Abstrak:
This research was conducted at the SDN Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the learning achievement of students. 2) To determine the factors that influence student learning achievement. 3) To find out efforts to minimize online game play on learning achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the data collection uses the interview method, observation method and documentation method. The results of this study are 1) Learning achievement in Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes elementary school is quite good, where the velue is taken based on the attitude of the students themselves, daily by the teacher, mid – semester exam score and end of semester scores ehere the score is used as reference in knowing achievement learn students. 2) Factors that affect student learning achievement come from the family environment. Where family is the main and most important factor in shaping the character of students and a supportive social environment will affect the growth and development of students well by directing positive things that will affect the achievement og learning achievement in school. 3) Efforts that must be made in minimizing online game play are to to provide direction and understanding of the impact that is caused in online games that are done excessively, making the game on of the alternative rewards for student who get good ahievements so that they can motivate students to keep learning.

Latar Belakang : Masih banyak kasus ditemukan dengan keluhan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang masih kurang, dokter datang terlambat, perawat kurang peduli pada keluhan pasien, sehingga pasien merasa mutu pelayanannya tidak sesuai, oleh karena itu pasien akan mencari tempat pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik. Perilaku asertif merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di Rumah Sakit.
Tujuan : menganalisa hubungan perilaku asertif perawat dengan mutu pelayanan pada pasien.
Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental dengan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan pursosive sampling dengan 37 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan alat ukur instrumen perilaku asertif perawat Liesmangku Langit dengan 12 pertanyaan dan instrumen mutu pelayanan keperawatan pada pasien Nurul dan Anisa dengan 25 pertanyaan. Uji Normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk dan Analisa data Chi-Square.
Hasil Penelitian : Hasil uji Shapiro-Wilk pada perilaku asertif yaitu 0,364 dan mutu pelayanan yaitu 0,145. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square, diperoleh perilaku asertif dan mutu pelayanan dengan p value = 0,031 dimana <0,05.
Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara perilaku asertif perawat dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan.

Abstrak:
This study examined the principal's communication style in encouraging learning effectiveness during the pandemic in junior high school. Previous studies have not explored the principal's communication style in encouraging the effectiveness of online and limited face-to-face learning during the pandemic. This research used a qualitative case study method. The data collection techniques were interviews with one principal, eleven teachers, three education staff, five students, three parents, observation on the learning process, and document data analysis. This research used the six leadership communication styles approach from Tubbs and Moss. The study found that the principal applied the equalitarian, structuring, dynamic, and relinquishing styles. The learning process was adequate to achieve the score and graduating target. Therefore, the learning effectiveness needed improvement because there needs encouraging student activity, improving the teacher's capacities, and encouraging parent participation in the learning process. The principal's communication styles encouraged overcoming barriers due to the lack of online interaction and limited face-to-face learning but did not directly improve the learning effectiveness problem. The principal's communication styles failed to encourage learning effectiveness because the problem was not only communication. The principal was not arranged a particular assessment to solve the learning effectiveness problem.

This research is to know the concept of education marketing management based on target market determination strategy. This research is a qualitative type through literature study. Literature study is another term for literature review, literature review, theoretical study, theoretical basis, literature review, and theoretical review. When determining market segments, it is necessary to pay attention to key market segment variables, such as demographic, psychographic, geographic and benefit segmentation. These four segmentations divide the consumer market in order from the general and massive to the most specific, namely a) demographic segmentation, namely: segments that make market groups based on age, education, gender, family size and income identification; b) geographic segmentation, namely identifying based on area, climate, population density or market physical conditions; c) psychographic segmentation, namely the segment that identifies consumers based on people's lifestyles and consumer personalities by observing a person's activities, tastes, opinions or interests; and d) benefit segmentation, which is a segment that focuses on the expected use of a product or service that is offered and provided.

Salah satu pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil sektor informal yang merasakan dampak signifikan dari pandemi Covid-19 adalah Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi bisnis pedagang kaki lima agar mampu mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya dalam usaha-usaha yang akan dilakukan (PKL) di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. Subjek peneilitian ini berju mlah 7 pedagang kaki lima di SD Karangasem. Dari hasil penelitian, Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan Pedagang kaki lima di tengah pandemi covid-19 yaitu dengan menggunakan media sosial, antara lain, facebook, instagram, Whatsapp, telegram, serta tergabung dalam usaha online lainnya seperti shopee, go-food, dan grap-food. Dengan menggunakan media sosial pembeli dan pedagang dengan mudahnya melakukan transaksi tanpa harus bersentuhan. maka dapat diuraikan bahwa strategi bertahan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dengan memperhatikan daya beli konsumen di masa pandemi covid-19 ini.

Fotocopy al-hikam adalah toko yang menjual berbagai macam alat tulis. Saat ini, Toko Fotocopy Al-Hikam hanya tersedia dalam bentuk outlet, sehingga proses jual beli masih dilakukan secara konvensional yang artinya konsumen datang ke toko. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pentingnya merancang sistem informasi perdagangan elektronik pada fotocopy al-hikam untuk memudahkan transaksi penjualan. Pembuatan aplikasi dibangun menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan pemodelan aplikasi menggunakan metode UML berupa use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, entity relationship diagram dan diuji menggunakan metode pengujian blackbox. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menghasilkan suatu aplikasi e-commerce berbasis web untuk memudahkan transaksi penjualan.

Para investor tentu saja mengharapkan tingkat pengembalian atas aset (return on aset), sehingga sangat dibutuhkan kajian mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi. Penelitian menggunakan variabel current ratio, debt to tequity ratio dan total aset turnover sebagai variabel independen dan variabel dependen return on aset. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2020 sebanyak 33 perusahaan. Berdasarkan purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 9 (sembilan) perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa current ratio, debt to tequity ratio dan total aset turnover secara parsial berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap return on aset.

Along with the times, the world of banking is also required to have growth in providing services to the public. The world of banking itself has a significant contribution in daily life. However, some deficiencies that arise due to the application of the procedures used are still often encountered. This situation can be seen from the number of customer self-registration data that is still done manually. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology on Citizenship Cards can be used to get the results of accuracy and speed and get the best reading results. The purpose of this study was to use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology in reading the Identity Card (KTP). The readings from OCR can be used to compare the size of the original, medium, and small images in color and grayscale images, so that the best results can be found in the processing of personal data on Identity Cards with Optical Character Recognition (OCR). This study resulted in the accuracy of reading grayscale Identity Card (KTP) data more accurately. Where the amount of 86.32% for the accuracy of the colored Identity Card (KTP) and 88.58% for the accuracy of the grayscale Identity Card (KTP).

This study aims to determine the management of the maintenance of educational infrastructure in schools. This research is a qualitative type through literature study, namely research that is carried out only based on written works, including research results, both published and unpublished. The results of this research literature review show that facilities and infrastructure will experience a drastic decline if maintenance efforts are not carried out properly and optimally, so that the maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure needs to be managed properly. The purpose of maintaining facilities and infrastructure, namely a) to optimize the service life of the equipment; b) to ensure the operational readiness of the equipment; c) to ensure the availability of the necessary equipment; d) to ensure the safety of people or students who use the tool. Various kinds of maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure, namely a) routine/periodic maintenance; b) emergency maintenance; c) preventive maintenance.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kebijakan yang dapat diambil untuk memenuhi hak dan kewajiban penerima beasiswa program pola pembibitan officer plus-90 di STIP Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan yuridis sosiologis untuk menganalisa antara peraturan dan proses pelaksanaan serta pada keterbaruan penelitian di bidang pendidikan kedinasan. Pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2015, STIP Jakarta menyelenggarakan program pola pembibitan officer plus-90 di bidang maritim dengan tujuan lulusannya dapat diserap menjadi pegawai negeri sipil. Berjalannya waktu, penyelengaraan tidak mencapai tujuan program dan terjadi ketidakpuasan dari para lulusan. Ketidakpuasan disebabkan para lulusan tidak diangkat menjadi pegawai negeri sipil, sehingga para lulusan mengadukan permasalahan pada instansi/ lembaga lain. Penyelenggara program telah memberikan beberapa alternatif kebijaksanaan yang dikooridinasikan dengan pusat untuk para lulusan namun tidak semua para lulusan menerima kebijakan tersebut karena menganggap hal tersebut bukan tujuan akhir program.
