Mining materials as natural resources that cannot be renewed and have limited quantities of course have very high economic value. The existence of this high economic value is a factor in the mining business becoming an industry, both by the government and the private sector. The application of Environmental Law to mineral and coal mining is very important, so as not to cause environmental problems. This research aims to see how environmental law is applied to mineral and coal mining. This research includes library research because the data used is mostly secondary data in the form of legal documents as well as reviewing empirical data in the field. The analysis used uses a qualitative approach. The results of this research are that mineral and coal mining needs to implement environmental law properly, to avoid wider environmental problems. The stages in implementing environmental law, starting from completing environmental impact analysis, issuing IUP, preparing mining road infrastructure and reclamation after mining.

Tegal Regency regional regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning Village-Owned Enterprises is a regional policy in the context of increasing the potential of village resources. The hope is that this regional policy can be a solution for developing village potential, which in Tegal district has a lot of village development potential. This research is a Normative Juridical Research on issues relating to the Job Creation Law and Village-Owned Enterprises policies. This research aims to determine the implementation of Tegal regent's regulation number 2 of 2018 concerning village-owned enterprises as well as solutions to obstacles in its implementation., in This research uses a qualitative data analysis method, namely normative juridical which is presented descriptively. Regent's Regulation number 2 of 2018 created a main strategy, namely Tegal Regency's commitment to improving the ranking of all indicators in investment policy in a better direction, structural improvements for all indicators, implementing ease of doing business for all communities, especially micro, small and medium enterprises through village-owned enterprises.

This research aims to find out the legal status of uncertified land that is disputed by the heirs and the community of Tolitehuyu village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency and to find out the form of legal settlement by the Tolitehuyu Village Government regarding disputed uncertified land. This research uses empirical methods. The results of this research show that the legal status of land ownership by the people of Tolitehuyu Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency, some have a certificate and some do not have a certificate for the land they own. Where those who already have a legal status certificate are already the property of that community. Furthermore, for those who do not yet have a certificate, the legal status of their land is unclear or still weak. So the legal status must be registered with the National Land Agency of North Gorontalo Regency in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws. The role of the Tolitehuyu Village Government in resolving uncertified land disputes in the community can be achieved by mediating through an intermediary called a modiator. The process of resolving land disputes by the Tolitehuyu Village Government is carried out in stages, namely submitting a complaint to the hamlet head, head The village presents the parties to the dispute, collects data, mediates and reads the decision.

IoT links physical devices to the internet, enabling innovations like smart homes and environmental monitoring, while telecom networks facilitate data exchange with a focus on infrastructure development and security. Integration of IoT into these networks enhances efficiency and security, with forecasts indicating continued expansion of IoT's role in telecom networks.
 
 

Banyuanyar Village is located in Banjarsari District, Surakarta City. Banyuanyar Village is included in the status of urban areas and has a Puskesmas which plays an important role in public health. Patient visits at the Banyuanyar Health Center physiotherapy clinic for shoulder pain cases from 2022 were 25 patients while in 2023 they increased to 50 patients. The most common case is shoulder pain with the third highest case. Characterized by complaints of pain in the shoulder that hinder daily activities. The purpose of this program is to provide education and demonstrate exercises in cases of shoulder pain in order to reduce and prevent complaints. The method used was education in the form of counseling and distributing leaflets to the elderly at the Banyuanyar RW 03 elderly post. The results obtained from measuring the increase in understanding using the pre-test and post-test questionnaires were a significant increase in understanding regarding exercise with a pre-test average value of 10 and a post-test average value of 85.5

In the current era of globalization, most of Karang Berahi Village's income and lifestyle are not in accordance with consumptive behavior because income and lifestyle greatly influence the consumptive behavior of oil palm farmers in Karang Berahi Village so that on average people waste more in their lifestyle. luxurious. The aim of this research is to find out how income and lifestyle influence palm oil consumptive behavior in Karang Berahi Village, Pamenang District, Merangin Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This research used a sample of 85 samples. The data analysis used in this research is, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive statistical test, and multiple linear regression test, namely the coefficient of determination test, T test and F test. Based on the data processing carried out in this research, results were obtained for the income variable (X1) partially, namely with a significance level smaller than 0.05, namely with a significance level of 0.000, so it can be said that the income variable has a significant influence on consumer behavior. Meanwhile, for the Lifestyle variable (X2), partially, with a significance level greater than 0.05, namely with a significance level of 7.937, it can be said that the income variable has no effect on consumer behavior. Furthermore, by using the F test to obtain a significance value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05, the regression model can be used to predict that income and lifestyle together influence consumer behavior. The calculation of the coefficient of determination results in showing that all independent variables, namely income (X1), lifestyle (X2), can explain the consumptive behavior variable (Y) by 20%, the remaining 80% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Kemiskinan di Jawa Timur, termasuk di Kabupaten Jember, tetap menjadi tantangan besar yang kompleks dan multidimensional. Persentase penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Jember meningkat sebesar 0,12 persen poin dalam satu tahun, dari 9,39 persen pada Maret 2022 menjadi 9,51 persen pada Maret 2023. Dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan, data yang akurat sangatlah penting untuk merancang dan melaksanakan kebijakan yang efektif. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi peran BPS dalam menyediakan data yang tepat dan relevan tentang kemiskinan di tingkat lokal, menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dengan data sekunder dari publikasi BPS tahun 2023, seperti garis kemiskinan, presentase penduduk miskin, indeks kedalaman, dan keparahan kemiskinan. Analisis menunjukkan kenaikan garis kemiskinan dan penurunan persentase, indeks kedalaman, serta keparahan kemiskinan dari 2010 hingga 2023. Jurnal ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai dinamika kemiskinan di Jember pada tahun 2023, diharapkan memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemerintah dan pemangku kebijakan setempat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pemantauan dan penanganan kemiskinan di daerah tersebut.

This study aims to determine how satisfied students of the Faculty of Economics, Garut University are with the Canva application. External factors, such as ease of use, benefits, and desire to continue using it, are the focus of this study. This study uses quantitative methods, the population in this study are active students of the Faculty of Economics, Garut University, totaling 2033 and using probability sampling techniques and a sample of 100 respondents was taken using the slovin formula. To determine the level of user satisfaction with the application, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used. The results stated that Canva supports the use of the system and has a feeling of usefulness, convenience, and usability that is considered important. In addition, the results show that users' desire to use the system affects their level of happiness by 80%.

The purpose of this research is to examine the risks of utilizing nuclear power in terms of emission, footprint, ecosystem, and waste, examine the utilization of nuclear power in supporting the green economy, and examine the format of new and renewable energy law reform in the utilization of nuclear power as new energy in the paradigm of progressive legal theory. The research is motivated by the negative perception of nuclear energy without detailing the potential and advantages of nuclear energy through the application of nuclear power plants. Then, highlighting doubts about the use of nuclear energy in the green economy development agenda, as well as highlighting legal challenges in the framework of nuclear energy regulatory reform in Indonesia contained in the Draft Law on New and Renewable Energy (RUU EBT), By using normative and comparative juridical approaches, this research finds positive impacts of nuclear energy on the environment and green economic development by taking France as a successful example. To overcome legal problems in RUU EBT, this study recommends the application of a progressive legal approach in the formation of a legal policy model, as has been applied by the People's Republic of China (PRC) and Norway.
