Abstrak:
Based on the results of the researcher's observations at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung, a problem was found in the form of complaints from passengers in the waiting room area which arose due to several facilities that were not functioning optimally, namely related to the increasing room temperature and the lack of seating areas in the passenger waiting room area so that not all passengers could get a seat. The lack of several of these facilities caused an uncomfortable feeling for the passengers who were in the waiting room area while waiting for their flight departure schedule. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of domestic waiting room service facilities on passenger satisfaction at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung and how big the influence is. This study uses a quantitative method with a research location at PT. Angkasa Pura II Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung, precisely in the domestic waiting room area at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung. Surveys and observations are data collection techniques in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the correlation table analysis of 0.764 using the interpretation of the r value are> 0.5 - 0.583 = strong correlation, it can be interpreted that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it shows the results that passenger satisfaction is influenced by service facilities, while the results of hypothesis testing in the study provide results that the magnitude of the influence of variable X (service facilities) on variable Y (passenger satisfaction) shows strong results by obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.764 with a determination coefficient of 58.3%. with the remaining 41.7% influenced by other factors not studied by researchers such as eligibility, availability, cleanliness and other elements.

Criminal act Terrorism is a form of crime or serious violation human rights at the international level because it seriously endangers security and peace world . T he crime of terrorism which occurred in the territory of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia has resulted in loss of property and property and causing fear in society at large, thus having an impact on social life, economics, politics and international relations . One of the main factors supporting acts of terrorism is the existence of funding, meaning that terrorist activities will not take place if there are no funds. Therefore, it is very important to eradicate criminal acts of terrorist financing in order to minimize the occurrence of acts of terrorism. The research method used is normative legal research, namely legal research that uses secondary data by using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach . The data processing and analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative technique using deductive logic in order to draw conclusions from the problem formulation that has been described. The aim of this research is to determine the methods of collecting funds carried out by corporations for terrorism financing in Indonesia and to determine corporate responsibility for criminal acts of terrorism financing in Indonesia.

Nowdays, competition in universities is getting tougher. One attempt to ensure that a higher education institution have a special place among the public is to improve its quality so that it can produce superior graduates. Tridharma is a pillar of higher education that must be implemented, consist of education and teaching, research and community service. Apart from being something that must be done, the Tridharma of higher education can provide benefits, namely producing graduates who are creative, innovative, independent and useful for the surrounding community. Tridharma activity in higher education cannot walk alone internally, there needs to be an approach to the community through a public relations unit. Through the partnerships built between public relations and its partners, collaboration can result in activities that can be implemented into the Tridharma activities themselves. This research goal is to determine the strategies and models of communication and public relations collaboration at the OTTIMMO International Culinary and Patisserie Academy in improving the Tridharma of higher education, as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is using a qualitative method with a case study approach, the data collection method is by conducting interviews. The analytical method used is data reduction, namely summarizing the data and simplifying the data, then verifying and confirming the conclusions. The results of this research are communication and collaboration carried out by public relations in improving the Tridharma of higher education, namely using a two-way symmetrical model supported by using a collaborative governance stage process.Pada saat ini persaingan perguruan tinggi semakin ketat. Sebagai langkah agar satu perguruan tinggi tersebut mendapatkan tempat khusus oleh publik adalah dengan berbenah untuk meningkatkan mutu sehingga dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul. Tridharma merupakan pilar dari perguruan tinggi yang wajib dilaksanakan, yaitu pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Selain merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan, Tridharma perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan manfaat yaitu menghasilkan lulusan yang kreatif, inovatif, mandiri dan berdaya guna bagi masyarakat sekitar. Tridharma didalam perguruan tinggi tidak dapat berjalan sendiri secara internal, perlu adanya pendekatan kepada masyarakat melalui unit humas. Melalui relasi yang dibangun antara humas dengan mitranya, dapat menghasilkan kerjasama berupa kegiatan yang dapat diimplementasikan kedalam kegiatan Tridharma itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui startegi serta model komunikasi dan kolaborasi humas Akademi Kuliner dan Patiseri OTTIMMO Internasional dalam meningkatkan Tridharma perguruan tinggi, serta apa saja yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan reduksi data, yakni merangkum data dan menyederhanakan data, lalu verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang dilakukan humas dalam meningkatkan Tridharma perguruan tinggi yaitu menggunakan model two-way symmetrical dengan didukung menggunakan proses tahapan collaborative governance.

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh afiliasi politik pada dewan komisaris dan afiliasi politik direktur terhadap skor CSR. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian kuantitatif menggunakan purposive sampling method dalam pengambilan sampelnya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Indonesia Stock Exchange Industrial Classification sektor D yaitu consumer non-cyclicals dari periode 2017-2022. Penelitian ini mengguanakan analisis regresi data panel. Peneltian ini menggunakan software STATA untuk analisis statistik. Populasi yang digunakan sebesar 17 perusahaan dan di dapat 102 sampel observasi untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dewan komisaris yang berafiliasi politik berpengaruh positif terhadap skor CSR. Namun pada variabel dewan direksi yang berafiliasi politik tidak berpengaruh terhadap skor CSR. Implikasi pada penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bagaimana perusahaan atau praktisi menyikapi koneksi politik dapat selaras dengan tingkat nilai CSR dengan memperhatikan keadaan sosial seperti terjadinya covid-19, pemilu, dan hal lain yang menyangkut aturan - aturan baru pemerintah tentang pertanggungjawaban sosial. Penelitian ini tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya kekurangan pertama adalah data yang diambil masih pada satu sektor saja mungkin penelitian selanjutnya menggunakan sektor lain agar mampu menggambarkan keadaan disektor lain atau sebagai pembanding, kedua penelitian ini masih pada dua vaiabel independen yang belum mencerminkan keseluruhan koneksi politik mungkin penelitian selanjutnya menambahkan lebih spesifik koneksi politik seperti militer dan mantan menteri.

Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze marketing strategies and factors that influence the success of SMEs in the martabak business in the Sukatani area, Bekasi Regency, which coincides in Sukadarma Village, Kampung Serengseng Jaya. MSMEs play an important role in the local economy, but often face challenges in competing with larger businesses. To identify effective strategies, we conducted a qualitative study using in-depth interviews with Martabak MSME owners and used SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced. The research results show that the use of social media as a marketing tool, product innovation and service quality are the main factors that contribute to the success of martabak MSMEs. Additionally, partnerships with local suppliers and a deep understanding of consumer preferences have also proven important. The challenges faced include intense competition, fluctuations in raw material prices, and limited capital. Thus, this research provides insight into the best practices that can be implemented by martabak MSMEs to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their businesses. The proposed strategic recommendations include increasing digital skills, product diversification, and developing customer loyalty programs

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan aplikasi monitoring grooming berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pemesanan dan pencatatan pesanan grooming serta mempermudah manajemen jadwal dan layanan bagi petgroomer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototyping. Terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu komunikasi dengan klien, pengembangan sistem, dan pengujian sistem. Setelah melakukan komunikasi dengan klien untuk mengetahui kebutuhan sistem, selanjutnya yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pengembangan sistem. Setelah mengetahui kebutuhan dari sistem, selanjutnya disusun Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan sistem. Beberapa diagram UML yang dipakai, seperti use case, diagram alir, dan diagram activity. Kemudian, sistem diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan REST API melalui Retrofit dan bahasa pemrograman Java, menggunakan tools Android Studio. Langkah yang terakhir adalah melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem. Aplikasi ini dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif bagi industri grooming hewan peliharaan dengan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pemilik hewan peliharaan dan groomer.

Nowcasting Hotel Room Occupancy Rate using Google Trends Index and Online Traveler Reviews Given Lag Effect with Machine Learning (Case Research: East Kalimantan Province)

Abstrak:
Purpose: The presence of a two-month lag in Hotel Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) data necessitates an alternative method to accommodate adjustments in the economic circumstances of the tourism industry. In this context, TPK is connected to the influx of tourists, making the data a valuable resource for assessing the tourism potential of a particular area. The information can be used to make informed decisions when considering investments in the local tourism industry. Therefore, this research aimed to formulate predictions for future trends using now-forecasting. The variables of Google Trends Index (IGT) and online traveler reviews considered were obtained from big data.
Methods: This research used machine learning methods with Random Forest, LSTM, and CNN-BiLSTM-Attention models in determining the best model. Meanwhile, the datasets were acquired from diverse secondary data sources. Hotel Occupancy Rooms Rate was derived from BPS-Statistics Indonesia, while additional data were collected through web scraping from online travel agency websites such as Tripadvisor.com, IGT with keywords “IKN”, “hotel”, and “banjir”. For the sentiment variable from online reviews, lag effects of one, two, and three months were analyzed to determine the correlation with TPK. The highest correlation was selected for inclusion in the prediction model across all machine learning methods.
Result: The results showed that the use of IGT and online traveler reviews increased the precision of forecasting models. The best model of hotel TPK nowcasting was Random Forest Regression with the lowest MAPE value and accuracy of 5.37% and 94.63%, respectively.
Novelty: The proposed method showed great potential in improving the prediction of hotel TPK by leveraging new technology and extensive data sources. The correlation with TPK decreases with an increasing time lag of sentiment. Therefore, the sentiment of reviews in the current month has the highest correlation with TPK, compared to the previous one, two, or three months.

This study aims to explore the implementation of digital media and sales strategies that contribute to increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village, Sedong District, Cirebon Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.

The protection of heirs' rights to digital assets in Indonesia is becoming increasingly important as digital technology usage grows. Digital assets, including social media accounts, emails, digital files, and cryptocurrencies, present new challenges in inheritance law due to their unique nature. This article discusses how heirs' rights to digital assets can be effectively regulated within the existing legal framework. The main challenges include access and control issues, an incomplete legal framework, and rapid technological advancements. Proposed solutions include updating legal regulations, collaborating with digital service providers, enhancing digital literacy, and developing supportive systems and services. With these measures, it is hoped that heirs' rights to digital assets can be well-protected, providing legal certainty and ensuring that digital assets are not lost or misused.
