The study focuses on the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Competence on Employee Commitment (Case Study of the Ciamis Regency Education Office) the problems that arise in the company are caused by this. The problems faced in this study include: 1) How does emotional intelligence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 2) How is financing for employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 3) How is competence related to employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 4) How does emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? The objectives of this study are 1). To find out how emotional intelligence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 2). To find out how compensation affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office; 3). To find out how competence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 4) To find out how emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office. The study uses a descriptive design analysis method with a survey technique. To process the data used Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient. Emotional intelligence towards employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office with the results of multiple regression tests for the emotional intelligence variable obtained a regression coefficient or ?1 of 0.893 which has a positive relationship level to employee performance. This is in line with the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the correlation can be said to be significant if the Sig. Value <a (alpa) the calculation results above with a (alpa) = 5% or 0.05 while the Sig. value for the emotional intelligence variable (X1) is 0.000. So from the results of the calculation it turns out that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee commitment.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of payment administration service efficiency factors on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out which payment administration service efficiency variables have a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Research results on the influence of Payment Administration service efficiency on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. In this research, results have been obtained that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, because the results show that the efficiency of payment administration services has an effect on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. The research results also explain that the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction is the efficiency of payment administration service funds, where the results show that in general customers experience satisfaction because their expectations are the same as the implementation results (reality).

Literature study is a method of collecting data by looking for information or references online through articles, journals, websites, and so on. In this study, the authors analyze the risks that occur in UMKM Kedai Ommed, namely technology and inflation. In this study, the authors analyze how to deal with these risks with the 4T hazard response and risk response.

The increase in inflation that occurs causes the threat of unemployment in Indonesia. According to the BPS, 4.48 million Indonesians are unemployed in 2022. Cyclical unemployment is unemployment caused by a large-scale economic crisis (inflation), so many companies lay off their workers to reduce the risk of loss in a company. the. The method used in this research is literature study. The literature study method is a method that is carried out by collecting data and documents from references that are in accordance with the author's research. In this study, the authors analyze monetary policy as a government policy that can be used in overcoming the threat of post-inflation unemployment. Monetary policy is one way to reduce unemployment by increasing the money supply and reducing interest rates which will increase investment. The increasing amount of investment will increase job opportunities which in turn will reduce unemployment

School facilities are a very important tool in supporting learning in schools. Facilities will be needed by teachers and students in teaching and learning because the facilities will increase students' learning motivation, with complete facilities will also support the performance of teachers in delivering material to students. The purpose of this study is to observe school facilities, especially MTS Ali Imron and see the effect of students' learning if the school facilities are inadequate, especially in English subjects. The case study in this study was conducted at MTS Ali Imron Medan. The method in this study uses a qualitative method by observing schools and conducting interviews with English teachers at MTS Ali Imron Medan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi apakah penjualan konsinyasi yang dilakukan oleh usaha sudah sesuai dengan kajian teori. Penelitian dilakukan pada usaha ibu sugianti kecamatan raman utara kabupaten lampung timur selama beberapa minggu.
Langkah-langjah yang ditempuh untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1).  Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana system penjualan konsinyasi pada usaha krupuk Sugianti dikecamatan raman utara, 2). Untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor pendorong dan penghambat dalam pemasaran produk Home Industry milik ibu Sugianti di kecamatan raman utara.
 

The Kutaringin Sultanate is one of the most magnificent heritages of the Islamic Kingdom in Indonesia, located in West Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. As a cultural product, these historical objects from the Kutaringin Sultanate are worthy of being documented through cultural semiotic study and developed into a lecturing model of language and literature containing of artifact discourses based on local wisdom. The purpose of this study is to describe the cultural meanings of historical objects from the Kutaringin Sultanate and their implications in language and literature lectures at the university. The implementation of this research used a qualitative method with two approaches, both were the lexical semantic approach and the pedagogical approach. The result of this study found 39 historical objects that can be culturally interpreted and developed into a lecturing model of language and literature containing artifact discourses based on local wisdom for the university students.

This study aims to explain the Analysis of Muslim Entrepreneurs' Welfare Based on the Usek Cracker Home Industry in Paninggaran District, Pekalongan Regency. This research uses a type of field research through descriptive qualitative methods. The primary data source of this research was obtained from the home industry owner of crackers which, according to our group, has the potential for research. namely Mrs. Mustaqoroh and Mrs. Niswatin. Secondary data sources were obtained from books, journals, and theses related to the research title. The results of the study concluded that the welfare of Muslim entrepreneurs based on the usek cracker home industry had been achieved and in accordance with Islamic law. This is evident starting from the production process, Entrepreneurs always apply Islamic economics in doing business. The applied Islamic economy is the embodiment of business principles, including: honesty, transparency, commitment, cooperation, discipline, care and responsibility.

The obstruction of several business activities caused by the pandemic has led to the need for institutions that can manage and develop MSMEs in the midst of this outbreak. One of the institutions that is being developed is Sharia fintech. This research uses a literature study method where in this method the researcher uses several sources that present topics related to the research. This research also uses secondary sources where the source presents data related to Sharia fintech and MSMEs. The research technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by examining patterns to develop MSMEs using Sharia-based fintech. The results of this study revealed that currently the total assets of Sharia fintech reached 50 billion in IDR with a growth 8.32 %, which shows a significant figure compared to February 2020. Since the development of Sharia fintech, there have been 13 Sharia financial technology and there’re six companies engaged in financing 65 to develop MSMEs. The pattern used in developing MSEs that have a Sharia basis can use the role of fintech institutions not only providing financial assistance in the form of money but also providing assistance in the form of companions in developing their businesses related to MSME marketing..

This article discusses about Kopi Sekanak tradition. This research is a qualitative research with oral history method. Data collected through interviews and literature study. The result shows that Kopi Sekanak is the heritage from Melayu royal government in the past. There are local wisdom in Kopi Sekanak which is described in this article. Kopi Sekanak also include in intangible cultural heritage category.
