This study aims to examine the effect of a positive work environment on customer satisfaction through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in MSMEs in Cikarang. A positive work environment is measured through [light, sound, etc.]. Customer satisfaction is measured through [conformity to expectations, interest in returning, etc.]. The research method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires. The results of the study are expected to contribute to the development of a more effective TQM strategy in improving company performance.

Complex social problems, such as blasphemy, often arise as a result of social plurality. Time pressure can make the legal system no longer subjective in such situations. If protests continue, the punishment imposed on those deemed to have committed blasphemy will be increasingly severe. Cases of blasphemy have increased in recent times. When some people easily say that such an attitude is blasphemy, the author was moved to investigate and analyze the verses in the Qur'an related to blasphemy using their understanding of classical, medieval, and contemporary interpretations. This qualitative research uses a comparative approach. The author uses Tafsir Jami' al-Bayan'an Ta'wil ai al-Qur'an, Tafsir al-Jami' li Ahkam Al-Qur'an, and Tafsir al-Munir from Wahbah az-Zuhailîy as primary data sources, and books related to blasphemy are used as secondary data sources. The data were studied using deductive-comparative methods. This study shows that some words are involved in the discussion of blasphemy when compared to its general meaning, although the Qur'an does not mention the word "blasphemy" explicitly. This study shows that al-Qurthubîy and Wahbah az-Zuhailîy interpret behavior related to blasphemy in the same way, as does ath-Thabarîy, although ath-Thabarîy does not always mention the details of the behavior. Since the interpretations of the three are almost the same so far, these differences do not have much impact on the author's work. In terms of blasphemy, every example mentioned by the three commentators is a behavior that can be said to be fatal. Therefore, society must be careful and careful in dealing with problems, especially those related to blasphemy, so that slanderous behavior can be prevented and prevented.
 

The issue of waste, especially plastic waste, has become a crucial problem in Indonesia, leading to ecosystem damage and environmental pollution. SDN 2 Cikalang, located in Tasikmalaya City, is one of the schools that has not yet implemented optimal plastic waste management. An Ecobrick outreach program was conducted to enhance the knowledge of fifth-grade students about plastic waste management through Ecobrick innovation. An Ecobrick is a plastic bottle filled tightly with plastic waste, which can be used as a construction material to replace bricks. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Ecobrick outreach program in increasing students' knowledge of plastic waste management. The research methods included pre-test, material delivery, hands-on practice, and post-test. The evaluation results showed a 45% increase in students' knowledge, with a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p value = 0.000). This indicates that a hands-on education approach is effective in improving students' understanding of plastic waste management through Ecobrick.

The development of the National Capital City (IKN) triggers an increase in demand for goods and services, especially in the construction and basic needs sectors, which can cause a spike in regional and national inflation. Monetary policy faces new challenges, including increasing interest rates and the risk of rupiah exchange rate volatility due to dependence on foreign debt financing. These projects also influence economic distribution, creating investment opportunities, but potentially increasing economic inequality. This research emphasizes the importance of coordination between monetary and fiscal policies to mitigate negative impacts on national economic stability.

In the context of increasingly tight business competition in the current era, both at the domestic and global levels, companies must have the ability to win the competition by ensuring customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Service Quality on Customer Loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction at PT. Soyo Aji Perkasa. This research used quantitative and purposive sampling methods, with 127 respondents. This research used questionnaire analysis and a literature review. The data analysis technique used in this research is path coefficient analysis and Specific Indirect Effect. With the hypothesis showing r table > t table and P value < 0.05 with the conclusion that all hypotheses have a significant positive effect.

Melihat perkembangan komunikasi dan teknologi yang semakin maju menjadi tantangan yang berat bagi dakwah, umumnya para da’i ini perlu memahami Hakikat dan filosofi inovasi dalam melakukan langkah-langkah dakwah. Secara kondisi ini di sisi lain menjadi suatu peluang juga bagi para da’i berdakwah dengan pendekatan kewirausahaan melalui lembaga dakwah atau semacamnya. Secara masa era Dirupsi ini lah pantasnya kita mengembangkan diri, secara Indonesia merupakan nega yang amat padat penduduk dan memilki keanekaragaan suku, ras, budaya dan bahasa. Kebutuhan kohesi sosial ini menjadi tanggung jawab untuk kita merefleksikan diri sebagai seorang da’i untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai yang rahmataan lil alamien. Penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada bagaimana Hakikat dan inovasi dalam kewirausahaan Lembaga atau individu dakwah di era Dirupsi. Terkait era dirupsi, pendekatan dakwah akan memerlukan perubahan dan penyusuaian, baik dari segi bentuk, media, isi (peran) maupun paradigma yang mendasarinya. Penulis menawarkan beberapa strategi yang menyimpulkan penguatan kekuluargaan, menumbuhkan kesamaan presepsi antar kelompok masyarakat dengan memperkuat nilai-nilai universal dan mengembangkan sistem informasi yang mampu menjangkau secara luas dan menumbuhkan komunikasi yang efektif dan humoris.

Periode Tabi’ut Tabi’in, sebagai generasi ketiga dalam sejarah Islam, memainkan peran krusial dalam pengembangan pemikiran dan dakwah Islam. Meskipun tidak bertemu langsung dengan Sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW, mereka berhasil meneruskan dan memperkaya ajaran Islam melalui kontribusi signifikan dalam bidang fiqh, teologi, dan filsafat. Dalam konteks sosial-politik yang kompleks, terutama di bawah Dinasti Umayyah dan Abbasiyah, dakwah tidak hanya bersifat spiritual, tetapi juga mencakup pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika komunikasi dakwah selama periode ini dan relevansinya dalam konteks kontemporer, serta menegaskan fondasi pemikiran Islam yang dibangun oleh generasi Tabi’ut Tabi’in. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengungkapkan pentingnya memahami warisan intelektual mereka sebagai pedoman bagi umat Islam di era modern.

In today’s era, social media has become a driving force for increasing digital entrepreneurship. Businesses are utilizing social media sites such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or even Facebook to brand their companies or products and interact with clients. This is great news for businesses, especially SMEs, to have low-cost access to key markets worldwide. One evident trend is the emergence of social commerce – business-to-consumer commerce without intermediaries, exclusive of other e-commerce models. However, the adoption of social media in digital entrepreneurship comes with several challenges, such as changes in algorithms that can affect content visibility and risks related to data security and user privacy. Nevertheless, social media remains useful in terms of analytics to support strategic decisions. This study shows the value of social media for entrepreneurship and technologies that help improve content personalization and consumer behavior analysis, such as artificial intelligence and big data. This study attempts to fill the gap in the literature by looking at the differences in the outcomes of social media use in developing and developed countries and the outcomes of new technologies on digital business ventures.

At this time the delay time that occurs on the DT-30T conveyance is 174 minutes and the DT-40T is 188 minutes. The biggest cause of delay time is the queue at the scales, namely on the DT-30T it is 80 minutes and the DT-40T is 85 minutes, thus causing actual productivity. The DT-30T was only 5.6 tons/hour and experienced a production loss of 0.4 tons/hour and the actual productivity of the DT-40T was only 6.9 tons/hour and experienced a production loss of 1.1 tons/hour. The aim of this research is to analyze the amount of delay time, production loss before and after improving the queue on the scales and how to reduce the queue time for scales on the DT-30T and DT-40T transportation equipment After processing the data, we obtain the Delay time on the DT-30T transport equipment after repairs the weighing queue is 33 minutes and the DT-40T is 28 minutes. The actual production of DT-30T after improvements to the weighing queue was 7 tons/hour and there was no production loss. Meanwhile, the actual production of the DT-40T after repairs was 9 tons/hour and there was no production loss.

This article was written with the aim of identifying spiritual leaders in the development of Islamic education. This research uses a certain type of library research. Reviewing various periodicals and relevant reference volumes is known as library research. The research findings show that spiritual leadership is a strategy to persuade other people to carry out activities in accordance with the ideals and principles taught by the Prophet Muhammad SAW to achieve a certain goal. Spiritual leadership is the process of persuading others to take beneficial actions to achieve certain goals. The Prophet Muhammad is considered an influence in Islam because of his leadership style. Loyalty is one of the main characteristics that characterizes spiritual leadership. In this context, loyalty shows that both leaders and followers must obey Allah SWT in terms of goals, uphold Islamic law and values, maintain integrity, be disciplined, be consistent, and not be arrogant. In Islamic educational institutions, spiritual leadership is implemented through instilling ideals that are focused on both life in this world and the afterlife. To fulfill their responsibilities, madrasah principals and teachers must do more than fulfill their administrative and instructional duties; they must also serve Allah SWT. By emulating the leadership qualities exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, such as effective communication between the head of the madrasah and its members, the head of the madrasah as a motivator, fairness, honesty, trustworthiness, deliberation, and applying the principles of discipline, madrasahs can also implement spiritual leadership.
