Natural disasters can happen anytime and anywhere without being predicted. The issue of natural disasters has a bad impact on many people, they can lose their lives and homes. The government in this case is directly in charge of handling this disaster case, namely the National Disaster Management Agency (abbreviated as BNPB) is a Non-ministerial Government Agency that has the task of assisting the President of the Republic of Indonesia in carrying out disaster management in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management. This research is a field research or empirical legal research, the methods used in data collection are interviews, observation and literature study, which was conducted in Nunbaun Delha Village and Manutapen Village, Alak District, Kupang City.  Based on the results obtained by researchers based on the formulation of the problem of how far the effectiveness of the distribution of financial assistance to the victims of the seroja disaster in Nunbaun Delha Village and Manutapen Village, Alak District, Kupang City, is the problem of the initial initiative to establish a command post post, raising assistance, identifying the needs of victims. Factors inhibiting the effectiveness of the distribution of financial assistance to victims of the seroja disaster in Nunbaun Delha Village and Manutapen Village, Alak District, Kupang City Coordination and Information and Distribution of social assistance is not on time to recipients of social assistance.

Standardisasi dan geocoding alamat akan memberi solusi atas permasalahan alamat yang selama ini dihadapi di Indonesia. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk membahas terkait: Pertama, Identifikasi AUPB dalam standardisasi dan sistem geocoding alamat perkotaan dan perdesaan Indonesia. Kedua, sinkronisasi asas keterbukaan dalam AUPB dengan keamanan data dalam Sistem Geocoding Alamat Wilayah Perkotaan dan Perdesaan Indonesia.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, secara keseluruhan unsur AUPB yang paling berperan dalam proses standardisasi, penyusunan basisdata dan sistem geocoding alamat adalah asas kepastian hukum. Kedua, keamanan data dalam standarisasi dan sistem geocoding alamat perkotaan dan perdesaan di Indonesia telah sinkron dengan prinsip keterbukaan karena data yang ada di dalam sistem geocoding alamat adalah data umum sehingga kerahasiaan data masih terjaga. Hal ini dikarenakan meskipun seluruh kolom pada basisdata alamat tersimpan pada Elasticsearch, tetapi hanya kolom tertentu saja yang dapat diakses melalui website Sistem Geocoding, sehingga tidak mengandung data personal.

MSMEs are trading businesses managed by business entities or individuals which refer to productive economic businesses in accordance with the criteria stipulated by Law Number 20 of 2008. One of the MSMEs in the Kalumpang Village area is the Rice Chips MSME which is located at Kp Kedung Bulus, Kalumpang Village Padarincang District, Serang Regency, which is a community business in the village. So far, the marketing process for this product is still carried out traditionally, so that sales results are not optimal and the reach of promotion is limited because promotion is still carried out by word of mouth. Therefore, we as students with this community service activity contribute to designing applications and utilizing e-commerce through creating applications or websites as promotional and sales media for Rice Chips products so that we can increase sales and expand market share.

. Posyandu is a forum for monitoring the growth and development of toddlers. Coverage of visits by toddlers to posyandu related to mother's activity. The discrepancy between the attainment of community participation or the irregularity of mothers in visiting Posyandu with the target visit is made possible by several factors including age, education, parity, knowledge, attitudes and family support. The Sebatung Health Center has achieved the service target of 41% of the target of 86.2% in 2021. The objective of this research is to knows the factors that influence the activity of parents of toddlers in posyandu activities. The method used analytical survey method with cross sectional approach. The sample used the accidental sampling technique of 30 mothers with healthy toddlers (age 12-59 months) at the Sebatung Health Center in January 2023. Statistical test analysis using Chi Square. The results are The most research results for each variable are the activeness of parents of toddlers 22 people (73.3%), mothers with good knowledge of 19 people (63.3%), a positive attitude of 18 people (60%), family support of 19 people (63 .3%), there is an effect of knowledge (p=0.004), attitude (0.034) and family support (0.015) on the activeness of parents of toddlers in posyandu activities. Concluded there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes and family support on the activeness of parents of toddlers in posyandu activities.

This thesis aims (1) to find out the implementation of the tahsin binnadhor method in learning the Koran for female students at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Kalibeber, Mojotengah, Wonosobo. (2) to find out the characteristics of the implementation of the binnadhor tahsin method in learning the Koran for female students at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Kalibeber, Mojotengah, Wonosobo. (3) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tahsin binnadhor method in Al-Qur'an learning for female students at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Kalibeber, Mojotengah, WonosoboThe type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The main subject of this study was the new students of Block F Putri PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah, totaling 24 students. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and verification.The results showed that the implementation of the tahsin binnadhor method in learning the Qur'an, the students came forward one by one in turn and were listened to by the ustdazah if something went wrong it would be corrected. Characteristics of the implementation of the tahsin binnahor method in learning the Qur'an, students who are fluent, fluent, good and correct in reading the Qur'an will be recommended to recite the Koran at the Dzuriyah PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah. Factors supporting the implementation of the tahsin binnadhor method in learning the Qur'an ustadzah have syahadah juz 'ama and bin nadzri, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of motivation in the students themselves, the time is too short.

Sektor minyak dan gas  merupakan salah satu sektor yang sangat penting.Untuk pembangunan nasional Indonesia. Sektor ini memiliki nilai ekonomi  yang tinggi  menguasai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup orang banyak, seperti dalam pasal 33 UUD Dibangun pada tahun 1945 dan mengingat kontribusinya yang sangat penting, pemeliharaannya perlu dipertahankan, besar untuk pembangunan nasional. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian yuridis empiris. Penelitian yuridis empiris yang dengan dimaksudkan kata lain yang merupakan jenis penelitian hukum sosiologis dan dapat disebutkan dengan penelitian secara lapangan, yang mengkaji ketentun hukum yang berlaku serta yang telah terjadi didalam kehidupan masyarakat. Kesimpulan Pengaturan hukum tindak pidana pengoplosan tabung gas LPG subsidi tanpa dilengkapi dengan izin diatur dalam Pasal 8 ayat (1) jo Pasal 62 ayat (1) UndangUndang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen serta Pasal 53 huruf d Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi. Penerapan hukum terhadap pelaku pengoplosan tabung gas LPG subsidi tanpa dilengkapi dengan izin dalam Putusan Nomor 54/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Krg. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values ​​of socio-religious education in Karang Taruna youth in Salam Sari Village, Kedu, Temanggung. Socio-religious education is an important component in shaping the character of adolescents who are ethical, responsible and have good social skills. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study were Karang Taruna youth who were active in Salam Sari Village. Data analysis was performed using thematic analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the values ​​of socio-religious education in Karang Taruna youth of Salam Sari Village was carried out through several strategies. First, through the implementation of religious activities such as recitation, study of the scriptures, and religious-based togetherness activities. Second, by developing social skills through leadership training, teamwork, and self-development. The implementation of these socio-religious educational values ​​has had a positive impact on the youth of Karang Taruna in Salam Sari Village. Teenagers are becoming more aware of the importance of morals and ethics in everyday life. They are also able to develop social skills that are useful in interacting with the surrounding community. In addition, teenagers also feel involved in religious activities which provide a deeper understanding of religion and spirituality.

Rice productivity and farmers incomes in rainfed fields could be increased through the implementation of adaptive and site-spesific technology. The technology package namely Panca Kelola Ramah Lingkungan which consists of application rice high yield, site-specific nutrient management, organic matters management, arrangement of plant spacing, and integrated pest control. This study was aimed to analyze the feasibility of rice farming with Panca Kelola Ramah Lingkungan technology at rainfed fields. The research was carried out on rainfed fields at Sukopuluhan Village, Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency in March-June 2021. Data were collected from fields experiments and interviews to 50 farmers using questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of Panca Kelola Ramah Lingkungan technology package with Inpari 38, Inpari 39, and Inpari 41, and Inpari 32 has B/C ratio 1.23; 1.38; 1.27; and 1.51 respectively. The implementation of this technology was financially profitable and very potential to be develop in rainfed rice fields.

Adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum dan bentuk tanggung jawab pelaku usaha terhadap konsumen rokok elektrik di Kota kendal yang tidak tercantum label informasi dan peringatan pada kemasannya dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya transaksi rokok elektrik di Kota Kendal yang dijual secara bebas oleh pelaku usaha. Kurangnya Informasi dari pelaku usaha dan tidak adanya informasi yang jelas dalam paket pembelian rokok elektrik sering menyesatkan konsumen. Dengan adanya hal itu, maka timbul beberapa permasalahan yaitu mengenai perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen rokok elektrik terhadap pelaku usaha rokok elektrik di Kota Kendal yang tidak mencantumkan label informasi dan peringatan keselamatan pada kemasannya serta bentuk tanggung jawab pelaku usaha terhadap konsumen rokok elektrik di Kota Kendal yang tidak mencantumkan label informasi dan peringatan keselamatan pada kemasannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen rokok elektrik terhadap pelaku usaha rokok elektrik di Kota Kendal yang tidak mencantumkan label informasi dan peringatan keselamatan pada kemasannya yaitu dapat ditemui pengaturannya dalam Pasal 4, Pasal 7, Pasal 8, Pasal 19, dan Pasal 62 UUPK serta Pasal 60 ayat (3) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengamanan Bahan yang Mengandung Zat Adiktif. Bentuk tanggung jawab pelaku usaha rokok elektrik di Kota Kendal yang tidak mencantumkan label informasi dan peringatan keselamatan pada kemasannya antara lain memberikan garansi produk, mengganti kerugian yang diderita konsumen, dan membantu sebagian dari biaya pengobatan apabila terbukti gangguan kesehatan yang diderita oleh konsumen itu disebabkan oleh penggunaan rokok elektrik.

Pengembangan UKM Abon Ikan Patin dilaksanakan  sebagai  kegiatan  pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Perguruan Tinggi terhadap UKM Olahan Ikan Patin yaitu ibu-ibu PKK di Desa  Jatibaru,  Kecamatan Cikarang Timur, Kabupaten Bekasi, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Jatibaru Pasca Pandemi Covid dengan pembuatan abon ikan patin yang memiliki nilai jual dipasaran. Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam kegiatan ini meliputi metode penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan dari mulai proses produksi sampai  dengan  pemasaran. Hasilnya adalah terbentuknya kelompok ibu-ibu PKK pembuatan abon dari ikan patin sebagai pembuka lapangan pekerjaan untuk mendapatkan penghasilan yang dapat meningkatkan  kesejahteraan masayarakat Jatibaru.  Hal ini Program   Pengabdian Masyarakat   dapat meningkatkan ilmu dan pengetahuan serta mengembangkan wawasan yang bermanfaat untuk dipraktikan bagi masyarakat secara nyata.
