Vibration due to misalignment of the propeller shaft is detected using the VA-12 Vibration Analyzer sensor which is equipped with a Piezoelectric Accelerometer PV-571. Vibration measurements are carried out in alignment and misalignment conditions. The VA-12 Vibration Analyzer detection tool displays the results of the Vibration signal. Must be protected against the vibrations generated. Vibration signal analysis is done by looking at or observing the signal amplitude and signal frequency with two conditions of alignment and misalignment. The VA-12 Vibration Analyzer is used to analyze vibration signals and then convert them to Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and Wavelet Transform (WT). In this analysis, a comparison of vibrations is carried out during alignment and misalignment conditions.

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>. The death of one of the parents will bring significant changes to the lives of the individuals left behind. This research focuses on the resilience of adolescents after the death of one of their parents due to an accident. The aim of this study is, of course, to see how the resilience of adolescents is described after the death of one of their parents caused by accident. The method used in this research is the interview method with a semi-structured interview technique. Methods of data collection by conducting direct interviews. The informants in this study consisted of two people, the selection of informants used a purposive sampling technique with criteria that were adjusted to the focus of the research. The data validation technique used in this study is an interactive model analysis technique and a data validity technique consisting of interview questioning, triangulation, and reconfirming the willingness of research informants. The study results show that the description of adolescent resilience varies; this can be influenced by the background of the adolescent, gender and the post-death role of one of the parents. As for resilience efforts made by teenagers, such as trying to be sincere by praying, and remembering. Trying to accept the loss of an important figure in his life and always trying to get up from different circumstances by working, helping parents and completing education immediately illustrates that these adolescents have a good picture of self-reliance.<br /></em><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Adjustment of adolescents, Adolescents, The impact of parental death</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak. </strong>Kematian salah satu orang tua akan membawa perubahan yang signifikan pada kehidupan individu yang ditinggalkan. Penelitian ini fokus pada resiliensi remaja pasca kematian salah satu orang tua yang diakibatkan kecelakaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana gambaran resiliensi remaja pasca kematian salah satu orang tuanya yang diakibatkan karena kecelakaan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode metode kualitatif studi fenomenologi Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara langsung dengan teknik wawancara semi tertruktur. Informan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari dua orang, pemilihan informan tersebut menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang disesuaikan dengan fokus penelitian. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teknik analisis model interaktif serta teknik keabsahan data yang terdiri dari <em>interavie quitioning</em>, Triangulasi, memastikan kembali kesediaan informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gambaran <em>resiliensi</em> remaja berbeda-beda hal tersebut dapat di pengaruhi oleh latar belakang remaja, gender dan peran pasca kematian salah satu orang tua. Adapun upaya <em>Resiliensi</em> yang dilakukan remaja seperti berusaha untuk ihklas dengan cara mendoakan, mengenang. Berusaha menerima akan kehilangan sosok penting dalam hidupnya serta selalu berusaha bangkit  dari keadaan yang berbeda dengan cara bekerja, membantu orang tua dan segera menyelesaikan pendidikan dengan demikian menggambarkan bahwa remaja tersebut memiliki gambaran <em>resiliensi</em> diri yang baik.<br /><strong><em>Kata kunci: </em></strong><em>Resiliensi</em>, Remaja, Dampak kematian orang tua</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong><em> </em><em>Psychological condition is a factor that influences the success of an athlete besides his physical condition. The good performance of an athlete can be shown by his achievement motivation and setting goals. Therefore this study aims to determine the relationship between goal-setting and achievement motivation in archery athletes in Pontianak City. The method used is quantitative with a correlational design. The research subjects were 21 people who were recorded as Pontianak city archery athletes. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation analysis test and obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.000 (p &lt;0.05) with a value of r = 0.996. This proves that there is a positive and significant relationship with the degree of perfect correlation. This shows that goal setting is an important part of motivation for athletes to achieve higher performance. The more specific the goal setting, the higher the achievement motivation of the athletes.<br /></em><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>goal-setting, achievement motivation, archery athlete</em></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstrak. </strong>Kondisi psikologis menjadi faktor yang ikut mempengaruhi keberhasilan seorang atlet selain kondisi fisiknya. Penampilan yang baik dari seorang atlet dapat ditunjukkan dengan motivasi berprestasinya dan membuat penetapan tujuan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan <em>goal-setting </em>dengan motivasi berprestasi pada atlet panahan kota Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 21 orang yang tercatat sebagai atlet panahan kota Pontianak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji analisis korelasi product moment dan diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.000 (p&lt;0.05) dengan nilai r=  0.996. Ini membuktikan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan derajat korelasinya sempurna. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa <em>goal setting</em> menjadi bagian penting sebagai motivasi bagi para atlet untuk mencapai prestasi yang lebih tinggi. Semakin spesifik penetapan tujuannya maka semakin tinggi juga motivasi berpretasi para atletnya.<br /><strong><em>Kata kunci: </em></strong><em>goal-setting, motivasi berprestasi, atlet panahan</em></p>

This article descriptively discusses the description of the dynamics of Islamic civilization and thought in the Middle Islamic period, namely the period of the three great empires. Each of the Islamic empires, both the Ottoman Turks, the Syafawi, and the Mughals, in their history have preserved many relics that show how dynamically developed Islamic civilization and thought. This article was written using a qualitative descriptive approach using the library study method. From the results of the discussion, it is known that Islamic civilization and thought during the three great empires were generally not as advanced as in the previous period, namely the Abbasid dynasty. However, there are various legacies and progress in other fields such as politics, economics, and art. This progress was mainly due to the factor of military strength. But the progress achieved did not last long due to various internal and external factors that befell these three great Islamic empires.
 

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat, membuat hampir seluruh aktivitas dapat dilakukan melalui smartphone. Smartphone dari tahun ketahun terus berkembang, setiap perusahaan yang memproduksi smartphone harus bisa bersaing dalam perebutan pasar. Samsung merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembuat perangkat elektronik terbesar di dunia, namun Samsung belum mampu mempertahankan persaingan dalam rangka mengenal kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen dibanding perusahaan sejenis.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung, pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung, dan pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, dengan jumlah responden 80 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan metode non probablility sampling dengan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 24. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji T dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator variabel yang diteliti telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian varibel penelitian telah lolos uji asumsi klasik, dan pada pengujian parsial (uji t) didapatkan hasil hipotesis 1 diterima kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung, hipotesis 2 diterima promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung, dan hipotesis 3 diterima harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung

The purpose of this study was to determine leadership style and work stress on employee performance in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office. As for this type of research, it is causal quantitative research. The analytical techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and t-tests using as many as 32 samples,namely the apparatus who works in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office Office As for the results obtained, it shows that: 1. Leadership style affects the performance of employees in the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office 2. Work stress affects the performance of employees at the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office.

Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business, especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Sidorejo village. This research is of a qualitative type, using a triangulation model, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who are actively registered at the Office of Market Community Empowerment – Cooperatives and City Small and Medium Enterprises. From the research results it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSME actors to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME players in Sidorejo village. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding digitization from an early age for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market products in today's modern business style, and is expected to increase the value branding of these products or increase sales turnover.

Almost every house already uses a Wifi network as internet access. With the help of this Wifi network, it is used as Middleware that can be controlled and monitored when outside the home. This study engineered data packet traffic using the ESP8266 wifi module on the Middleware device network to find out how fast the data packet capture time using wifi can be controlled and monitored when outside the home. Based on the analysis, the measurement results on the IoT device network to find out how fast the data time using wifi it reaches 2.95 kbps to 7.4 kbps.
