This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Festival Anak Sholeh at Yayasan Perguruan Ar Rahman Misriadi, which focuses on increasing students' creativity and self-confidence in the religious field. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, which involves observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of religious teachers who acted as trainers and students from Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) levels. The results showed that the festival succeeded in increasing the spirit of learning religion, developing students' interests and talents in religion, and strengthening their self-confidence. Students were very enthusiastic in participating in various competitions, such as adhan and short verse recitation competitions, which were carried out in a structured manner with full support from the school. Nevertheless, this study also identified some constraints, such as limited space, lack of teacher participation in guiding students, and technical problems related to equipment. These constraints indicate the need for improvement in the implementation of the festival in the future so that it can be more optimal in achieving its goals. Thus, the Festival Anak Sholeh is not only a competition event, but also a means of strengthening character and Islamic values among students. This research provides recommendations for improvements in various aspects of the implementation of the festival so that it can be more effective in supporting the development of students' potential in the religious field.

Students who have academic difficulties are a sign that something is wrong. These errors can be in the form of conceptual misunderstandings, errors in forgetting the solution procedure, or careless errors. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the cognitive barriers that elementary school students must overcome to understand the concept of speed and discharge. The methodology used in this study was qualitative. A literature search revealed that poor cognitive development of students, who are often at the concrete operational stage, is the main cause of these obstacles. Additional obstacles noted include proportionality challenges, limited abstraction and imagery capacity, and learning strategies that do not help the process of understanding the topic effectively.

This research aims to analyze the operation of the Cargo Hold Bilges System in preventing flooding on MVs. Meratus Malino. Researchers conducted this research while conducting a Sea Practitioner (PRALA) for 12 months starting from January 29 2023 to February 5 2024 on board the MV. Meratus Malino is a container carrier type ship managed by the shipping company PT. The Meratus Line operates domestic shipping services on the route Jakarta-Surabaya-Makassar-Bitung-Anggrek (North Gorontalo)-Surabaya-Jakarta-Bawean-Jakarta-Semarang. The population in this study was the MV crew. Merastus Malino consisted of 20 people, while the sample was the crew of the MV ship. Meratus Malino who is in charge or has responsibility for operating the Cargo Hold Bilges System totals 16 people consisting of the MV deck crew. Meratus Malino totaling 9 people and MV engine crew. Meratus Malino numbered 7 people. This research method uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach, while for the data source the researcher uses secondary data sources, while the data collection instruments are questionnaires, field studies and interviews. The results of this research show that in operating the Cargo hold Bilges system, a system and several components such as the bilge pump, ejector, seachast valve, injection valve connected to the bilge pump and hydraulic valve are needed which can function properly and more optimally in ship operational activities. . And to prevent flooding in the hold, it is necessary to check the hold regularly and if you see standing water in the hold, immediately make an order to empty the hatch so that the hatch is dry and the cargo remains protected from flooding in the hold.

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, social jealousy and work environment on work life balance in employees of PT. Tri Adi Bersama Hub Halim Cargo Transport Division, East Jakarta. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling type totaling 50 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that work stress had a significant negative effect on work life balance and the work environment had a significant positive effect on work life balance while social jealousy did not have a significant effect on work life balance in employees of PT. Tri Adi Bersama Hub Halim Cargo Transport Division, East Jakarta.

This problem in Indonesia often causes differences of opinion between those who support and those who oppose. It is undeniable that in the military environment there are also deviations in sexual orientation carried out by the perpetrator who is a TNI soldier in the verdict of the Military Court II-08 Jakarta Number 212-K / PM II-08AD / XI / 2020. Finding, analyzing, and explaining the viewpoint of military law on the existence of LGBT in the military environment was the goal of the study. The ruling of the Military Court II-08 Jakarta Number 212-K / PM II-08AD / XI / 2020 clarifies the criminal culpability of TNI soldiers who engage in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) actions. Legal theory, criminal responsibility theory, and the theory of legal certainty are the frameworks utilized. Normative juridical research is the methodology employed. Based on the findings of this study, the military's official stance on the presence of LGBT individuals in the military has been firmly established by highlighting the ban on LGBT individuals as stated in the TNI Commander's Telegram Letter Number ST/398/2009. As stated in Telegram Letter Number ST/1648/2019 from the TNI Commander, LGBT is one of the behaviors that soldiers are not to engage in since it goes against official orders or is not in line with soldier life norms. Furthermore, it is highlighted in the Supreme Court Circular (SEMA) Number 10 of 2020, in letter D number 1, that disobeying the TNI Commander's Telegram Letter Number ST/398/2009 dated July 22, 2009 and the TNI Commander's Telegram Letter Number ST/1648/2019 dated October 22, 2019, which forbid TNI soldiers from engaging in immoral acts with members of the same sex (Homosexual/Lesbian), can be seen as a violation of official orders under the provisions of Article 103 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. In accordance with the processes or mechanisms for resolving LGBT crimes guided by Law Number 31 of 1997 concerning Military Justice, TNI soldiers found guilty of LGBT acts in the Jakarta Military Court II-08 Number 212-K/PM II-08AD/XI/2020 will face prosecution, sentencing, and criminal penalties in accordance with the specific legal regulations based on Military Criminal Law.

This service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Tempe small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs in effectively managing their businesses and enhancing competitiveness. This service activity is carried out through a series of workshops, motivational training, and group mentoring. The community partners involved in this project were the Tempe SMEs located in the Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi. The results of this service showed a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of the Tempe SME entrepreneurs after participating in the training and mentoring sessions. They successfully enhanced their business performance, expanded market access through digital marketing, and formed a group or association of Tempe SMEs to share knowledge and support each other in addressing business challenges. This initiative positively contributed to the welfare and local economic growth by strengthening the Tempe sector as a key pillar of the economy in the Pejuang neighborhood

The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic was first known to have appeared in Wuhan City, China in December 2019 and was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 12 2020. This virus has spread very quickly to several countries in the world, including Indonesia where the Covid-19 pandemic has been designated as a type of disease that causes a Public Health Emergency on March 31 2020. With this determination, mitigation efforts must be carried out in accordance with statutory regulations in emergency response period for handling Covid-19. Tourist attractions have the potential to become a locus for the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, causing the need for health protocols in carrying out activities at that location. This research uses qualitative research which aims to gather information about the compliance of people at tourist attractions with the health protocols implemented in Jambi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of the health protocol, namely 5M (wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility) is carried out well and is carried out directly by the government and tourist attraction owners through CHSE (Clean Health Safety and Environment). And the community has good knowledge, attitudes and behavior in complying with the health protocols implemented. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of health protocols at various tourist attractions in Jambi City has gone well with supervision carried out by the government and tourist owners.

Early marriage is a significant social problem in Indonesia, including in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency. In an effort to address this problem, the Indonesian government issued Law Number 16 of 2019 which sets the minimum age of marriage to 19 years for both men and women. Community service in socializing this law in Cilengkrang Sub-district aims to increase community understanding and compliance with the regulation. The program involves various educational activities, such as counseling, group discussions, and training for community leaders and educators. The methods used include direct approaches through village meetings and indirect methods through social and print media. The results showed that the involvement of community leaders and religious leaders was very effective in conveying messages and reducing resistance to legal change. The main challenges faced were changing entrenched mindsets and problems accessing information in remote areas. Recommendations to improve the effectiveness of this program include increasing the involvement of community leaders, optimizing the use of media, continuous training, inter-agency cooperation, periodic evaluation, and a culturally sensitive approach. With the implementation of these recommendations, it is expected that the socialization of the marriage age limit law in Cilengkrang Sub-district can be more effective, reduce the number of early marriages, and create an environment that supports the optimal development of children and improves the overall welfare of the community.
