era. This writing aims to understand and explore the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance. The method used is a Systematic Literature review using secondary data, where the author collects data related to the theme, and information is taken from various Scopus-indexed journals. The results of the study suggest that the transformational leadership style can affect the performance of employees in the organization. Because employees are actively involved, they feel increased motivation, increased trust, willingness to follow philosophy, ideology, vision, and increased consequences of interesting change. They have high commitment and can see one's abilities. Employees who are inspired by transformational leadership are also more likely to immerse themselves in work, resulting in better task performance and helping behaviours that ultimately help build organizational progress

Paper ini menyajikan hasil penilaian terhadap gedung bertingkat eksisting 8 tingkat, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keamanannya terhadap standar yang terbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengujian tidak merusak pada beton dengan Rebound Hammer. Penilaian struktur eksisting terdiri dari evaluasi terhadap kondisi material, sistim struktur, dan analisis struktur menggunakan standar beban yang terbaru. Hasil pengujian material struktur eksisting menunjukkan bahwa kuat tekan beton masih memenuhi persyaratan berdasarkan SNI-2847-2019. Hasil evaluasi struktur terhadap beban gempa menunjukkan bahwa kinerja struktur mempunyai gaya geser dasar dinamik (V) mencapai 100% dari Vstatik sehingga sudah memenuhi persyaratan dalam SNI 1726-2019. Hasil evaluasi terhadap kinerja struktur menunjukkan bahwa lateral drift dan efek P-delta masih memenuhi persyaratan standar terbaru. The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of service quality, perceived risk and trust on customers' interest in using the BRIMO application. This study uses a quantitative research design. Data obtained from distributing online questionnaires with Google Form. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used amounted to 100 respondents. In this study several tests were carried out such as validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, t-tests and F-tests with a significance value of 0.05. The results of the study prove that partially, the variables of service quality and trust have a positive effect on the intention to use the application, while perceived risk has a negative effect on the intention to use the application.
