Stages in hair styling, such as hair coloring, straightening, the use of styling tools and chemicals in hair styling products often over time can cause damage to the scalp and hair. The level of this damage varies, ranging from dry hair to breakage, as well as irritation of the scalp. This study aims to review and determine the right scalp and hair care cosmetics with the level of damage caused to the styling process. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various scientific sources and recommendations for treatment products. The results of the study prove that treatments based on moisturizers, proteins, and natural ingredients are effective in tackling mild to severe hair damage. Meanwhile, for irritated scalps, products with anti-inflammatory and sulfate-free ingredients are recommended. In conclusion, the selection of cosmetics should be adjusted to the degree of hair damage and the condition of the scalp for optimal results.

Pada situasi saat ini, dengan perkembangan yang semakin cepat dan maju membuat segala kebutuhan dapat dilakukan secara online. Apalagi pada saat ini, di saat pandemi COVID-19 masih berlangsung ini membuat semua aktivitas dilakukan di rumah. Kegiatan belajar mengajar, bisnis semua dilakukan melalui online menggunakan jaringan internet. Dalam bidang pendidikan. Saat ini lembaga pendidikan diwajibkan untuk menerapkan kegiatan pembelajaran secara online atau tidak bertatap muka. Melalui aplikasi Zoom Meeting dan E- Learning yang disediakan dapat dapat dijadikan sebagai media komunikasi sosial dan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran secara online. Pada hakekatnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana efektifitas pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting dan E-Learning dalam pembelajaran daring.

To find out  the beef cattle business in Perbaungan sub-district is potentially profitable from a financial, social and environmental perspective. Primary data were collected through interviews with farmers and secondary data from relevant agencies. Descriptive-analytical method was used. Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) were used to assess business feasibility. The results showed that the beef cattle business is financially viable with a BCR value of 1.35, NPV of 25,000,000, and IRR of 18 per cent. In addition, the business has a positive impact on income generation, job creation, and farmer welfare. But there are some problems, such as changes in feed prices and cattle waste management. Even if feed prices and cattle selling prices change significantly, the business is still viable, according to the sensitivity analysis. To make the business more sustainable, the government should help through training programmes, feed subsidies and access to finance. Beef cattle enterprises have great potential to grow and have a positive impact on both the environment and the community if managed properly.

Media sosial telah menjadi bagian integral dalam kehidupan modern, mempermudah komunikasi, berbagi informasi, dan membangun relasi global. Namun, era digital juga membawa berbagai tantangan moral, seperti penyebaran informasi palsu (hoaks), ujaran kebencian, degradasi etika, dan pelanggaran privasi. Dalam Islam, martabat diri (izzah) adalah nilai yang harus dijaga dengan mengedepankan etika, iffah, dan akhlak mulia, sesuai ajaran Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relevansi nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dalam menghadapi tantangan etika digital, khususnya dalam penggunaan media sosial secara bertanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, dengan sumber utama berupa ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan tafsirnya, serta sumber pendukung dari jurnal, artikel, dan studi kasus terkait etika dalam media social. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai seperti tabayyun (klarifikasi), iffah (menjaga kesucian diri), dan tabligh bil hikmah (menyampaikan pesan dengan bijaksana) memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku bermedia sosial yang etis. Implementasi prinsip-prinsip ini tidak hanya menjaga kehormatan individu, tetapi juga memperbaiki harmoni sosial di dunia maya. Dengan pendekatan ini, media sosial dapat menjadi sarana positif yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis dan teoretis bagi masyarakat Muslim untuk memanfaatkan media sosial secara bijaksana, sekaligus menjawab tantangan moral di era digital. Nilai kebaharuan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dengan fenomena etika digital, khususnya dalam konteks media sosial. Penelitian ini tidak hanya mengidentifikasi tantangan moral yang dihadapi pengguna media sosial, tetapi juga menawarkan solusi berbasis ajaran Islam yang relevan dan praktis. Pendekatan ini menciptakan sinergi antara ajaran agama dan perkembangan teknologi, memberikan sumbangan baru dalam diskursus etika digital yang jarang dieksplorasi secara mendalam dalam studi-studi sebelumnya.

The problem related to violation of RTRW is actually a common issue until now. Like the recent case, namely the fire that occurred at the Pertamina Plumpang Depot. The fire incident could actually be prevented by implementing proper spatial planning regulations. Based on the Regional Regulation (Perda) of DKI Jakarta Number 1 of 2012 concerning the 2030 Regional Spatial Planning, fuel oil (BBM) depots are required to have a buffer zone. Unfortunately, at the Pertamina Plumpang Depot, this buffer zone does not exist, so that residential areas are too close to the dangerous depot area. The purpose of this study is to find out the Annotation of the State Administrative Court Decision Number: 124 / G / LH / 2016 / PTUN-BDG. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with a special method applied, namely meta-analysis. Meta-analysis is a research technique used to combine findings from previous studies related to the same research topic. The results of the study show that among others Based on case information, it is known that there are 6 (six) plaintiffs who sued the Decree of the Head of the Investment and Integrated Licensing Agency of West Java Province Number: 660/10/19.1.02.0/BPMPT/2016 concerning the Environmental Permit for the Construction and Operational Activities of the 1x1000 MW Cirebon PLTU, Astanajapura District and Mundu District, Cirebon Regency by PT Cirebon Energi Prasarana. Pendidikan karakter anak berbasis Al-Qur’an di era digital menjadi sangat penting dalam membentuk moral dan etika generasi muda. Artikel ini menganalisis QS. Luqman (31) ayat 13-19, yang berisi nasihat Luqman kepada anaknya mengenai ketauhidan, berbakti kepada orang tua, dan pentingnya akhlak yang baik. Dalam konteks digital, di mana anak-anak terpapar pada berbagai pengaruh, nilai-nilai ini berfungsi sebagai panduan untuk mengembangkan karakter yang kuat dan bertanggung jawab. Mengenai pola pengasuhan orang tua dalam pembentukan karakter anak, ternyata al-Qur`an telah memberikan gambaran dalam beberapa surat dalam Al-Qur'an, yang mengisahkan bagaimana pola pengasuhan ideal yang dilakukan orang tua terhadap anaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggali relevansi ajaran Al-Qur’an dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman modern, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk implementasi pendidikan karakter yang efektif di lingkungan digital. Dalam hal ini diperlukan kurikulum pendidikan karakter dengan digabungkan oleh pendidikan teknologi, agar membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas dan terampil namun juga beretika dan mampu beradaptasi pada perubahan zaman.

This research was motivated by evaluating the effectiveness of Pancasila education learning in the last hour, considering that at this time students often experience a decrease in concentration and energy. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the allocation of Pancasila education learning time in the last hour on the discipline of students at SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research samples were students of class X TPM 1, X TPM 4, . The results of the questionnaire also show that learning Pancasila Education is categorized as "effective" because Pancasila Education has basic values ??that emphasize discipline, responsibility and compliance with rules, and is able to shape students' character. Through this learning, students are not only given an understanding of the material but also how to apply Pancasila values ??in shaping student character. This subject can also be an alternative "tool" to maintain student learning discipline.

This research aims to analyze the impact of changes to the provisions on the responsibilities of directors and shareholders as well as guarantees of legal protection for creditors and third parties in the context of the Job Creation Law. The research method used is normative legal analysis, relying on a study of statutory regulations, relevant legal theories, and selected scientific literature. This normative approach is carried out through in-depth study and interpretation of applicable legal provisions, especially changes regulated in the Job Creation Law. The analysis focuses on how these changes affect the legal responsibilities of directors and shareholders, as well as their impact on the rights of creditors and third parties. Legal theory is used to build a strong conceptual and analytical framework in understanding the legal phenomena that arise from the implementation of this new regulation. It is hoped that the research results will provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal implications of these policy changes, as well as offer recommendations to increase legal certainty for all relevant parties. Thus, it is hoped that this research can be a significant contribution to the development of corporate law studies and legal protection in Indonesia.

This research examines the aspects of relevance, effectiveness, and impact of children's literature on the development of children in Indonesia. In the ever-evolving digital era, this study investigates how traditional children's literature continues to maintain its significance for contemporary generations. The methodology used includes a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, interviews with education experts, and observations of children's literature consumption patterns. The main findings indicate that classic children's literature maintains its relevance through the transmission of universal values and cultural heritage, as well as through adaptation into contemporary formats. The effectiveness of children's literature is proven in the improvement of literacy skills, emotional development, and social learning. Recent developments in children's literature show innovative trends, including theme diversification and the use of digital platforms. Furthermore, this research reveals the significant influence of children's literature on various aspects of development, including cognitive, emotional, social, and the formation of cultural identity. Children's literature serves as a catalyst in stimulating imagination, enriching vocabulary, and facilitating understanding of emotional complexities and social dynamics.The implications of this study emphasize the importance of integrating diverse children's literature into the education curriculum, as well as collaboration between educators, writers, and other stakeholders to create relevant and impactful content. Recommendations for future research include a deeper exploration of the long-term effects of children's literature exposure on individual development, as well as an investigation into the potential of children's literature in addressing contemporary issues such as digital literacy and global awareness.
