Abstrak:
The Indonesian economy is largely driven by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which play a vital role in economic growth. MSMEs have proven resilient during economic crises. This study analyzes the impact of Information Technology, Creativity, and Business Capital on MSME sustainability using quantitative methods. Data from 115 MSMEs were gathered through structured questionnaires. The t-test results reveal that Creativity significantly influences MSME sustainability. Similarly, Information Technology and Business Capital have significant positive impacts, aligning with existing literature. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 43.7% shows that these three variables explain variations in MSME sustainability. To enhance Information Technology utilization, MSMEs should improve data systems and provide training for managers. Creativity can be strengthened by fostering innovation and organizing brainstorming sessions. For Business Capital, MSMEs need investment strategies focused on long-term growth. Additionally, increasing market value through product innovation and collaboration is crucial. These efforts are expected to support the sustainability of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung’s fashion sector.

The increase in population without the support of adequate waste management facilities, such as the availability of Temporary Shelters (TPS), has caused the people of Blitar Regency to have the habit of throwing rubbish carelessly in rivers or the habit of burning rubbish. This can cause various negative impacts on the environment and health. This research highlights the importance of the "Bacem Berseri" Waste Bank program to create public awareness in managing waste in a healthier and more sustainable way. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of collaborative governance in waste management in Bacem Village, Sutojayan District, Blitar Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, including Environmental Service officials, village heads, administrators of the "Bacem Berseri" Waste Bank, and local residents. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that collaboration between parties, including government, society, NGOs and the private sector, can increase the effectiveness of waste management through collaborative governance mechanisms. Key findings include the importance of face-to-face dialogue, facilitative leadership, commitment to process, and shared understanding in increasing community participation and building trust. The Waste Bank system implemented has had a positive impact in reducing waste accumulation and providing financial benefits for residents. However, the challenge lies in efforts to increase public awareness in all RTs to participate actively.

PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and Technological Analysis), which examines aspects of Indonesia's macro environment (economic, technological, political, legal, and socio-cultural), is a component of external environmental analysis. The second external environment study is a competitive pressure model that outlines five circumstances: the bargaining power of suppliers, competition from current competitors, threats from new competitors, and threats from substitute goods or services. Context diagrams are used in internal environment analysis to illustrate how systems communicate with external parties involved in an organization's business. The relationship between the internal system and the external entity of the PT can be explained by a context diagram.
This diagram visually illustrates the interaction between the system and four main external groups: printers, authors, representatives, and buyers. The buyer group is divided into two major segments, namely the general public and students from kindergarten to high school levels, which reflects the demographic diversity reached by PT in its operational activities.

This research aims to analyze the comparative contribution of regional taxes to local taxes in Samarinda City and Balikpapan City. By using secondary data from regional financial reports and income statistics, this research identifies factors that influence regional tax contributions and their impact on local original income (PAD). The research results show that there is a significant difference in the contribution of local taxes to PAD between Samarinda City and Balikpapan City. The city of Balikpapan shows a better contribution thanks to its natural resource potential and more active economic activities. To increase local tax contributions in Samarinda, efforts are needed to increase taxpayer compliance and improve infrastructure. Apart from that, collaboration between local governments and the community in increasing awareness of the importance of taxes is also very necessary.

Abstrak:
This study aims to find Jesus' perspective on the Law of Moses and apply Jesus' teachings contained in John 7:53-8:11 in the lives of believers. The scribes and Pharisees wanted to test Jesus by bringing a woman caught in adultery. They asked Jesus about the Law of Moses which regulates the punishment for adultery to blame Him. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a library research approach. In this study, a Biblical study was conducted, especially the New Testament using exegetical steps. The results of the study show that Jesus did not reject the implementation of the Law of Moses. The death penalty was not carried out for the woman because of the wrong motivation of the scribes and Pharisees. They wanted to test Jesus by using the adulterous woman as a tool. Jesus fulfilled the Law of Moses by implementing love as the main thing in carrying out the punishment. Although the death penalty is no longer enforced, believers must be able to apply love in punishing people who commit adultery. Believers must emulate Jesus' attitude of forgiving with love and giving an opportunity to repent. Believers must also not tempt God, not exploit others for personal gain, and must introspect in every action.
