Abstrak:
Education focuses more on subjects rather than life skills which play an important role in facing the complexity of the world of work. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The aim of the research is to explore the impact of the life skills education program on the productivity of golden dragon fruit entrepreneurs at Anggrek Bulan CLC in Banyuwangi. Through this program, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will be able to optimize their businesses, increase crop yields, and open up opportunities for business growth in a competitive market. This research was conducted at Anggrek Bulan CLC in Banyuwangi. The subjects in this research were managers and students of the golden dragon entrepreneurship program at Anggrek Bulan CLC in Banyuwangi. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data validity technique used in this research is the triangulation technique. Next, the data analysis technique uses Miles and Hubermen analysis. The results of the research are 1) Increased Knowledge and Skills, the life skills education program provides opportunities for participants to gain the knowledge and skills needed to manage the Golden dragon fruit business more effectively. These include managerial, financial, marketing, and agricultural technical skills. 2) Relevance to Market Needs, participants are given insight into marketing strategies, product innovation and the latest technology that helps them remain competitive in an ever-growing market. 3) Involvement of External Parties, involving industry experts, successful entrepreneurs, and research institutions has enriched the program with additional experience and knowledge

Abstrak:
Uphill running is a training method that utilizes natural conditions or the surrounding environment in the training process. The incline of the hill, the length of the track, and the training interval are the main keys that determine the contribution of this training. The initial aim of the research is to determine the contribution of uphill running training to increasing VO2max at the Pesawat FC soccer school, especially at the age of 13-15 years. The direction of this research will be presented in the form of a detailed explanation of valid research data obtained in the field. The sample for this research is 22 players aged 13-15 years from the Pesawat FC soccer school team. The research stage was carried out by grouping the sample into two control groups and an experimental group after carrying out an initial test, fairly using the ordinal pairing method. The results of the calculation analysis from the difference test from the collected data were that the difference between the pretest and posttest was quite large, namely that in the control group, it was only 4.08%. In the experimental group, it reached 15.69%. This means that the treatment of uphill running training in the experimental group had a greater effect on increasing VO2max. In the end, it was proven that there was a contribution from uphill running training to increasing VO2max for the FC Jombang Airplane soccer school team.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the Attraction of Natural Cultural Tourism Destinations in Padang Fulan Fehan. Belu, East Nusa Tenggara by using the concept of destination branding theory by Morgan and Pritchard. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative in order to reveal more deeply the tourist attraction of Padang Fulan Fehan as natural and cultural tourism. The results of the study reveal that to see tourist attractiveness apply five stages of destination branding, namely: (1) market investigation, analysis and strategic recommendations stage by implementing SWOT analysis in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (threats) Then, (2) the brand identity development stage only uses the name as the brand identity. Furthermore, (3) the brand launch and introduction stage: communicating the vision through promotion through electronic media, online media, and social media, (4) the brand implementation stage in collaboration with the local community (LMDH) and the government. Meanwhile, (5) monitoring, evaluation, and review stages through social media and monitoring the situation in the field. Abstrak:
The Community Learning Center (CLC) as a Non Formal Education (NFE) unit has the principles of 'from', 'by' and 'for' the community in management. CLC has an equality education Package program which is an alternative solution for affordable primary and secondary education services. Development of the NFE program at CLC based on entrepreneurship through coaching clinics with activities; delivery of material related to the NFE program and independence strategy, consulting on various problems faced by CLC, field visits to ensure the strategies chosen in developing the NFE program can be implemented properly, and building a shared commitment to developing the NFE program, so as to create self-reliance based CLC entrepreneurship. The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of Package equality learning based on entrepreneurship in creating independence.
This research uses descriptive qualitative, with data analisys; (1) data reduction through department-interviews, participant observation, documentation, (2) data display, (3) conclusions. As for checking the validity of the data to measure the degree of trust (credibility) with transferability and confirmability.
The results of the study show changes in conducting entrepreneurship learning for Package students which are more contextual and emphasize hands-on practice. Entrepreneurship-based NFE program development carried out in CLC is carried out through 3 stages, namely (1) the stage of context analysis and identification of community learning needs in which there are problems and resources that can be used for learning. (2) The stage of managing entrepreneurship learning which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising entrepreneurship learning programs. (3) The evaluation stage is carried out to find out the learning outcomes and processes. Learning outcomes through theory and performance exams during practical work, while process evaluation is carried out at each stage of implementing entrepreneurship learning.
The conclusion is that the development of an entrepreneurship-based NFE program through a coaching clinic can provide changes in the management of culinary and barista entrepreneurship learning as a program advantage in CLC. The novelty of this research is learning equality education packages combined with vocational skills which accelerate students' independence.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to employ the Pearson correlation approach in order to assess the association between different types of cryptocurrencies. The dataset included in this research comprises daily peak price information for 10 distinct categories of cryptocurrencies with the biggest market capitalizations from October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2022. Assessing and computing the correlation between cryptocurrency pairs with the Pearson correlation coefficient is the objective. The information utilized in this study was acquired from the website www.coinmarketcap.com. Pairs of stablecoins and crypto coin assets have the largest negative correlation, according to the findings of this study, in contrast to pairs of crypto currency assets. The pair ETH-BNB has the strongest positive correlation with a value of 0.948, while the pair LTC-USDT has the most negative correlation at -0.347. In order to replicate the impact of the negative correlation on trading activities, an exchange simulation was performed between the LTC and USDT pairings. Based on the outcomes of the simulation, the asset rise resulting from the exchange of the LTC and USDT pair from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 was 12.09 percent. During the same time period, the asset's value would have declined by -48.69 percent if LTC was held. Conversely, an expansion of the time period from October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2022 yields an asset gain of 251,047.85 percent as a consequence of the exchange between LTC and USDT. Those individuals interested in reducing risk and diversifying their portfolios with cryptocurrency investments may find this information highly beneficial. <p>UMKM adalah bisnis atau usaha yang dijalankan oleh perseorangan, rumah tangga, maupun badan usaha kecil. Keberadaan UMKM berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, salah satunya mampu menyerap 97% dari total tenaga kerja. Kota Semarang sampai dengan bulan Maret 2022, telah memiliki 23.984 UMKM yang tercatat. Di era pandemi Covid-19 telah terjadi perubahan pola konsumsi barang dan jasa dari offline ke online. Media sosial menjadi solusi yang potensial dalam bisnis untuk dapat mengidentifikasi, berkomunikasi, membagikan informasi, mengetahui kunjungan pelanggan, lokasi dan pola interaksinya, reputasi bisnis dimata pelanggan dan membentuk kelompok antar pelanggan. Banyak ragam media sosial namun, lebih banyak pelaku usaha memanfaatkan instagram dengan alasan lebih mudah dan praktis. Beberapa UMKM di Semarang Selatan sudah menggunakan Instagram sebagai media pemasaran maupun penjualannya. Namun, pemahaman terkait tentang optimalisasi penggunaannya dalam menunjang pemasaran dirasa masih kurang dan ada yang belum memahami terkait algoritma pada sosial media tersebut. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, Universitas Semarang bersama Gerai Kopimi Semarang Selatan mengadakan pelatihan terkait dengan optimasi Instagram menggunakan SEO sebagai penunjang pemasaran maupun interaksi pada pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan dengan memberikan materi yang terdiri dari : pentingnya sosial media, brand awareness, dan optimasi Instagram dengan SEO. Dilanjutkan dengan asistensi praktik secara langsung terkait optimasi Instagram. Harapannya kedepan para pelaku UMKM di Semarang Selatan dapat menerapkannya langkah-langkah yang diberikan saat mem-posting sebuah gambar/video pendek terkait produknya. Sehingga, dapat menunjang pemasaran dan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Luaran yang dihasilkan nantinya berupa publikasi jurnal ber-ISSN, publikasi media massa cetak/online, video pelaksanaan, kuesioner, dan modul/buku ajar, serta HKI-nya.</p><p>Kata Kunci: Gerai Kopimi, Instagram, Media Sosial, SEO, UMKM</p>

Abstrak:
This research aims to find out how the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the elementary school level affects the character of students in class IV of SD Negeri 1 Landungsari Regency through case study research. The instruments used are observation, interviews, documentation, analyzing data by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions followed by data triangulation. The results of the research showed that the Merdeka Curriculum can influence students' independent character through activities in the classroom during the learning process and external activities such as school extracurricular activities and participating in competitions outside of school. Apart from implementing independent character, students can practice responsibility for their mandate and task given to students. Student character development activities can run well with cooperation between elements of the school community including students, teachers, parents and the community around the school

PT XYZ is one of the largest fertilizer companies in Indonesia. One of the company's goals is to become a competitive producer of fertilizers and other chemical products that are in high demand among consumers. To achieve this, the company needs a marketing strategy to boost sales, compete with both domestic and international rivals, and address the fluctuations in sales volume. Therefore, the company has opted to use multiple linear regression as a reference to assess whether sales prices and international prices have an impact on sales volume. Additionally, the marketing mix, or the combination of marketing elements, will be crucial in achieving the company's objectives. In the execution of marketing activities, every company strives to establish marketing strategies and target its market. This marketing strategy revolves around the marketing mix. The research findings indicate that sales prices and international prices do not have a significant impact on sales volume, possibly due to the presence of other variables such as the company's location, product promotion, and other factors influencing the results.
