Abstrak:
Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI) launched QRIS on August 17, 2019, with its effective implementation starting on January 1, 2020. QRIS is a standard designed to facilitate payments through QR codes in Indonesia. This study examines the implementation of the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) payment system as a strategic innovation to drive the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Rejosari Village. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, this study explores the impact of QRIS adoption on transaction efficiency, financial inclusion, and the competitiveness of local MSMEs. The research findings show that the implementation of QRIS significantly increased the volume of non-cash transactions, expanded access to digital financial services, and facilitated the integration of MSMEs into the digital economy ecosystem. Key challenges identified include the digital literacy gap among MSME players and the limitations of technological infrastructure in rural areas. This study concludes that QRIS payment innovation is a crucial catalyst in the digital transformation of MSMEs in Rejosari Village, with recommendations to enhance digital guidance programs and develop supporting infrastructure to optimize local economic growth potential.

Pemanfaatan media sosial di era digital ini untuk promosi suatu produk belum sepenuhnya dapat dilakukan oleh UMKM Kelurahan Sawah Besar Semarang. Kendala yang dialami diantaranya pengelolaan copywriting dengan bahasa yang rapih dan mudah di pahami oleh calon konsumen juga pemanfaatan segmentasi pasar umumnya juga sulit di pahami oleh kalangan menengah ke bawah. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelatihan melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang memanfaatkan media sosial Facebook untuk menggunggah foto dan video dan Facebook Marketplace sebagai sarana penjualan produk UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui pemaparan materi dan juga pelatihan mengenai pengelolaan media sosial Facebook meliputi copywriting, penggunaan hashtag, dan pengoptimalan segmentasi pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa peningkatan kemampuan peserta UMKM dalam melakukan pengelolaan media sosial Facebook meliputi kemampuan copywriting, penggunaan hashtag, dan pengoptimalan segmentasi pasar sehingga produk-produk peserta UMKM dapat menarik minat konsumen dan meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan produk UMKM.

Abstrak:
This research aims to determine the influence of Product Quality, Price Perception, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of Popular Chocolate Ice in Surakarta. The population in this research are Ngetop Ice Chocolate consumers who are in Surabaya and have purchased the product more than once. This research also aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price perception, and service quality on customer satisfaction for Es Coklat Ngetop in Surakarta. Product quality is measured based on the taste, appearance and consistency of the chocolate ice served. Price perception is understood as a customer's view of the value of a product compared to the price they pay. Service quality is assessed from the responsiveness, competence and reliability of the service provided by the seller.
The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The sampling technique in this research used accidental with a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method and data analysis in this research uses the t test and f test methods. In this research, the results show that product quality, price perception and service quality partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, these three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction
Based on the results of the SPSS version 29 F test, all independent variables simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. based on the results of the t test, it shows that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the price perception variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Background: Telemedicine is a long-distance health service carried out by health professionals using information and communication technology, and this is also expected to include the exchange of information for diagnosis, treatment, prevention of injury and research as well as evaluation of education. Research objective: is to determine the analysis of the level of community satisfaction with the implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. The specific objective of this research is to find out: To determine the percentage of community satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the implementation of the telemedicine technology health service application ( Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. To find out the percentage of good or bad implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. Method: This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. This research aims to collect numerical data to measure an analysis of the level of community satisfaction with the implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. Results: Based on data analysis and discussion, the results of the research can be stated. It can be seen from the values ??presented, the researcher found that good service quality will provide satisfaction for users. Conclusion: An overview of the level of community satisfaction in Sanggrahan Village is high for 50 respondents (100% ).The description of the implementation of the Mobile JKN application in Sanggrahan Village is mostly high with 40 respondents (80%). There is a relationship between community satisfaction with the implementation of the telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05 ).

Abstrak:
Sustainable Tourism management in the Narmada Park faces significant challengers related to adequate human reseourch. This challenge is one of thr most prominent aspect and needs to be overcome with this right strategy. The research method used is qualitative with case study data analisysis tecniques, then conducting interviews and observation as well as sselecting informants using the purposive sampling technique where the informant is taken with the consideratinon that the informant can represent the research’s goal to obtain accurate information. The results of study show that there are several main challenges, such as inadequate infrastructure and facilities, environmental hygiene problems, and lack of awareness and participation of local communitites. Improvements efforts have been made, but a more targeted staregy is still needed to overcome shese challenges.

Generation Z is a generation that was born and developed along with the development of digital technology. Generation Z has unique preferences in online shopping with a tendency to choose convenience and affordability. This creates challenges and opportunities for e-commerce players. This research aims to analyze Generation Z's satisfaction with e-commerce services. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data comes from search results on various digital bases and related official publications. The research results show that Generation Z pays attention to affordable prices as well as high ease of access, product quality, lots of discounts, varied payment method choices, guarantees and speed of delivery. Apart from that, satisfaction with service for a product for Generation Z from e-commerce is obtained because of the efficiency and practicality when shopping offered by e-commerce. With all the convenience provided, as well as efficiency and time effectiveness, e-commerce is considered the right solution in finding needs for Generation Z. Therefore, it is not surprising that more and more platforms are emerging that are used to facilitate the purchase and sale of products or services via the internet. This e-commerce trend has also caused several shops to lose competition and close. This shows that e-commerce is an option for Generation Z, and they are satisfied with the service and convenience provided.

The residents of RW 05 Jomblang, Candisari District, Semarang City, are increasingly concerned about the impact of plastic waste on the environment. As a solution, used plastic bottles are being utilized as planting media in hydroponic techniques by MBKM students from various universities, such as UPN "Veteran" East Java, Padjadjaran University, and Semarang State University. This utilization of plastic bottles reduces waste while supporting sustainable agriculture by minimizing the use of land and water. The program raises community awareness about eco-friendly urban farming, focusing on water efficiency and quick harvesting processes. Education includes basic hydroponic techniques and their implementation using used bottles, which has been met with active community participation. Evaluations show tangible results, such as pakcoy plants being distributed to participants. Discussions with the RW 05 Chairman reveal significant benefits for the community in utilizing used items for agriculture. This program strengthens the community and suggests further development to enhance local food security and environmental awareness, as well as motivate the adoption of modern agricultural technologies

This research discusses the development of tourism in Aik Berik Village, which is located in North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency, with a focus on Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu Waterfalls as superior tourist attractions. Tourism in this village has a significant impact on the local community's economy, where this tourism is able to create new jobs for the community. Through community empowerment strategies such as training and digital promotion, local communities play an important role in the management and promotion of tourist destinations. However, the development of this tourism still experiences several challenges in the promotion and accessibility of other destinations. around the Mosquito Net Yarn. In the research carried out, the research used qualitative methods using an approach in the form of case studies, collecting data obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. This research also uses techniques to determine informants using purposive sampling. The main informant is the mosquito net tourism manager, the key informants are tourist motorbike taxi drivers, traders and parking attendants, and the supporting informants are tourists. The data analysis technique used is data reduction. The research results show that active community participation and cooperation between various parties have opened up new economic opportunities and improved community welfare.

This study aims to determine the potential of the creative economy to support the development of gili Indah Tourism Village, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach.The data collection process uses observation, interview,and documentation methods.Furthermore, the data is processed using data analysis techniques Milles and Huberman which includes data reduction,assessment, and conclusion or verification. The results of this study revealed that Gili Indah village has a promising creative economic potential, especially in the handicraft subsector such as crafts from coconut shells, wood, and accessories from local materials that are hereditary cultural heritage. Creative economic potential in Gili Indah village has a very important role in supporting the development of Sustainable Tourism Village. The creative economy plays a role in providing products and services that become tourist attractions, increasing income and welfare of the community, preserving local culture and wisdom, and creating new jobs for rural communities.

Abstrak:
The study examines the impact of bullying on adolescent maturity in Bekasi, using methods of literary study. Factors such as the psychological condition of the perpetrators and victims, the family environment, and the school culture play a role in the occurrence of bullying. Bullying can lead to mental health disorders and decreased academic performance in adolescents, which in their behavior can hinder their progress towards maturity. The study analyzed patterns of relationships between bullying experiences and aspects of adolescent maturity, such as emotions, cognition, and behavior. Factors that moderate the negative impact of bullying are also being explored.
