Abstrak Kader merupakan individu dalam suatu organisasi atau kelompok, yang menjadi penggerak dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Kader diharapkan menjadi contoh dalam organisasinya. Pribadi kader di rukun warga menjadi contoh untuk kehidupan warga. Oleh karena itu, kader sudah semestinya memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang kehidupan warga. Salah satu pemahaman yang sebaiknya dimiliki kader adalah kewirausahaan atau entrepreneurship. Pelatihan entrepreunership dilaksanakan di Rukun Warga (RW) IV Jl. Maspati IV Bubutan, Surabaya mitra Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika (UKDC) guna upgrading dan mempersiapkan kader untuk semakin mantap berwirausaha. Para kader RW IV telah memiliki berbagai usaha untuk mendukung ekonomi keluarga namun masih perlu terus didorong agar semakin maju dan mantap dalam beriwirausaha. Semua peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan entrepreunership melalui beberapa langkah. Pertama, para kader diajak brainstroming terkait dengan kebutuhan mendesak yang diperlukan sebagai bekal dalam menjadi kader. Kedua, para kader diajak memetakan kebutuhan. Ketiga, para kader diajak mengambil keputusan pelatihan yang terpenting yang akan dilakukan. Keempat, para kader diminta mengusulkan teknik pelatihan yang sebaiknya digunakan. Pelatihan para kader RW 1V Bubutan, Surabaya ini melalui tahap-tahap, yaitu 1) Tahap persiapan, 2) Menghadiri pelatihan, 3) Merefleksikan pelaksanaan entrepreunership 4) Menyusun perencanaan yang akan dilaksanakan untuk perbaikan. Target pelatihan ini adalah peserta dapat merintis usaha kecil menengah yang dikelola di dalam keluarga sehingga perekonomian keluarga teru terjaga. AbstractA cadre is an individual in an organization or a group, who acts as the mover in various aspects of society’s social life. Cadres are expected to be examples in their organizations. The person of a cadre in a community association should be the example for other residents on how to live their lives. Therefore, cadres should have a good understanding of how a community resident should live. One understanding that cadres should possess is entrepreneurship. This entrepreneurship training was held at Community Association (RW) IV, Maspati IV St., Bubutan, Surabaya City, as the partner of Darma Cendika Catholic University (UKDC), for an upgrading and for a preparation for the cadres to be more established in entrepreneurship. The cadres of RW IV already have various businesses to support their families’ economy, but they still need more encouragement to be more improved and stronger in entrepreneurship. All participants in the training went through several steps. First, the cadres were invited to brainstorm the most urgent needs necessary for the preparation for becoming cadres. Second, the cadres were invited to map these needs. Third, the cadres were invited to decide on the most important training to be carried out. Fourth, the cadres were asked to propose the training techniques that should be used. The training at RW IV, Bubutan, Surabaya, went through the following stages: 1) Preparation, 2) Training attendance, 3) Reflection on the implementation of entrepreneurship, 4) Development of plans for future improvement. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship and influence of character values ??on Main Competencies (KI), Main Competencies (KD), Learning Outcomes (CP), Competency Achievement Indicators (GPA) and Learning Objectives in the Islamic context. Religious education . The literature research method with the topic "Analysis of the relationship and influence of character values ??on core competencies" includes data collection through library research, a qualitative approach, data analysis and method validation by referring to a pre-existing framework. . study. This research reveals that: 1) CD is a student's learning outcome, KI is the most important skill in social life, KP is what is expected of students, and competency indicators are an assessment of CD, all of which are important for achieving learning. targets, 2) core competencies. and competency foundation as a foundation and teachers who understand well KI, CD and indicators of effective learning planning and in accordance with learning objectives, CD, AP, GPA and learning objectives that focus on positive values ??such as honesty, discipline, cooperation, responsibility , appreciate diversity, creativity, discipline, appreciate and desire to create individuals who are ethical and competent in facing life's challenges, 4) Exemplary good and correct CD, KI, CP, GPA. This article examines the development of mathematics learning design using the Dick and Carey model in material simplifying algebra forms for class VII SMPN 217 Jakarta. Learning design refers to the process of planning and developing effective learning structures, strategies and activities to achieve desired learning goals. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the steps for developing learning design by applying the Dick and Carey model in designing mathematics learning on material that simplifies algebraic forms. The results of developing designs using the Dick and Carey model in developing mathematics learning designs can help teachers in designing and implementing learning.

In the current era of globalization, regional autonomy has become a very important part of public services. There is a need to address the problems that arise in Sokawera Village regarding the lack of facilities and skill level of village officials with the demands of a more dynamic community and an archival processing system that is still conventional. With the conveniences provided, it encourages people to utilize information and communication technology to help with their daily activities. The village government does not yet have a website address. This means that the information held by the village cannot be accessed by the wider community, causing Sokawera Village to still be very underdeveloped. In the era of increasingly advanced technology, a website-based information system can be implemented in Sokawera Village to overcome obstacles that can be used as a medium for village information and innovation. With the existence of a village information system in Sokawera Village, the community can directly access various kinds of information presented. Likewise, village officials can directly provide or update information related to the villages they support. All forms of information regarding purchasing products produced by local MSMEs can also be accessed on the village information system page. The methods used in this research are problem formulation, data collection, problem identification, system development using research results method.

The phenomenon of student brawls at SMK 10 November Tambun Selatan is a serious problem that has a negative impact on physical, emotional, social, and material. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause and solve juvenile delinquency, especially brawls. Using descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique, data were collected through interviews and observations of counseling guidance teachers and students involved. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed three main factors causing brawls: psychological factors (self-esteem and motivation), social factors (group pressure), and subcultural factors (peer group influence). Handling includes identification and evaluation, communication, coaching, education, and punishment. These measures, which involve cooperation between the school, parents and students, are expected to reduce cases of brawls and restore order in the school and community.

Poetry is a literary work full of meaning and symbolism. One poem that is interesting to analyze semantically is "My Heart is as Wide as a Leaf" by Sapardi Djoko Damono. In this article, we carry out an in-depth analysis of the hidden meanings in the poem. We use a semantic approach to explore the meaning of each line of poetry, identifying the metaphors, symbolism and connotations used by the poet. The analysis in this research uses a descriptive method, which describes the data naturally and produces good and coherent linguistic rules. Apart from that, we also pay attention to the structure and arrangement of words chosen by Sapardi Djoko Damono to express the implied messages in this poem. Through this analysis, we seek to understand more deeply the message the poet wants to convey, as well as explain how the use of language and symbolism in this poem can affect the reader emotionally and intellectually. It is hoped that the results of this analysis will provide new insights into Sapardi Djoko Damono's literary works and enrich understanding of modern Indonesian poetry.

The current era of globalization has many impacts on Indonesian society, including the impact of online gambling addiction. In recent years, gambling over the Internet, or commonly called online gambling, has been increasing. According to Kata data, of the total 2.8 million people involved in online gambling or slots in Indonesia, as many as 2.2 million of them are university students. These people participate in virtual gambling activities through online platforms such as websites and applications connected to the internet. The entire transaction process from depositing to withdrawing gambling winnings is carried out online in an online connected system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that make current students interested in online gambling (scatter). This study uses quantitative research methods with a focus on results. The research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to several respondents who are students. The results showed that the impact of online gambling on students is to cause feelings of laziness and reduce academic performance. On average, students spend up to one hour playing Scatter. Financial difficulties (pocket money) are also a factor that affects students playing scatter (online gambling).

The productivity of meat rabbits in producing meat is higher than beef livestock. Meat rabbits are also an alternative source of animal protein that can be utilized by the Indonesian people. Rabbits have great potential to be developed in Indonesia. The aim of this writing is, among other things, to determine the effective level of productivity for meat rabbits and the sustainability of the rabbit market share which will be well supported by good marketing strategies, actors, marketing channels so that the competitiveness of rabbit meat commodities can be competitive and innovative with competing commodities. This systematic review of identification of national and international articles is divided into 2 clusters with production and marketing. The results of the discussion from this article for effective product quality need to pay attention to seeds, feed, and also cages and for marketing there are several patterns of marketing actors who carry out planning and determining prices and distribution of meat rabbits.

Cahaya lampu merupakan alat bantu penangkapan dalam operasi penangkapan ikan yang berfungsi untuk menarik ikan dan memfokuskannya pada area penangkapan. Penggunaan cahaya lampu yang efektif dan efesien dapat meningkatkan hasil tangkapan dan menurunkan biaya operasional penangkapan ikan khususnya pada perikanan bagan apung. Teknologi cahaya lampu celup bawah air yang dikembangkan praktisi perikanan saat ini sangat efektif dan efesien digunakan nelayan kecil di perikanan bagan apung, namun sampai saat ini teknologi tersebut belum dapat digunakan oleh seluruh nelayan kecil di Indonesia karena keterbatasan kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan alat bantu penangkapan tersebut. Tujuan PkM adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan penggunaan lampu celup bawah air (Lacuba) dalam kegiatan penangkapan ikan pada perikanan bagan apung. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM adalah pelatihan dengan materi teori dan praktik. Materi teori terkait dengan konsep lampu celup bawah air dan manfaat ekonomisnya. Materi praktik mengenai aplikasi lampu celup bawah air pada bagan apung. Peserta pelatihan berjumlah empat belas orang yang merupakan nelayan kecil bagan apung Ohoi Selayar. Kegiatan pelatihan tersebut berjalan dengan baik dan lancar dan hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar nelayan kecil yang mengikuti pelatihan tersebut sangat memahami materi yang disampaikan dan terampil dalam mengoperasikan  Lacuba sebagai alat bantu penangkapan ikan pada bagan apung.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan bersama mitra Instituta Hak Asasi Perempuan (IHAP). Dalam fungsinya sebagai salah satu LSM yang melakukan penanganan kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan ragam identitas gender dan seksualitas, IHAP mengalami kesulitan dalam pendokumentasian kasus kekerasan dari korban atau penyintas terutama di masa pandemi yang tidak memungkinkan untuk mendokumentasikan kasus secara langsung. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada media atau sarana yang dapat diakses korban dimanapun dan kapanpun. Selain itu, fungsi pendampingan terhadap korban kekerasan sering seringkali mengalami kendala waktu serta korban yang enggan berkomunikasi langsung dengan konselor karena merasa malu. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya aplikasi yang dapat mengakomodir permasalahan tersebut. Untuk sampai pada implementasi aplikasi tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan proses requirement engineering sebagai dasar bagi pembangunan aplikasi. PkM ini menghasilkan dokumen SRS (Software Requirement Specification) yang disepakati bersama untuk menjadi blue print bagi pembangunan dan implementasi aplikasi pelaporan dan konseling pada korban berbasis gender.
