Flooding is an event or event that results in the submergence of an area or land due to an increased volume of water. Flooding is caused by climate change, lack of water reception upstream area due to the many buildings, residential houses on the banks of the river and the lack of public awareness to maintain the cleanliness of the river. Flood disasters have a negative impact on individuals, communities and the environment. For individuals can be at risk of drifting, injuries, injuries, to other health problems such as digestive disorders, skin diseases, to infections. This impact can be reduced by improving community preparedness in facing disasters. All activities are carried out to anticipate disasters through organizing and using appropriate scarce disaster management in the preparedness phase. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between flood preparedness knowledge and the level of community anxiety in Wonasa Tanjung Village. This research was conducted with Descriptive Analytic method with Cross Sectional approach. There were 106 Subjekts. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires. Furthermore, the data was analyzed with the Chi-squaer test with a meaning level (a).0.05. The results of the study using the Chi-squere statistical test obtained a p value Value = 0.01 where the p Value value <a = 0.05 The results of this study show that there is a relationship between flood disaster preparedness knowledge and the level of anxiety of the community in Wonasa Tanjung Village. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between flood disaster preparedness knowledge and the level of community anxiety in Wonasa Tanjung Village. Advice for the Wonasa Tanjung environment is to maintain cleanliness and no longer throw rubbish in the river.

The moral development of children in the early and late stages of their lives is a crucial process in shaping their character. In the early stage, children tend to rely on the influence of adults, such as parents and teachers, to understand the concepts of right and wrong. They often strictly follow rules and avoid moral violations. In contrast, in the later stage, the moral development of children becomes more complex. They start to develop a deeper understanding of morality based on the values and principles they have learned throughout their lives. Children in this stage can consider the moral consequences of their actions and develop autonomy in making moral decisions. A better understanding of the moral development of children can help adults, such as parents and educators, support the healthy moral development of their children throughout the early and late stages of their lives.  Set a good example: Children tend to imitate the behavior of adults around them. Therefore, it is important for parents and adults around children to set good examples in behavior, attitudes and communication. Teach moral values: Teach children about moral values ??such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, mutual help, patience, etc. Discuss these values ??with them and provide concrete examples of how these values ??are applied in everyday life.

The excessive use of gadgets can be interfere in children's development, especially in preschool children. Children who are accustomed to overusing gadgets will have an impact on their emotional development. The aims of this study is  to determine the relationship between gadgets uses on emotional development in preschool age children in RA Character Assalam Manado. This is analytical descriptive research method with the cross sectional design. The sample of respondents in this study was 52 people using Total Sampling. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. In analysis using Chi-Square with Continuity Correction ? ? 0,05. Results of the study were obtained: Out of 52 there were 32 (61,5%) parents having children with good emotional development; 34 (65.4%) parent having children using gadgets with an abnormal duration (> 1 hour/day), There was a significant relationship between gadget use and emotional developments in preschool age children in RA Character Assalam Manado. The conclusion in this study; there is a relationship between gadgets use and emotional development in preschool children at RA Character Assalam Manado. Based on the results of the research, it is suggested the teachers at the school should be able to coordinate with the student parents to more understanding the impact of the gadget use on the children emotional development.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana makna yang terkandung dalam tradisi pemberian asam jawa sebagai obat tradisional bagi masyarakat di wilayah Sungai Guntung, Desa Tagaraja, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik penentuan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat masih melakukan pengobatan tradisional, pengobatan tradisional ini dipercaya dapat menyembuhkan segala macam penyakit jika proses yang dilakukan mengikuti semua aturan pengobatan. Masyarakat percaya bahwa prosesi ini mengandung nilai-nilai, dan diyakini bahwa kesehatan akan membaik dan penyakit tidak akan kembali

The Dahlia Cepiring Cooperative operates in the savings and loans sector. The admin records each customer's loan in one folder, then the admin inputs the data into Microsoft Excel. The process of granting KSP Dahlia Cepiring loans is fast and easy, submitting collateral and the requirements for KTP, STNK and KK so that the amount of receivables increases greatly, which of course can create a risk of difficulties in managing and reporting receivables.
                The result of this research is the implementation of a receivables control information system at the Dahlia Cepiring cooperative to manage, control receivables and produce receivables reports using the Average Collection Period method which is able to minimize losses on receivables and speed up the movement of receivables into cash.

This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO, and LDR on ROA in National Private Commercial Bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling method with data from 5 banking companies. This type of research is quantitative research, namely research presented in the form of numbers and statistics. In determining the accuracy of the model that needs to be done is financial data analysis, then testing some of the classical assumptions that underlie the regression model. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Eviews software version 12.0. The results of this study indicate that CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR partially have a positive effect on ROA. The results of this study also show that CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR simultaneously have an effect on ROA. The ability of several independent variables to influence the dependent variable is 98.2% and the other 2.8% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

The village which is the closest component to the community in the election becomes a place for the practice of money politics. The integrity of the Pilkada can be destroyed because of the practice of money politics that occurs in the village. A strategy to prevent money politics is needed in the village by building an anti-money politics village in order to strengthen local democracy</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p>  </p>

Sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan salah satu sistem yang dipakai guna mengumpulkan, simpan dan melakukan mengolah data-data keuangan digunakan oleh pimpinan sebuah perusahaan dalam hal pengambilan keputusan. Piutang dagang juga berpengaruh dalam pengambilan keputusan pada sebuah perusahaan, karena dapat mempengaruhi Laba Rugi perusahaan, sehingga pengendalian piutang dagang juga perlu diperhatikan untuk meminimalisir besarnya kerugian akibat piutang tak tertagih perusahaan.
Pengelolaan pencatatan piutang dagangiyang dilakukan secara manualidirasa kurang efisienidan belum dapatibekerja secara efektif.iBelum ada pengelompokanikinerja piutang taktertagih sehinggaimasih ditemukan kendalaidalam penyelesaian piutangitak tertagih sehingga prosesipenagihan terlambat danipembayaran piutang takitertagih juga tidakilancar.
Untuk mengatasiimasalah tersebut, dapatidibangun suatu sistemiinformasi akuntansi piutangidengan metode umur piutangiberbasis web yang efektifiuntuk pengambilan sebuah keputusan dan efisien dalamipengelolaan piutang usahaisalah satunya denganiadanya peringatan piutang yangakan jatuh tempoidan jugapengelompokan guna piutang dalam hal yang memudahkan dalam pengelolaan suatu piutang usaha. Sistem memakai Bahasa pemrograman Bootstrap, HTML dan PHP5 dengan suatu database menggunakan MySQL.

Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat pengenalan aplikasi Memrise ini adalah untuk membantu Peningkatan kompetensi para guru Bahasa Inggris dalam menguasai tes – tes TOEFL guna mendukung peningkatan kemampuan TOEFL mereka. Pengenalan aplikasi ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif desktiptif dengan melaksanakan pre-test dan post-test TOEFL. Sample dan populasi adalah guru-guru Bahasa Inggris di SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan Selatan. Hasil dari pengenalan aplikasi ini adalah memberikan nilai baik buat Guru – Guru terlihat dari hasil post test yang di laksanakan di akhir kegiatan. Hasil post test menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memrise berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan para guru khususnya pengajaran Bahasa.
