Kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer khususnya pada penggunaan Ms. Word saat ini merupakan hal penting yang dapat menunjang berbagai kegiatan tak terkecuali bagi anggota dan pengurus PKK Desa Ketenger. Beberapa masalah yang kerap dihadapi oleh kelompok PKK Desa Ketenger adalah keterbatasan dalam mengoperasikan komputer dan menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Word untuk membuat surat undangan kegiatan, proposal dan laporan kegiatan PKK. Kegiatan pendampingan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif solusi untuk menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan tersebut khususnya pada pengoperasian komputer dan penggunaan Aplikasi Ms. Word. Pendampingan ini diberikan kepada seluruh anggota dan pengurus Kelompok PKK Desa Ketenger. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat membantu kelompok PKK Desa Ketenger dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menggunakan komputer dan Ms. Word. 

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price and religiosity on the decision to buy lipstick on female students in Jambi City. The population in this study were female students in Jambi City, namely Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University, Muhammadiyah University and Stai Ma'arif. The number of samples in this study were 371 people using a stratified random sampling technique. The method used in this study is the quantitative method, and the data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination with SPSS 25 tools. Based on the partial test results (T test) the brand image variable (X1) indicates that the calculated t value is greater than t table, namely 5.104 > 1.966 with a significance level of  0.000 <0.05, thus it can be concluded that "brand image has a significant influence on purchasing decisions". The price variable (X2) shows that the calculated t value is greater than t table, namely 4.378 > 1.966 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, thus it can be concluded that "price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Religiosity variable (X3) shows that the calculated t value is greater than t table, namely 4.459 > 1.966 with a significance level of  0.000 <0.05, thus it can be concluded that "religiosity has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. From the research results of the simultaneous test results (Test F) brand image, price and religiosity variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In testing the classical assumptions of this study, the distribution is normal, there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity.

The results found that in optimizing in improving the performance and sustainability of the fisheries product management industry, it is important to optimize human resources. Many approaches can be used to improve operational efficiency. This research aims to find out what communication styles are used in the Mapala Stacia Umj UKM organization. The communication styles used definitely vary, because it can be seen from members who come from various faculties, of course everyone has a communication style that they use. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the communication style used in the Mapala Stacia UKM organization. The Mapala Stacia organization is a group of nature lovers dedicated to promoting environmental awareness and natural activities. With a focus on climbing, nature research and environmental conservation, Mapala Stacia is committed to forming a generation that is aware of the importance of conserving biodiversity. This research is qualitative research using interview techniques with one of the members of Mapala Stacia, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta. Researchers want to know more specifically the communication style used in the Mapala Stacia UKM organization. The results of research conducted by researchers are that the communication style used is a non-formal communication style but remains polite in communicating between leaders and members, or members and members, cultural background does not hinder the communication process within the Mapala Stacia Umj organization in discussing a matter.

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Pressure in undergoing the academic process in lectures often makes students feel stressed which can reduce student academic resilience. This study aims to see the effectiveness of expressive writing therapy on increasing academic resilience. Using quantitative experimental research method with a Two Group PreTest PostTest Design, this study involved 20 students who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The measuring instrument used is the Resilient Questionnaire Scale, which is constructed based on seven resilience aspects by Reivich and Shatte. Data analysis using paired sample T-Test in the experimental group showed a pretest score of 130.93 and a posttest score of 213.40 with the Sig. value obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. These results indicate an increase in posttest scores in the experimental group, so the applied expressive writing therapy appears to be effective in enhancing academic resilience in students</em></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Expressive Writing Therapy, Academic Resilience, Students</em></p>

The purpose of this article is to determine the forms of leadership in the elderly. The elderly group is the last stage of maturity in a person's life, which requires some kind of Christian education or church teachings, but not everyone reaches that age, so this age is often called the golden age. Most people think they don't need special education as they get older. What is meant by elderly is a person who has reached the age of 60 years and whose physical strength has weakened to such an extent that they are no longer able to earn a living. their strength or endurance and work are already limited. Spiritual formation for the elderly is very necessary to strengthen the faith of the elderly in their old age, whose physical abilities are increasingly decreasing, causing many problems for the elderly. Therefore, by using qualitative methods and a literary approach it can be concluded that the forms of spiritual education given to the elderly are: visits to nursing homes, counseling, worship/fellowship for the elderly, catechism before death, visits to nursing homes. leading prayer and meditation, involving the elderly in services and helping the elderly when they are sick. That's what coaches really need to give to seniors.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of a coffee shop business at the Meine Welt Coffee Shop Business and use a qualitative approach, which is a research method that produces descriptive data, to find out the expectations of a managed business if it can provide financial benefits Collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis of the feasibility of the Meine Welt coffee shop business in Palangka Raya includes a study of various aspects such as legal, environmental, market, technical, managerial, and financial aspects to determine business feasibility.

Film sentiment analysis is a process for evaluating a sentiment value that exists in film reviews, so that positive or negative responses from films can be identified. In this study, a sentiment analysis will be carried out on film reviews on IMBD. The analysis was carried out to find out which reviews were positive and negative from film critics. The method used to carry out sentiment analysis in this study is review analysis and processing with TF-IDF and a positive or negative prediction process based on reviews that have been processed using a logistic regression algorithm and support vector classification. The data to be used is film reviews on IMBD, which consists of 2000 data, which is divided into 1000 positive data and 1000 negative data. Which is where the data will be preprocessed first and split with a percentage of 70% training data and 30% testing data. In the prediction process using the logistic regression algorithm, obtaining a test accuracy of 80.61%. While the prediction process using the support vector classification algorithm obtains a test accuracy of 82.42%.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the demonstration method on the active learning of PAK class VIII students at SMP N 3 Lintongnihuta, Humbang Hasundutan Regency for the 2023/2024 learning year. The research hypothesis is: "There is a significant positive influence of the use of the Demonstration Method on the Learning Activeness of PAK Siwa class VIII SMP N 3 Lintongnihuta Kab. Humbang Hasundutan 2023/2024 Academic Year." The population is all class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 192 people. The research sample was determined using a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely class VIII-2 students, totaling 32 people, as the experimental class using the exposure method and class VIII-3, totaling 32 people, as the control class using conventional methods. This research method is a quantitative approach with a true experimental design method and a post-test only control group design. The instrument used in this research was a 30-item questionnaire. Research data is analyzed using the Separated Variance t test formula. From the calculation results, the value of tcount = 4.716 > ttable(α=5%) = 1.671. The tcount value is in the curve area of rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the accepted research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of the Demonstration Method on the Learning Activeness of PAK Siwa class VIII SMP N 3 Lintongnihuta Kab. Humbang Hasundutan 2023/2024 Academic Year.
