The growth of invasive foreign plants can change the structure and composition of species in the ecosystem, where the growth of native plant species will be unable to compete with invasive foreign plants which will then slowly experience extinction. Invasive alien plants have detrimental impacts on the environment and economy. The open area on campus 2 of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung is an area that is currently overgrown with various types and types of plants, where apart from plants planted deliberately, there are also invasive plants growing around it. The invasion process does not occur simultaneously or all at once, but rather gradually and begins with the presence of invasive species in an area of ??land, which then takes over the new habitat or territory. Invasive plants will become more dominant in their growing area with fast growth characteristics and large and densely developed roots. This research aims to identify types of invasive foreign plants, their distribution factors, and the use of invasive plants found in open areas on campus 2 of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The method used in this research is the exploration method combined with the inventory method by observing and taking pictures and then identifying using literature sources. The result was that there were 27 plant species, of which 12 were included in the invasive plant species in Indonesia and the dominant family was the Asteraceae family. Apart from that, this research also examined the use of invasive plants from various literature, one of the plant species studied was Putri Malu (Mimosa pudica L..) has been used as a traditional medicine in healing burns.

This research discusses the opinions of Generation Z or what we know as Gen-Z regarding Arabic language learning at MI level. The many benefits of Arabic make Arabic a mandatory subject in several institutions. This research uses library research or bibliographic research by examining several references to assess Arabic language learning in MI based on the Gen Z perspective. Literature searches were carried out by collecting references from several previous studies. The aim of this research is to explore perspectives or perceptions regarding the importance of Arabic in Early Level institutions. The results of this research are that Gen-z believes that Arabic should be taught at MI/SDI as a unique subject that differentiates MI/SDI from other state elementary schools. Generation Z needs to learn Arabic from an early age to achieve better learning outcomes.

Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Daftar Tamu di wilayah kerja Badan Pusat Statistik telah jadi pusat utama rencana kerja praktek ini. Dengan berdasarkan atas keinginan bagi memajukan efisiensi operasional dan memaksimalkan layanan kepada pengunjung, peojek ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem yang terintegral bagi pengelolaan daftar tamu di lingkungan BPS. Temuan penting membuktikan bahwa menyatu Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Daftar Tamu yang terintegrasi dapat menaikkan efisiensi operasional, meningkatkan keamanan data, dan menguatkan ikatan antara BPS atas berbagai bagian yang berkunjung. Projek ini dibuat berdasarkan ketidak kondusipan terhadap tamu yang bertamu dan meluaskan hubungan yang lebih baik atas pengunjung dari beragam kalangan. Dengan demikian, projek ini tidak hanya membagikan pandangan luas tentang pentingnya sistem informasi yang efektif dalam mengelola daftar tamu di BPS, tapi juga memberi rekomendasi tertentu untuk meluruskan sistem yang ada fungsi meningkatkan kemampuan lembaga dan interaksi dengan pengunjung.

This study aims to analyze the contract used and how the mechanism is used in the PNPM Mandiri government activity program in an effort to empower the poor who need business capital that is designated especially for women, so that women have activities that can help their household needs.
This research is a qualitative research or often referred to as naturalistic research because the research is carried out in natural conditions. The subjects of this study were members of PNPM Mandiri employees and members of the target community who were given business loans in Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation.
The results showed that the contract used in the PNPM Mandiri government program activities in Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency in an effort to empower the poor, specifically for women, was the 'ariyah (loan) contract. The loan agreement is considered to be able to provide convenience for women to get additional family economic income even if only at home. The business credit assistance can be submitted by submitting a written application and including how much capital is needed to develop a business or plant maintenance that will be carried out by members of the target community. Thus, the results of research at PNPM Mandiri, Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency have been well achieved.

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the field of online transportation, because in the company of human resources is a determinant of success. The purpose of this study to explain the effect of work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The study was conducted on Maxim drivers in Kediri. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used purposive sampling technique. The population of this study was 1000 drivers and the sample used was 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results obtained by this study concluded that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.

The aim of this research is to determine the significance of  the influence between work facilities and work motivation both partially and simultaneously. Population in this research totaled 212, the sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling using the isaac and michael table so that 131 samples were found. Method the analysis used is quantitative with inferential statistic. Based on partial test it was found that there was a positive and significant influence between work facilities and employee performance. Work motivation has an insignificant effect and has a negative value on the employee performance of PR.Dua Dewi Cabang Kediri.

This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada toko vivi jilbab di sungai kambang jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel sebagai responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 konsumen pada toko vivi jilbab di Sungai Kambang Jambi. Hasil penelitian harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai sebesar 3,808 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Produk secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,053 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,043 < 0,05. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai sebesar 1.868 < 1,985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,065 > 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji F didapatkan nilai sig < α sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel yaitu sebesar 24,126 > 2,699. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai adjusted R Square (R2) adalah 0,412 atau 41,2%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 41,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 58,8% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

One of the health problems is stroke. Stroke is a disease affecting the body's movement and functional systems which is the main factor in neurological disorders. Stroke is the second highest cause of death and the third leading cause of disability at world level. Stroke can affect the whole body such as paralysis, impaired cognitive function, difficulty speaking, emotional difficulties, pain and problems in daily life activities. Posyandu Ngudi Saras is one of the posyandu for the elderly in Sanggung Village. There is a shortage of physiotherapists in this place, which is one of the obstacles faced by residents in Sanggung Village. Apart from that, there is a lack of education about physiotherapy exercise programs, especially for stroke sufferers. This can be seen from the patient not continuing the exercise program at home so that his condition worsens and when carrying out activities he depends on other people. Based on these problems, we offer a solution by providing education about physiotherapy exercise programs from sitting to standing and from standing to walking to patients and families. This physiotherapy exercise program is useful for increasing the patient's independence in carrying out activities, especially when walking and standing. Activities are carried out door to door in the homes of stroke sufferers and with an interpersonal approach. Community service through this form of educational activity has been carried out and can increase the knowledge of stroke sufferers and their families.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.
