The wooden shipyard in Bahari Village is a privately-owned facility that conducts maintenance, repair, and construction of new wooden ships. The vessels serviced at this shipyard range from 10 GT to 25 GT and are made from wood. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the management of the wooden shipyard in Bahari I Village, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency. The methodology used is a survey method, and the data is analyzed using fishbone analysis followed by a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the construction and repair processes of wooden ships in Bahari I Village are not efficient due to facilities that do not meet standards, with only 22% of the necessary conditions being fulfilled. The management of this wooden shipyard is still far from adequate because several aspects remain uncontrolled, such as the shipbuilding process not meeting expected targets, delays in the availability and delivery of raw materials, and the use of very basic tools and outdated technology.
 

This research aims to analyze the use of the cashier application software "Majoo" in the cash receipt information system Mencari Kopi. The object of this research is the use of the cashier application in cash receipts in Mencari Kopi. The subjects in this research were employees, owners of Mencari Kopi and consumers of Mencari Kopi. This research uses primary data used in this research, namely the source comes from the finance department through observations, interviews and documentation carried out on employees or owners of Mencari Kopi and consumers of Mencari Kopi who pay by cash or digital wallet (e-wallet). ). Secondary data used in this research are documents or notes regarding cash receipts and presentation when using the cashier application on Mencari Kopi.   The results of this research. The cash receipt system at Mencari Kopi is run with the help of the “Majoo” cashier application system. The results of the research that has been carried out, in recording cash receipts, payments via cash and non-cash (e-wallet) are equally efficient as long as you still use the "Majoo" cashier application. The results of research conducted and interviews by users of the cashier application and consumers of Mencari Kopi, the recording of cash receipts recorded in Mencari Kopi and those received by consumers of Mencari Kopi are appropriate.

Playing with playdough is a constructive play.  Creativity generates a new idea that connects with the previous one, creating something new.  The problem formulation in this research is "Is there an influence of using plasticine media on the development of early childhood creativity at TK Negeri Satap Desa Sibargot."  The research aims to determine the effect of plasticine media on developing creativity in early childhood at TK Negeri Satap Desa Sibargot. This research uses a quasi-experimental quantitative research design with a control class, where the experimental class consists of 15 children and the control class consists of 15 children. Data were collected using the observation guideline technique of the child creativity development research instrument.  The analysis technique uses data homogeneity, normality, and paired sample t test/hypothesis testing techniques.
Hypothesis analysis is used to test the hypothesis using the t-test in the SPSS 17 program, namely, t-test = 15.453 sig 0.000.  Therefore, the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.520 > 0.000 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.  Thus, the research hypothesis stating that using colored flour playdough media affects the development of creativity in early childhood at TK Negeri Satap Desa Sibargot is accepted as true.

PT.Eka Multi Logistik is a land and sea transportation management (JPT) service company that has been involved in the field of goods transportation for Export, Import and Local since 2018, located on Jl. Kalimantan NO.65/67 Makassar City, South Sulawesi Consumer or customer satisfaction can be influenced by various factors that are closely related, including price and service quality. The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence between the independent variables (price and quality of service) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). This research was carried out at PT. Eka Multi Logistik using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show the results of the calculated f test (13.350) > f table (3.231) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be interpreted that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Eka Multi Logistics.

National resilience is one of the concepts of Indonesian statehood. The resilience of a nation is basically needed to guarantee and strengthen the capability of the nation concerned both in order to maintain its unity, face future threats and seek resources to meet life's needs. The research objective is to determine the urgency and challenges of national resilience and national defense for the Indonesian nation. Research results will be obtained using the Literature review research method, namely a method of collecting library data and information by exploring knowledge or knowledge from sources such as books, journals, written works, lecture notes and several other sources that are related to the research object. The research results show that resilience comes from the word "hold" which means steadfast, strong, able to control oneself, persistent, and never giving up. Resilience means being able, resistant and strong to face all forms of existing challenges and threats in order to ensure survival. Furthermore, according to Law no. 3 of 2002 concerning National Defense, citizens can physically participate in defending the country by becoming members of the Indonesian National Army and Basic Military Training. If the country's economic and financial conditions permit, the possibility of military service can also be considered. Defending the Country Non-Physically, namely: Participating in citizenship education through both formal and non-formal channels. Implementing a democratic life by respecting differences of opinion and not imposing one's will in solving common problems.
