Community nursing or community health nursing is the practice of maintaining and improving public health using knowledge from nursing, social sciences and public health sciences. Another definition of community nursing is a form of professional service based on nursing knowledge and tips aimed primarily at high-risk groups to improve community health status by emphasizing efforts to improve health, disease prevention and not neglecting curative and rehabilitative (Kholifah & Widagdo, 2016). In RW 04 Kelurahan Periuk Jaya, which is a village with densely populated residential houses with houses attached to one another, the average building in Pabuaran village has new buildings but is not well maintained and settlements are dominated by old buildings. own property, in terms of the environment the area of ??the house has a yard, there are several cattle pens around the settlement. The characteristics of the area and health problems that arise in RW 04 Periuk Jaya Village are information about prevention and diet for Hypertension, Gout Arthritis and ISPA. To carry out this task requires a person nurses who are competent in providing community nursing care, to get optimal results requires experience in addition to knowledge. : Cupak Village is a village that has tremendous potential that can be developed. This research aims to clarify the description of an object to be researched, this type of quantitative research will determine the relationship between the variables being researched will be significant and produce conclusions with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been set. The data source used in this study uses secondary data and data collection in this study is taken from the company's financial statements. The population used in this research is manufacturing companies in the goods & consumption industry sector and miscellaneous industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, and the data sample is 75.  From the data obtained, processed with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 29 software. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis method. The results of this study indicate that fixed asset intensity and liquidity have a significant effect on tax avoidance. This research is important for decision makers such as tax managers in ensuring that corporate tax planning goes well, as well as for the Directorate General of Taxes in implementing the best strategy to get tax revenue problems in Indonesia
 
 

The study focuses on the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Competence on Employee Commitment (Case Study of the Ciamis Regency Education Office) the problems that arise in the company are caused by this. The problems faced in this study include: 1) How does emotional intelligence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 2) How is financing for employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 3) How is competence related to employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 4) How does emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? The objectives of this study are 1). To find out how emotional intelligence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 2). To find out how compensation affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office; 3). To find out how competence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 4) To find out how emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office. The study uses a descriptive design analysis method with a survey technique. To process the data used Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient. Emotional intelligence towards employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office with the results of multiple regression tests for the emotional intelligence variable obtained a regression coefficient or ?1 of 0.893 which has a positive relationship level to employee performance. This is in line with the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the correlation can be said to be significant if the Sig. Value <a (alpa) the calculation results above with a (alpa) = 5% or 0.05 while the Sig. value for the emotional intelligence variable (X1) is 0.000. So from the results of the calculation it turns out that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee commitment.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of payment administration service efficiency factors on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out which payment administration service efficiency variables have a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Research results on the influence of Payment Administration service efficiency on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. In this research, results have been obtained that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, because the results show that the efficiency of payment administration services has an effect on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. The research results also explain that the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction is the efficiency of payment administration service funds, where the results show that in general customers experience satisfaction because their expectations are the same as the implementation results (reality).

Cyclical unemployment is unemployment caused by a large-scale economic crisis (inflation), so many companies lay off their workers to reduce the risk of loss in a company. the. The method used in this research is literature study. The literature study method is a method that is carried out by collecting data and documents from references that are in accordance with the author's research. In this study, the authors analyze monetary policy as a government policy that can be used in overcoming the threat of post-inflation unemployment. Monetary policy is one way to reduce unemployment by increasing the money supply and reducing interest rates which will increase investment. The increasing amount of investment will increase job opportunities which in turn will reduce unemployment

School facilities are a very important tool in supporting learning in schools. Facilities will be needed by teachers and students in teaching and learning because the facilities will increase students' learning motivation, with complete facilities will also support the performance of teachers in delivering material to students. The purpose of this study is to observe school facilities, especially MTS Ali Imron and see the effect of students' learning if the school facilities are inadequate, especially in English subjects. The case study in this study was conducted at MTS Ali Imron Medan. The method in this study uses a qualitative method by observing schools and conducting interviews with English teachers at MTS Ali Imron Medan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi apakah penjualan konsinyasi yang dilakukan oleh usaha sudah sesuai dengan kajian teori. Penelitian dilakukan pada usaha ibu sugianti kecamatan raman utara kabupaten lampung timur selama beberapa minggu.
Langkah-langjah yang ditempuh untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1).  Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana system penjualan konsinyasi pada usaha krupuk Sugianti dikecamatan raman utara, 2). Untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor pendorong dan penghambat dalam pemasaran produk Home Industry milik ibu Sugianti di kecamatan raman utara.
 

The Kutaringin Sultanate is one of the most magnificent heritages of the Islamic Kingdom in Indonesia, located in West Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. As a cultural product, these historical objects from the Kutaringin Sultanate are worthy of being documented through cultural semiotic study and developed into a lecturing model of language and literature containing of artifact discourses based on local wisdom. The purpose of this study is to describe the cultural meanings of historical objects from the Kutaringin Sultanate and their implications in language and literature lectures at the university. The implementation of this research used a qualitative method with two approaches, both were the lexical semantic approach and the pedagogical approach. The result of this study found 39 historical objects that can be culturally interpreted and developed into a lecturing model of language and literature containing artifact discourses based on local wisdom for the university students.
