An early childhood child is an individual who actively interacts with individuals around them. From these direct interactions, children learn social norms and ethics that shape and develop their character. This study focused on the process of early childhood learning from the environment in developing their character from Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems theory framework. Eleven interviewees participated in this qualitative research. The findings revealed that at the mesosytem level, a learning environment in the community that is safe and supportive of children's growth and development will develop children's positive character. These results corroborated that positive interactions within the environmental layers in Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory will contribute positively to children's development. Parents and RuPin Coordinators unanimously stated that education contributes positively to children's growth and development. Even the smallest knowledge gained by children will affect their mindset and behavior, so a commitment to providing a safe and positively stimulating learning environment is important. From the perspective of Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory, an adequate learning environment for young children should involve positive interactions between various environmental systems: family, school, peers and community.
 

Pada setiap tahunnya sekolah selalu melakukan proses penerimaan peserta didik baru untuk menyeleksi calon peserta didik yang akan mendaftar. Paud, TK, Daycare Azzamil School merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berada di kedungwuni dan beberapa cabang lain nya yang melakukan penerimaan peserta didik baru. Dalam proses pendaftaran yang dilaksanakan Paud, TK, Daycare Azzamil School masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu masih menggunakan brosur dan formulir kertas. Hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan beberapa kendala yaitu hilangnya data dan memakan waktu yang lama untuk menginputkan data yang terdapat pada formulir. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi pendaftaran yang dapat mengurangi kendala yang mungkin akan terjadi pada sistem sebelumnya. Sistem informasi pendaftaran berisi proses pendaftaran mulai dari pemberian informasi  pendaftaran, mengisi formulir, pengecekan data, dan laporan hasil seleksi berupa aplikasi website. Dalam pembuatan website akan menggunakan PHP. Hasil penelitian sistem informasi pendaftaran pada Paud, TK, Daycare Azzamil School berbasis website ini dapat mempermudah dan membantu dalam proses pendaftaran.

The concept of management in guidance and counseling is the process of planning, designing, organizing, and directing in the process of providing guidance and counseling services in a school or an organization. The method used in this research is the literature study method, which is a written summary that includes articles from journals, books, and other documents that define theories and provide information. The results of this study include: (1) the concept of management in counseling guidance, (2) the principles of applying guidance and counseling management, (3) organizational patterns in guidance and counseling, (4) stages of applying management in guidance and counseling, and (5) forms of evaluation in the process of guidance and counseling services.

This study aims to understand the process of social ethics formation among children in Talian Kereng Village in response to the influence of modernization and technological advancements. The research was conducted through a Community Service Program (KKN) that involved in-depth interviews and direct observations of the social lives of children in the village. The findings reveal that the role of family, community leaders, and religious institutions is crucial in instilling social ethical values in children from an early age. In this village, community leaders and religious figures are still highly respected and seen as role models in preserving traditional values. However, significant challenges arise from technological advancements, particularly the use of social media, which influences the perspectives and behavior of children. Many children are becoming influenced by social media content that does not always align with local norms. Additionally, the lack of parental involvement in upbringing, either due to their busy schedules or limited knowledge of parenting in the digital era, exacerbates this situation. Economic disparities also contribute to differences in children's access to technology, ultimately affecting the extent of their exposure to these influences. This study recommends a comprehensive approach that combines formal education, family roles, and community control over the impact of technology. Furthermore, the reinforcement of religious values and local traditions must be strengthened to address the challenges of modernization. In this way, positive social ethics can continue to be preserved and instilled in the younger generation of Talian Kereng Village

The objective of this study was to examine the impact of Price Perception, Service Quality, and Promotion on the purchasing decisions of Starbucks. Primary data from the distribution of questionnaires was used as the data source in this study. Clients of the Starbucks in Veteran Raya Bintaro, South Jakarta, make up the study's demographic. With a sample size of 96 respondents, this study used a survey method that made use of non-probability techniques like purposive sampling. The utilised analytical tool is SPSS version 26. Research can proceed because all investigated variables are reliable and valid, and they have all been shown to be feasible by the classical assumption test. According to the study's findings, customers at Starbucks Veteran Raya Bintaro in South Jakarta are significantly influenced by price perception, service quality, and promotions while making decisions about what to buy.

The primary objective of training is allowing MSMEs to gain advantages from technology through providing businesses access to QR code viewers for electronic payment transactions. Personal guidance is provided in the Kalibata Canteen. The training program has been set for April 21, 2024, Sunday. MSMEs whose have not yet utilized digital payment media are the target audience for this training program. a review of what was discovered and the discussion before it, MSMEs who view technology as an instrument of expediting transactions need this training. MSMEs ought to comprehend the significance that digitization is to prospering in a disruptive society and ensuring business sustainability in the face of increased rivalry. Offering a supplementary payment option, such as scanning QRIS, is one way MSMEs utilize technology. Through implementation of technology, MSMEs may lead the way. In order encouraging MSMEs to be more widely accepted and for consumers to prefer shopping at MSMEs, both of these factors are improving.

This research aims to identify and analyze the role of the community in encouraging a clean and perception-free bureaucracy through collective awareness in Landbaw Village, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency. This service is carried out through participatory methods, including counseling and outreach involving village officials and the community. The research results show that increasing collective community awareness can support the realization of a more transparent and accountable bureaucracy, as well as strengthening collaboration between the community and village officials.

The purpose of the study is to determine and analyze the effect of company size, profitability, leverage, liquidity and sales growth on tax avoidance in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2019-2023. In this study, a purposive sampling method was used, which obtained 45 companies. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 22 and Microsoft Excel 2019. The results of this study indicate that company size has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, while leverage has a significant negative effect on avoidance, then profitability, liquidity and sales growth has no effect on tax avoidance.

Serangan penyakit patek atau antracnose pada tanaman cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens) merupakan masalah yang sering dialami para petani dalam melakukan budidaya tanaman ini sehingga mengalami penurunan produksi. Dalam praktek pengelolaan penyakit ini, penggunaan pestisida sintesis masih menjadi primadona bagi petani. Penggunaan bahan ini dalam jangka panjang dapat menimbulkan masalah baru bagi lingkungan akibat residu yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan produksi cabai rawit pada Kelompok Tani Mekar Sari 2, Desa Sungai Rengas, Kecamatan. Sungai Kakap, Kabupaten. Kubu Raya melalui pelatihan pembuatan metabolit sekunder Trichoderma sp dan aplikasinya pada tanaman cabai rawit (C. frutescens). Tahapan kegiatan meliputi: observasi dan identifikasi, perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan, penerapan atau pengaplikasian, evaluasi program kegiatan, pertisipasi mitra dalam kegiatan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi keberlanjutan program kegiatan. Para petani yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini (n=25) mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan yaitu dengan rata-rata nilai 36,2 (pre test) menjadi 94,4 (post test) atau mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 61,65 %. Para petani juga berperan aktif dalam praktek pembuatan metabolit sekunder Trichoderma sp. dan sekaligus pengaplikasiannya.

Hyperglycemia is a risk factor for cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury in post-operative coronary artery bypass graft surgery patients. Glycemic control is important to prevent cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury. Postoperative glycemic control suggested 110-150 mg/dL. The aims of this study were to lower blood glucose levels and reduce the risk of occurrence or severity of cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury in post coronary artery bypass graft surgery patients. This study was conducted with a case study design involving 2 post operative coronary artery bypass graft patients who experienced hyperglycemia on the 1st to the 3rd day of treatment. Data collection was carried out from May 22 to May 23, 2023. The results of the case study showed that monitoring blood glucose in post-cardiac surgery patients is very important. Both patients experienced hyperglycemia in the early postoperative phase. With close monitoring and administration of insulin therapy according to the doctor's advice, the blood sugar levels of both patients were controlled. Monitoring urine output and evaluating serum creatinine levels showed that the first patient had cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury stage 1 on day 2 and showed improvement on day 3. The second patient did not develop cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury. The role of critical nurses in monitoring blood glucose levels and administering insulin doses is supported by related research. Strict monitoring and target ranges of blood glucose levels, in collaboration with the medical team are necessary to reduce the risk of cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury events.
