Abstrak:
The role of human resources is needed to achieve good results within the company. Whether a company develops or not depends on the human resources in the company itself. Companies are required to find and print employees who will later provide good work results. Performance can be influenced by recruitment, selection and training and can be through the role of competency variables. The study aims to determine the role of recruitment, selection, and training on employee performance with competence as a mediating variable at the Aromatique Art Lab Store East Java Branch. The subject of the study was an employee of the East Java Branch of the Aromatique Art Lab Store. The employee sample consisted of 44 employees. The sampling technique is non probability sampling. The study used the Smart-PLS method. The results show that: (1) Recruitment does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Selection does not significantly affect Employee Performance. (3) Training has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (4) Recruitment does not significantly affect the Competency to the extent. (5) Selection does not significantly affect the Competence. (6) Training has a significant effect on competence. (7) Competency has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (8) Recruitment has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (9) Selection has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (10) Training does not significantly affect Competency-mediated Employee Performance. The benefits of research are as material for taking company policies in encouraging employee performance and as a reference for further researchers. The next suggestion of researchers is that they are expected to look at other variables outside the variables used in this study in order to get maximum results.

Desa Cempaka terletak di Kecamatan Bumijawa Kabupaten Tegal.Secara geografis, Desa Cempaka berada di kaki Gunung Selamet dengan luas 8000 ha dan berada pada ketinggian 500 – 650 Mdpl sangat strategis dan memiliki banyak potensi alam yang seharusnya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas warganya.Potensi alam yang ada di Desa cempaka telah dimanfaatkan oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) sehingga pada tahun 2017 desa tersebut dijadikan salah Satu Desa Wisata Kabupaten Tegal dengan destinasi Pasar Slumpring, Tuk Mudal, dan Bukit Bulak CempakaUsaha yang telah dilakukan masyarakat dalam mengatasi permasalahan desa cukup banyak dan sangat komplek di lingkungan Masyarakat, Dengan berjalannya waktu, kelompok desa wisata yang telah terbentuk tadi tampaknya belum dapat berkembang dengan optimal.

Abstrak:
Setiap lapisan masyarakat harus memperhatikan keamanan sistem informasi untuk menghindari kejahatan dunia maya. Keadaan ini menimbulkan risiko yang harus dikelola untuk melindungi aset dari kejahatan dunia maya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kriptografi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan algoritma MD5 dan SHA-256. Data password pengguna sistem informasi peminjaman buku tanah ATR/BPN Kota Palu dienkripsi. Dengan menggunakan kolaborasi kedua algoritma tersebut, sistem dapat memanfaatkan kecepatan MD5 untuk menghitung hash dari input, serta keamanan dari SHA-256 untuk mengamankan hash tersebut. Selain itu, menggunakan dua algoritma sekaligus, kemungkinan terjadinya tabrakan (collision) akan menjadi lebih kecil. Metode pengembangan sistem untuk penelitian lanjutan adalah metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi fungsi MD5 dan SHA-256 dapat mengenkripsi data password pengguna dengan tingkat keamanan yang baik sehingga aman untuk digunakan setelah dilakukan pengujian rainbow table attack, timing attack safe dan avalanche effect. Setelah pengujian tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa fungsi sistem dapat dijalankan tanpa masalah dengan diimplementasikannya kedua kolaborasi fungsi tersebut.

Setiap perusahaan payment gateway yang mendapat ijin operasional Bank Indonesia (BI), harus melaporkan data transaksinya setiap bulan ke BI . Permasalahan terjadi karena database transaksi produksi tersebar di banyak database, dimana database dipisahkan berdasarkan channel (merchant) dan payment type (Credit card, VA, retail store, e-wallet), hal ini menyulitkan saat pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membuat data warehouse yang menggabungkan seluruh database dengan menggunakan script PHP yang melakukan proses ETL (Extract, Transform, dan Load), dengan cara berjenjang 2 tahap, yaitu tahap 1 melakukan backup seluruh database dari banyak server ke satu server dengan 3 tujuan sekaligus yaitu backup transaksi , meningkatkan performance database production dan membantu proses rekonsiliasi dan tahap 2 melakukan pembuatan data warehouse dari semua database backup dari tahap 1. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif verifikatif terhadap table-table yang diperlukan pada system OLTP (Online Transaction Processing). Pengujian data warehouse dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membandingkan hasil summary dari data warehouse dengan gabungan summary semua database aslinya dan secara verifikatif oleh petugas report melalui User Acceptance Test. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah script untuk backup data transaksi dari semua database dari banyak server ke satu server, sebuah script PHP yang berfungsi sebagai pelaksana ETL dan sebuah data warehouse.

Abstrak:
This study aims to identify and explain the efforts that can be made by linen attendants in handling guest complaints in accordance with the standard operational procedures at the Chanti Semarang Hotel. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation so that the data obtained about handling guest complaints will be accurate. The research findings are problems found related to linen that has spots or stains, linen that is damaged or torn, linen that is yellowing. Room attendants are parties who are also responsible and can help maintain linen cleanliness. Efforts that a linen attendant can make to handle guest complaints, whether in terms of efforts to improve deficiencies or efforts to prevent and minimize the occurrence of complaints from guests, so that linens with stain and damage problems can be resolved optimally and can be reused for operations. The conclusion that can be drawn is that if all work is carried out according to standard operational procedures, it will guarantee the smooth operation of the hotel. If problematic linen is optimally resolved, it will have a big impact on the satisfaction of the guests staying, thus reducing the possibility of complaints.

The Human Resources Department has the responsibility to oversee and manage human resources and everything related to the strategy of recruiting quality employees and the period of time when the Human Resources Department is looking for new candidate replacements. The importance of the ability to recruit quality employees for the Human Resources Department is one of the factors in improving professional human resources, and recruitment problems can be resolved well, thus reducing existing issues. This study aims to determine the strategy of recruiting quality employees at the Quest Prime Hotel and to overcome obstacles in the employee recruitment process at the Quest Prime Hotel. This research is a qualitative study that takes place at the Quest Prime Pemuda Hotel in Semarang. The subject of this study is the Human Resources Manager. The methods used in this study are Observation, Interview, and Documentation, thus obtaining accurate data. The form of recruitment process implemented by the Human Resources Department is by analyzing the required positions, screening the workforce, conducting interviews and selections, and making decisions, so as to obtain new employees with quality standards.

This research was prepared with the author's interest in knowing the symbolic meaning in the implementation of the toron tana tradition in Bataan Village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency. The toron tana tradition is still carried out and maintained by the people of Bataan Village to this day. This tradition is inherited from the ancestors of the Bataan Village community.
This research is a type of field research using a qualitative approach, the subjects of this research are the local natives of Bataan Village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency. Methods of data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions.
The results of the study found that the understanding of the people of Bataan Village, Tenggarang District about the toron tana tradition is a ceremonial custom that must be carried out by the local community which is intended to be grateful for the blessings given by God, namely in the form of children who are born safely, healthy until the phase when children begin to learn to walk. The meanings of the symbols used in the Toron Tana Tradition are stepping on jadah, stepping on the ground, entering the chicken coop, and selecting the objects provided in the chicken coop. The meaning of the Toron Tana tradition has the meaning of forming children's character and a positive value for the good of children from parents in achieving goals, having a social spirit and teaching children about gratitude to God.

<p>Jalur pedestrian yang nyaman merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan untuk pejalan kaki sehingga kenyamanan pada jalur pedestrian menjadi lebih diutamakan atau menjadi tujuan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas dan tingkat pelayanan jalur pejalan kaki pada koridor jalur pejalan kaki Jalan Imam Bonjol Semarang. Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan eksisting koridor jalur pejalan kaki Jalan Imam Bonjol Semarang yaitu masih terdapat perkerasan jalur pejalan kaki yang mengalami kerusakan, terjadinya transfer fungsi jalur pejalan kaki dan penyempitan ruang pejalan kaki. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Pedestrian Enviromental Quality Index (PEQI, 2008) untuk mengetahui kualitas persimpangan dan kualitas ruas jalan. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan jalur pejaan kaki menggunakan metode High Capacity Manual (HCM 2000) yang mengutamakan arus pejalan kaki, kecepatan pejalan kaki dan kepadatan pejalan kaki. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini kualitas persimpangan zona 1 masuk kelas IV skor 57,980 (kualitas pejalan kaki dasar), zona 2 masuk kelas V skor 19,326 (lingkungan pejalan kaki yang tidak cocok untuk pejalan kaki) dan zona 3 masuk kelas V skor 19,327 (lingkungan pejalan kaki yang tidak cocok untuk pejalan kaki) . Untuk kualitas ruas pejalan kaki zona 1 masuk dalam kelas III skor 40,378 (kualitas pejalan kaki dasar), zona 2 masuk kelas IV skor 28,075 (kualitas pejalan kaki yang buruk) dan zona 3 masuk kelas IV skor 28,075 (kualitas pejalan kaki yang buruk). Untuk tingkat pelayanan jalur pejalan kaki berdasarkan arus pejalan kaki, kecepatan pejalan kaki dan kepadatan pejalan kaki berdasarkan HCM 2000 masuk dalam kategori A yaitu pejalan kaki bergerak dijalur yang digunakan tanpa dipengaruhi pejalan kaki lainnya, bebas menentukan kecepatan berjalan dan konflik antar pejalan kaki tidak mungkin terjadi.</p>

<p align="justify"><em>The existence of scientific journals is fundamental as a place for the publication of scientific articles for academics to show the results of their research work. Along with the development of technology and information, it demands the management of online-based journals for the convenience and transparency of the articles in them. Management of journals with an online system is still not fully understood by academics in several institutions. As one of the universities located not far from UIN Walisongo Semarang, Selamat Sri University (UNISS) Kendal has sufficient resources and according to needs to be a place for community service activities to be carried out with the theme of assisting in the management of online journals based on the Open Journal System (OJS). The purpose of this assistance is to introduce online scientific journal management using the OJS system at UNISS. The method used is lectures and hands-on practice regarding online journal management. The results of this community service activity are knowing information about the availability of infrastructure, articles, Human Resources (HR), and regulations that support the start of managing online journals using OJS. In addition, understanding and awareness of the need to have online journals for the benefit of scientific publications for researchers or academics are also obtained which is the requirement as stated in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Methods of collecting data by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires to respondents of employees of Yogya Mall Brebes through offline using a questionnaire. The population of Yogya Mall's fashion division employees is 40 employees. The data analysis method is using multiple regression analysis using spss 22. The results of the multiple regression test show that the partial t test of the motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 2.680 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.02 the level is smaller of 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.943 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.00 the level is smaller than 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.690 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.003 the level is smaller than 0.05, has a positive effect on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Then simultaneously (F) Fcount of 2.941 > Ftable 2.87 with a probability of 0.01 <0.05, then the hypothesis that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect can be accepted.
