Abstrak:
The community service program in Kartikajaya Village aims to develop local economic potential through mangrove planting as a tourist attraction. Kartikajaya Village has geographical conditions that support the development of ecotourism, but the lack of public awareness and understanding of the benefits of mangroves is a major obstacle. This activity involves local communities in the process of planting and maintaining mangroves, as well as providing education about the importance of mangroves in maintaining the balance of coastal ecosystems and increasing village tourism attractiveness. The results of this program showed an increase in community awareness of environmental conservation as well as an increase in tourist visits to the village. Thus, mangrove planting not only serves as an environmental conservation effort, but also as a driver of economic growth through the tourism sector in Kartikajaya Village.

Abstrak:
This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of first-grade students in the subject of mathematics, specifically in the topic of grouping and presenting data in the form of lists and tables. The aim of this study is to investigate the improvement of first-grade students' learning outcomes in mathematics through the implementation of the problem-based learning model using a culturally responsive teaching approach. This research is classified as a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study are 27 first-grade students from SDN Putat Jaya IV-380 Surabaya. Data for this research were collected through observations and tests, and were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The results indicate that implementing problem-based learning through a culturally responsive teaching approach can enhance students' learning outcomes in mathematics, specifically in the topic of grouping and presenting data in the form of lists and tables. The average pre-cycle learning outcome was 69.55, which increased to 78.51 after the first cycle of PBL implementation, and further improved to 90.88 in the second cycle. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning model through culturally responsive teaching is effective in enhancing the learning outcomes of first-grade students in mathematics at SDN Putat Jaya IV-380 Surabaya..

Abstrak:
Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) is one of the world's important commodities as a producer of vegetable oil needed by various industries. Leaf area index is one of the indicators of plant growth seen from the size of the leaf surface area that carries out the photosynthesis process. This study aims to determine the interaction of NPK Phonska fertilizer dose treatment and its application method on the Leaf Area Index of oil palm seedlings at the pre-nursery stage. The study was designed using factorial RAK consisting of 2 factors, namely the dose of NPK Phonska fertilizer (K) and its application method (A), and 3 replications. The K factor consists of 5 levels, namely K0 = 0 g/seedling; K1 = 0.5 g/seedling, K2 = 1 g/seedling, K3 = 1.5 g/seedling, and K4 = 2 g/seedling. Factor A consists of 3 levels, namely A1 = watering, A2 = spreading, and A3 = bag. The observation results were analyzed using analysis of variance and further DMRT test at 5% level if significantly different. The results of the study showed that the dose of NPK Phonska fertilizer 1 g/seedling (K2) gave the highest results on the Leaf Area Index, which was 2.90. The interaction treatment of NPK Phonska fertilizer dose 1 g/seedling and the pocket application method (K2A3) gave the highest results on the parameters of seedling height (12.99 cm) and tuber diameter (1.31 cm). The Leaf Area Index weakened positively on the growth of oil palm seedlings as seen from the height of the seedlings, tuber diameter, and leaf sheath length.

The aim of this research is to determine, firstly, the influence of implementing the e-Samsat system on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, secondly the influence of tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, thirdly the influence of implementing e-Samsat and tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The number of samples in this study was 93 respondents. The data analysis method uses the classic assumption test and t test. The research results show that there is an influence between e-Samsat and tax sanctions on the level of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance

Pengembangan desa menjadi area wisata memerlukan manajemen yang terarah dan terintegrasi. Desa Jungsemi merupakan salah satu desa di kabupaten Kendal yang miliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata dikarenakan memiliki atraksi yang beragam. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Desa Jungsemi adalah belum adanya aturan yang cukup jelas mengenai pengelolaan desa wisata. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Jungsemi sesuai dengan topik permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Desa Jungsemi yaitu perlunya pelatihan dasar mengenai kepemanduwisataan untuk masyarakatnya. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengarahan terkait pengembangan Desa Jungsemi menjadi desa wisata yang memiliki SDM lokal yang memadai dan mampu memberikan kesan baik dibenak wisatawan.

Pelatihan berbahasa Inggris ini merupakan suatu kegiatan memberikan pengalaman untuk mempelajari budaya dan bahasa asing, sekaligus melatih kefasihan dalam berbahasa inggris. Bahasa Inggris pada saat ini merupakan Bahasa yang paling umum digunakan di seluruh dunia. Pokdarwis Desa Wisata Jungsemi adalah satu dari ragamnya Karya Tuhan yang penuh dengan eksotisme alam dan budaya serta integrase khazanah didalamnya oleh masyarakat sekitar. Pariwisata adalah salah satu sektor yang mendapat perhatian lebih dan prioritas dari pemerintah karena sektor pariwisata mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Namun terdapat kendala dalam berkomunikasi antara masyarakat dengan wisatawan asing, karena masyarakat belum bisa berbahasa Inggris. Maka dari itu dilakukan pelatihan bahasa inggris untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa inggris.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang harapan orang tua terhadap pendidikan dengan ketakutan akan kegagalan pada mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi UNNES, sejumlah 38 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala persepsi tentang harapan orang tua terhadap pendidikan terdiri dari 36 item (? = 0,971) dan skala ketakutan akan kegagalan yang terdiri dari 46 item (? = 0,943). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mempersepsikan harapan orang tuanya dalam kriteria tinggi. Adapun ketakutan akan kegagalan mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi UNNES termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan nilai r = 0,66 dengan p = 0.00 (p < 0.05) berarti ada hubungan positif antara persepsi tentang harapan orang tua terhadap pendidikan dengan ketakutan akan kegagalan pada mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi UNNES. Semakin tinggi harapan orang tua yang dipersepsi oleh mahasiswa maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat ketakutan akan kegagalan. Sumbangan efektif persepsi terhadap harapan orang tua dalam penelitian ini sebesar 43,6%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut peneliti memberikan saran bahwa orang tua diharapkan untuk lebih terbuka menerima harapan, keinginan dan ketakutan mahasiswa mengenai kehidupan akademiknya dengan cara memberikan dukungan positif berupa motivasi, perhatian dan pemahaman terhadap kelebihan dan kekurangan anak serta memberikan pemahaman bahwa orang tua mengharapkan prestasi sebaik-baiknya sesuai dengan kemampuan anak, bukan tuntutan untuk selalu unggul dan cepat menyelesaikan studi.

Kuta Traditional Village, a community rich in traditions and cultural values, is experiencing transformation in various aspects of their daily lives. This study explores how modernization affects the social behavior patterns of the Kuta Traditional Village community, from traditions to their social interactions. Through an in-depth qualitative approach, the results of this research describe the dynamics of social change occurring in this traditional village and seek an understanding of how they adapt to the ever-evolving modern era.

As an international language, English is widely used in many countries for communication. This widespread use makes English important for many aspects of life including education. Consequently, English is a mandatory subject in schools, studied from elementary levels through to university. It leads to the point of how important the mastery of English for all the students. Furthermore, the ultimategoal of English instruction is emphasized on developing students' communicative competence. This research use pre-experimental design with a quantitative approach to collect data. Quantitative methods involve gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting results. The research utilized an experimental approach to evaluate students' achievement differences after receiving treatment. The Story Face strategy was used to teach students. They were given a pre-test before the treatment and a post-test after to measure any differences in reading comprehension. The specific design used was a one-group pre-test and post-test. The researchers concluded that the Story Face strategy significantly improved reading comprehension among female students in class XI at SMA Misykat Al-Anwar Kwaron Jombang. This conclusion is substantiated by the quantitative data, showing a dramatic increase in reading comprehension scores from the pre-test to the post-test. Specifically, the average score improved from a "Poor" category (33.64) to a "Very Good" category (80.91), highlighting the strategy's effectiveness

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract. </strong>Working from home and working permanently in the office (work from office) have their problems. These differences indeed lead to different responses in coping with stress. This research aims to analyze the differences in coping with stress in individuals who experience work-from-home and work-from-office periods, as well as analyze coping strategies during the work-from-home period. This research uses a quantitative method, using a t-test. The sampling technique uses purposive random sampling, with the characteristics of the population being married and having children, working in agencies either from home or the office. Data collection techniques used a stress coping scale and an open questionnaire regarding identifying feelings and problems that arise, expressed via Google Forms. Quantitative analysis is carried out using t-tests and descriptive analysis. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, the Mean Rank or average group ranking was obtained, namely for work from home, it was 95,15, and work from office was 94.54 with a significance value of (0.947) > 0.05. The quantitative research results show no difference in coping with stress between individuals who experience the work-from-home period and during the work-from-office period. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis show that the most dominant feeling during the work-from-home period is anxiety, anxiety, or worry (40.74%), while the problem most frequently experienced by respondents is difficulty dividing their time between office work and homework (26.45 %). In general, coping strategies overcome feelings of worry by conveying hobbies (23.28%), while coping strategies overcome problems during the work-from-home period by interacting online (26.45%) and doing good time management (17.98%).</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Coping Stress; Work from Home; Work from Office</em></p>
