The population problem faced by almost all developing countries, including Indonesia, is the rate of population growth. A general indicator in population control efforts is the birth rate. Fertility is one of the natural components that determines the rate of population growth, so it is the main indicator in population control efforts. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of education level, employment status, family income, and number of family members, on women's fertility through the age of women's first marriage in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency. This research was conducted in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency. The respondents in this study were 98 female couples of childbearing age using an accidental sampling method . The variables examined in this research are education level, employment status, family income, number of family members, age at first marriage, and female fertility using observation methods, structured interviews and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses path analysis . The results of the research state that 1) Education level, employment status, family income and number of family members have a significant effect on the age at first marriage of women in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency, 2) Education level, employment status, family income and number of family members have a significant effect on women's fertility in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency, 3) Education level, employment status, family income, and number of family members influence women's fertility indirectly through the age of women's first marriage in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency. The level of education, employment status, family income and number of family members will increase the average age at first marriage for women, which will indirectly have an impact on reducing fertility so that it can control the rate of population growth and improve the quality of development economic activities.

Laporan ini tentang analisis laporan keuangan sebagai alat penilaian kinerja perusahaan, dengan fokus pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Berdasarkan laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk tahun 2018 hingga 2022 mengalami fluktuasi pada saat Indonesia terdampak pandemi COVID-19 pada tahun 2020-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan sumber datanya adalah laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur periode 31 Desember  2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis laporan keuangan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga tentang kinerja keuangan perusahaan, dan dapat digunakan untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih terinformasi tentang investasi atau kepemilikan perusahaan. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas saat mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Studi ini juga menyoroti kebutuhan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor eksternal seperti kondisi pasar dan lingkungan industri saat mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan. Studi ini menyarankan bahwa analisis laporan keuangan dapat menjadi alat yang berguna bagi investor, pemilik perusahaan, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan membuat keputusan yang lebih terinformasi.

Pada masa pandemi, pembelajaran berlangsung secara online. Banyak pembelajaran online yang di gunakan oleh guru untuk mempermudah proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran online yang digunakan guru dilihat dari aspek kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan niat penggunaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 78 siswa dari 368 siswa MTs. Muhammadiyah. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket yang disebarkan melalui waka kurikulum menggunakan format google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan teknik presentase. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Dari aspek kegunaan 75% siswa setuju dengan pembelajaran online yang digunakan oleh guru selama proses pembelajaran. Dari aspek kemudahan penggunaan 70% siswa menyatakan pembelajaran online mempermudah siswa dalam pembelajaran. Dari aspek niat penggunaan 72% siswa antusias terhadap penggunaan pembelajaran online selama proses pembelajaran.

Where the productive age shows that the number of young people in the age range of 15-29 in 2022 reaches 24.3 percent and this is the basic capital in development. There are several countries that have successfully managed the demographic bonus and become developed countries such as Japan, South Korea, China and Singapore. Based on modernization theory that economic development will affect the value system of society that leads to gender equality. The Demographic Bonus is a golden opportunity for a nation if utilized properly. But the question is whether Indonesia is ready to seize the opportunity. The purpose of this paper is how to reveal facts, phenomena, variables. The research method uses a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative analysis method based on literature review. The results of the study are that there are several reasons that encourage someone to migrate with economic, family, education and work motives. Currently, Indonesia faces challenges in human development. The arrival of young migrants will lead to population growth and human resource development. The decision to migrate between men and women has different driving and pulling factors, women's participation to migrate where women's labor force participation is only 53.41 percent compared to men's 83.87 percent.

This research uses literature studies to collect data from journals, articles and online sources, in order to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the strategic management of online shopping platforms. The results of this SWOT analysis are then used to formulate strategy recommendations that can improve the platform's operations and competitive position in the e-commerce market.

They also focus on managing risk, maintaining healthy finances, and adapting to changing regulations and market conditions. This research aims to describe of explain the implementation of integrated education quality management evaluation at MTs N 2 Mandailing Natal. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main respondent in this research was the Deputy Head of Madrasah Mts N 2 Mandailing Natal for Student Affairs. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, including the use of madrasah social media to find additional sources of information. Evaluation of integrated education quality management is a systematic process that aims to ensure that all aspects of educational institutions run in accordance wint established quality standards. The evaluation carried out at MTs N 2 Mandailing Natal was fomative and summative and based on eight national education standards consisting of; student evaluation, teaching staff evaluation, and infrastructure evaluation, and curriculum evaluation. Evaluations are carried out periodically and in accordance with each main task and function, which means there are no obstacles in impementing the integrated education quality management evaluation process at MTs N 2 Mandailing Natal.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi riset kepustakaan (Library Research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Problematika Implementasi Kurikulum PAI Dan Upaya Pengentasannya di MTs. Muhammadiyah Curup maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kurikulum telah diimplementasikan pada aspek: penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang meluas, pembelajaran tematik, bertambahnya jam pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran student center, serta penerapan penilaian autentik. Untuk mengatasi problematika Implementasi Kurikulum PAI di MTs. Muhammadiyah Curup, yaitu dengan cara meningkatakan kreatifitas dan keterampilan dalam proses pembelajaran dan teknologi, melakukan kolaborasi antar guru atau mengadakan Musawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini berupa jurnal yang membahas tentang Potensi dan Kelemahan Manusia Menurut Al-quran dan Sunnah Berdasarkan Surah Al-Ma’arij Ayat 19-27. Sementara sumber data sekunder terdiri dari buku dan jurnal yang relevan. Kesimpulan dari penellitian ini adalah Setelah penulis mengkaji dan menganalisis tentang konsep Pendidikan Akhlak yang terkandung dalam Qs. al-Ma?arij (70) ayat 19-35, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa surat Al-Ma?arij ini mengandung petunjuk kepada manusia bagaimana untuk menghindari dari penyakit hallu?a dan Jazu?a atau keluh kesah dan kikir yang melanda jiwa seseorang.
