Penelitian ini mengkaji kompleksitas penanganan kejahatan asusila terhadap anak di Indonesia, khususnya terkait inefisiensi Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak dan lemahnya penegakan hukum. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada maraknya kasus kejahatan asusila terhadap anak, definisi anak yang beragam, serta lambatnya penanganan kasus oleh berbagai lembaga. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menganalisis literatur kepustakaan dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan adanya kelemahan dalam sistem peradilan, terutama penanganan kasus oleh Polri dan KPAI, serta perlu adanya harmonisasi aturan hukum dan prosedur antara peradilan umum dan disiplin internal Polri. Penelitian juga mengungkap perlunya pendekatan multisektoral dan terintegrasi yang melibatkan berbagai pihak untuk pencegahan dan penanganan kasus kejahatan asusila terhadap anak, serta pentingnya memperkuat sistem pengawasan dan akuntabilitas semua lembaga yang bertanggung jawab.

The service's goal is to promote public understanding of domestic violence prevention and build awareness among the inhabitants of Mojorejo Village. Counseling activities in the community are motivated by phenomena that occur in the community. The problem of domestic violence itself is actually a problem that often occurs in married life, but some people do not consider what they experience as an act that is wrong in the eyes of the law. Therefore, the community needs to be given an understanding of domestic violence, so that if it occurs or experiences domestic violence, the victim can take legal steps. The method used is a participatory method which is expected to play an active role in legal counseling activities in the form of; Lecture on the Socialization of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence; Legal counseling regarding the material of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence;  Question and answer session about domestic violence through mediation.

Village development activities are an integral part of the Merdeka Campus Competency Program (PKKM) in line with MBKM KKNT. Participating students perform community service as proof of their commitment to strengthening and supporting their community, in accordance with the principles of the Three Dharma Universities which include teaching, research, and devotion to the community. Village Development Program in Penangungan Village, Trawas, Mojokerto, attractive tourist destinations near the mountains, is a real step forward in providing ideas and solutions to the problems of the village community. The Trawas area is a famous tourist destination, with beautiful natural environments, cafes, and tourist attractions that contribute significantly to the village economy. Some destinations in Trawas, such as the Kecambung Valley, are newly opened on October 12, 2023, but may be missed as tourists tend to visit places that are widely discussed in the Trawas area. UPN DKV students focus Bina Village's work program on branding Agrowisata Valley Kecambung to increase the attractiveness and visibility of this new destination.

<p class="BasicParagraph">Kue nastar ialah jenis kue kering yang dibuat dari tepung terigu, gula halus, margarin, dan kuning telur yang diisi dengan selai buah nanas. Ketergantungan Indonesia pada produk terigu impor mengakibatkan harga terigu dipasaran terbilang tinggi, sehinga perlu dilakukan pengurangan penggunaan terigu sebagai bahan utama dalam pengolahan kue nastar dengan subtitusi bahan pangan lokal seperti tepung singkong dan bubuk daun kelor. Penelitian ini menggunakan subtitusi tepung singkong sebanyak 75% dan 100% dan penambahan bubuk daun kelor 3g, 5g, dan 7g. data didapatkan melalui teknik uji organoleptik, selanjutnya dioleh menggunakan <em>uji one way anova </em>dan uji lanjutan <em>duncan.</em> Untuk mengetahui kandungan proximat, vitamin C, dan antioksidan dilakukan uji laboraturium pangan. Perhitungan harga pokok produksi dihitung dalam 1 resep yang menghasilkan 500 gram nastar.  Hasil menunjukkan ¹Kue nastar dengan substitusi tepung singkong dan penambahan bubuk daun kelor terbaik dari uji organoleptik diperoleh dari 75% substitusi tepung singkong dan 3 gram penambahan bubuk daun kelor. ²Kue kandungan gizi substitusi tepung singkong dan 3 gram penambahan bubuk daun kelor memiliki kadar abu 1,12%, protein 6,08%, lemak 3,81%, karbohidrat 53,10%, vitamin C 16,55 mg/100g dan antioksidan 123,60 mg/100g. ³Harga pokok produksi kue nastar dengan substitusi tepung singkong dan penambahan bubuk daun kelor adalah Rp 106.856,-</p>

This research aims to determine the application of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) for Entities Without Public Accountability (ETAP) in BUMDes so that they can present accurate financial reports. The research method used is Literature Review (LR). This research uses data from journals that are available in full text form. The research results show that there are still many BUMDes that cannot present financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP. This is due to a lack of understanding by the management running BUMDes regarding SAK ETAP.

This research aimed to determine whistleblowing methods' effectiveness and public complaints in detecting and preventing fraud at BPK DIY Representative. This research used the interview method. The data that has been obtained will be processed using descriptive analysis techniques with a qualitative approach. The findings of this research show that the whistleblowing and public complaints method has a qualified design to provide facilities for whistleblowers to report fraud actions. All information from the whistleblowing method is very important as an early indication in detecting fraud. However, in its implementation of whistleblowing and community complaints, it has not run optimally.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the intensity of watching cooking content on TikTok and the motivation to learn cooking for young women in Tulungrejo village. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire distributed to 110 young women in Tulungrejo Village as a sample. Data analysis used the product moment correlation, which previously carried out the prerequisite test using the normality test and linearity test. The results showed 1) the intensity of watching cooking content on Tulungrejo village girls' TikTok with a high intensity of 33%, medium 67% and low 0%. 2) The motivation to learn cooking for young women in Tulungrejo village with high motivation is 76%, medium is 24%, and low is 0%. 3) Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the product moment correlation formula, an r-count value of 0.600 is obtained with an r-table price at a significance level of 5%, namely 0.187 so that 0.600> 0.187. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so there is a positive relationship between the intensity of watching cooking content on TikTok and the motivation to learn cooking for young women in Tulungrejo village.

The report on the career paths of alums from Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya between 2019 and 2022 shows that alums pursuing careers as entrepreneurs are lower than those becoming employees. This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic factors and their simultaneous influence on the interest in entrepreneurship of 12th-grade students in the Culinary  2 class at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya.
The research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and examined the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, both individually and simultaneously, on student's entrepreneurial interests. The population of this study consisted of 30 students in the 12th-grade Culinary 2 class at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya. The data was collected using a validated questionnaire comprising 30 items. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression.
The results indicated that intrinsic factors did not influence student's interest in entrepreneurship. Contrarily, the extrinsic factors did have an influence. Furthermore, intrinsic and extrinsic factors simultaneously influence student's interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, students at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya tend to be interested in entrepreneurship due to the encouragement they receive from their environment, including their family, community, and school. Moreover, the student's willingness and interest also played a supporting role. Thus, student's interest in pursuing careers as entrepreneurs can evolve if there is support from all parties.

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Marketing Communication on Purchase Decisions at the Coffee Symposium.  The researcher uses an associative quantitative research method with a sampling technique that uses non-probability sampling and incidental sampling consisting of 100 respondents at the Coffee Symposium.  The data collection technique used in this research is by distributing questionnaires and processing data using SPSS computer software.  This study contains the independent variables brand image and marketing communication, with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable.  The results of the validity test show that rcount > rtable means that all variables in this test are valid with a Cronbach Alpha value > 0.60 which means that they are reliable in the reliability test.  Based on the T-test, the results showed that there was a significant effect on the brand image and the marketing communication influence on purchasing decisions at Symposium Coffee.

Proses penyidikan tindak pidana peredaran gelap narkotika di Indonesia, diantaranya dilakukan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional berkoordinasi dengan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Penelitian tindak pidana peredaran narkotika ini difokuskan di wilayah BNN Provinsi Jateng. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penyidikan tindak pidana peredaran gelap narkotika dengan tersangka atas nama BBG alias Bembeng di BNN Provinsi Jateng dan apa kendala serta upaya mengatasi kendala penyidikan tindak pidana peredaran gelap narkotika dengan tersangka atas nama BBG alias Bembeng di BNN Provinsi Jateng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yuridis sosiologis dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis. Data utama yang digunakan adalah data primer. Selain menggunakan data primer sebagai data utama, penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Penyidikan tindak pidana peredaran gelap narkotika oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Jawa Tengah meliputi tahap penyelidikan, penangkapan, penahanan, penggeledahan dan uji laboratorium. Kendala dalam penyidikan tindak pidana peredaran gelap narkotika yaitu kurangnya partisipasi saksi dalam memberikan keterangan serta jarak tempat tinggal saksi yang cukup jauh dari tempat dilaksanakanya penyidikan. Upaya mengatasinya yaitu dengan memberikan jaminan dan perlidungan, mengapresiasi dan memfasilitasi saksi. Penyidikan yang dilakukan oleh BNN Provinsi Jateng sudah sesuai dengan KUHAP dan UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.
