The purpose of this study wasto identify and analyze the role of product image to inform product quality and purchasing decisions for aqua 600ml mineral water in Sukabumi District. The survey wan conducted amon 97 respondents using purposive sampling technique based on the following criteria:1) consumers who purchased at least on aqua 600ml product and 2) product choice. Customers must be at least 17 years old andold enough tocompletethe survey. The questionnaire was tested with validity, realibilty andclassical acceptance tests.the analitysis method used in this research is descritivemethod and validation through quantitative method. Data analysis techniques were carriedout by path analysis and sobeltest using SPSS for windows.thus, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, price has a positive and significant effet on brand image, product quality has no and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a positive effect and significant on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects product quality on purchasing decisions. Brand image can influence price in purchasing decisions.
 
 

Mediation has been regulated in Perma Number 1 of 2016 Article 1 point 1 explaining mediation as an alternative way of resolving disputes through a negotiation process to obtain an agreement between the parties assisted by a mediator. Mediation seeks (win-win solution) to reach a peace agreement. However, in fact there are still many mediations that do not work effectively, one of them in Gampong Bumi Sari in several cases of dispute, they did not make a letter of conciliation resulting in another dispute case, Article 27 paragraph (1) Perma Number 1 of 2016 explains to make a written peace agreement when the mediation reaches an agreement, an increase in cases of land disputes that mediation did not complete, one of the parties to the dispute during mediation carried a sharp weapon with the family so that the mediator felt intimidated. This study aims to find out how the process of resolving land disputes through mediation in Gampong Bumi Sari, find out what are the obstacles in the process of resolving land disputes through mediation in Gampong Bumi Sari, and see the level of effectiveness of resolving land disputes through mediation in Gampong Bumi Sari. The method used in this research is the empirical method, namely examining how the law works in the community environment.
 

Eggs are livestock products that have a big contribution in overcoming nutritional problems in society. Generally, eggs only last for two weeks if stored at room temperature. Therefore preservation efforts are very important to maintain the quality of the eggs, so that the quality and nutritional value of the eggs remain good and do not change the taste, smell, color and contents. One way is to preserve them by salting and adding red ginger. Red ginger contains antioxidants, antimicrobials and essential oils that can preserve and give a distinctive aroma. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of adding red ginger (Zingiber officinale Rubrum variety) on the characteristics of salted eggs. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments, namely P0: 0% red ginger, P1: 20% red ginger, P2: 30% red ginger, P3: 40% red ginger, and P4: 50% red ginger with 5 times test. The results showed that the characteristics of salted eggs with the addition of 30% red ginger got the highest score in the hedonic method organoleptic test.

Artikel Literature Review Pengaruh Tingkat Pendapatan, Kesadaran Wajib Pajak dan Penerapan Sistem E-Samsat Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor Samsat Kota Bekasi) adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Metode artikel literature Review ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Sedangkan Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Pengaruh Tingkat Pendapatan Berpengaruh Terhadap Kapatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor; 2) pengaruh Kesadaran Wajib Pajak Berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor; 3) Sistem E-Samsat Berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor.

A conducive work environment is able to create a spirit of performance and encourage discipline in work. Every person in an organization always wants a conducive, safe and comfortable work environment. Work discipline can run well if it is supported by good environmental conditions. With the creation of discipline at work, it will certainly encourage productivity and enthusiasm at work. This study focuses on the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of the teaching staf of SDITA eL Ma'mur Bogor. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study was the teaching staff of SDITA eL Ma'Mur Bogor, amounting to 64 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to 64 people using a saturated sample. The research method uses path analysis by examining the direct and indirect effects of the independent variable (exogenous variable) on the dependent variable (endogenous variable). The results showed that the work environment and work discipline together had an effect of 66.8% on performance with a significance probability of 0.000. The work environment has an influence on work discipline by 41% with a significance probability of 0.000. The work discipline variable is capable of being a mediating variable or an intermediate variable that links the indirect effect of the work environment on performance with a t-value of 2.289, which is greater than the t-table value

Rachamatullaily, S.E., M.M Bogor City Veterinary Research Center (BB Litvet) is a technical implementation unit within the scope of a research agency under the coordination of the Center for Research and Development of Animal Husbandry (Puslitbangnak). The Bogor City Veterinary Research Center is established based on the regulation of the Minister of Agriculture number 34/permentan/OT.140/2013 concerning the organization and working procedures of the Veterinary Research Center with echelon II/b level and has the main task of carrying out veterinary research tasks. The choice of work motivation and teamwork at the Center for Veterinary Research as research subjects to determine the existence of work motivation and teamwork within the company, because work motivation has an effect as the most vital driving force in achieving performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center, to determine the effect of Teamwork on Employee Performance at the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center. The tests used in this study include Validity Test, Reality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, Normality Test and t Test and f Test. Based on a discussion of the results of a study titled ``Effect of work motivation and teamwork on employee performance'' at the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center, we found that work motivation (X1) and teamwork (X2) It was concluded that it affects performance.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKNT_MBKM STIE BIMA adalah untuk memberdayakan pelaku UMKM sehingga kemampuan dari UMKM kelurahan Rontu menjadi lebih optimal. Pemberdayaan ini dilakukan dengan meningkatkan nilai produk melalui inovasi produk (rasa dan tampilan produk) dan inovasi kemasan produk yang eye-catching. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan melalui tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring serta evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan inovasi rasa produk yang beragam dan tampilan warna produk yang menarik serta kemasan produk yang kokoh dan aman dengan desain yang menarik.

Diaper rash is a complaint of red spots on the genitals and buttocks of babies wearing diapers caused by skin rubbing against diapers (Dwi Maryanti, et al, 2011). Diaper rash often occurs in the area around a baby's buttocks due to the use of diapers that are rarely changed, are too tight, or are used for too long. Usually the rash is not dangerous, but it can cause pain and cause anxiety in the baby and parents. According to a report by the Journal of Pediatrics, there were 54% of babies aged 1 month who experienced diaper rash after using "disposable diapers", which were first made by Victor Miller in 1950 under the name pampers and are popular throughout the world. At first, mothers hoped that their babies would be comfortable and stay dry.but in the end the baby experiences diaper rush (diaper rash) and the incidence of diaper rash in babies who use disposable diapers increases to 61% Diaper rash in Indonesia is a skin problem in infants and children. Diaper rash, according to Dr. Siti Aisah Boediarjo, Sp. KK, is a skin disorder in the form of red, inflamed patches. Sometimes accompanied by hard, scaly skin, nodules, even blisters and blisters, which cause itching and burning in babies, approximately 50% of babies and children who wear diapers have experienced a diaper rush. The method of implementing this activity is: providing education or counseling to mothers who have children and still use diapers, distributing leaflets and explaining the use of diapers so that diaper rash does not occur. Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) are upper and lower respiratory infections caused by infection or bacteria. According to WHO (2018), 40%-60% of the world's under-five population experience ARI. ARI occurs due to many factors, including LBW, Nutritional Status, Immunization Status, and Residential Density. This study aimed to determine whether there was a relationship between these factors and the incidence of ARI at the Batua Makassar Health Center. The design of this study used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 90 children under five with a simple random sampling technique, and the measuring instruments used were questionnaires and KMS. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results of the study using the chi-square test obtained a value of P = 0.049 (LBW), P = 0.013 (nutritional status), P = 0.000 (research status), P = 0.001 (density of residence) because the -value = <0.05 then Ha is accepted, it means that there is a relationship of several factors to the incidence of ARI in toddlers at the Batua Makassar Health Center. From the results of this study, it can be said that the condition of LBW, nutritional status, immunization status, and density of residence has a significant relationship. Families are expected to add information by actively participating in activities carried out by health workers on reducing factors that can cause ARI in toddlers.

Bantuan sosial merupakan salah satu program pemerintah untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat agar menjadikan kehidupan yang lebih baik. Terutama bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu dalam hal ekonomi. Akan tetapi tidak semua orang akan mendapatkan bantuan sosial karena beberapa faktor penyebab. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada maka pemerintah mengadakan program bantuan sosial bagi masyarakat kurang mampu dalam hal ekonomi. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Algoritma Klasifikasi Dataminig yaitu Algoritma C4.5 untuk memprediksi masyarakat dalam memperoleh bantuan dana sosial. Sampel data diambil dari data penerima bantuan sosial kecamatan binong, kabupaten Subang. Dari hasil pengujian digunakan tes Cross Validation dan Confusion Matrix. Hasil yang diperoleh untuk nilai Accuracy Algoritma C4.5 adalah sebesar 100.00%, nilai untuk Precision sebesar 100.00%, dan nilai untuk Sensitivity atau Recall sebesar 100.00%. Dengan demikian Algoritma C4.5 merupakan algoritma dan teknik terbaik untuk Memprediksi Masyarakat dalam memperoleh Bantuan Dana Sosial.
