Kehidupan manusia tidak terlepas dari peranan tanah. UUPA telah meletakkan dasar-dasar untuk memberikan kepastian hukum mengenai hak-hak atas tanah. Hak tas tanah dibuktikan dengan kepemilikan sertifikat hak atas tanah. Pemegang hak atas tanah agar dapat menjaminkan hak atas (sertifikat tanah) kepada pihak bank dengan tujuan pengambilan  dana   atau  pembiayaan  dengan  cara   dibebani  hak   tanggungan.  Nama sertifikat haruslah sudah atas nama para ahli waris atau nantinya salah satu pemegang hak. Tanah Warisan juga dapat dijadikan sebagai jaminan dengan di bebani hak tanggungan dengan syarat telah melalui prosedur turun waris terlebih dahulu, tetapi pada kenyataannya banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui sebelum membebani hak tanah warisan harus melalui proses turun waris terlebih dahulu. Pada penelitian ini penulis ingin mengkaji tentang kekuatan hukum hak tanggungan atas objek sertifikat hak atas tanah yang akan diturun waris. Jenis penelitian menggunakan hukum yuridis sosiologis. spesifikasi penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis yaitu penulis akan memberikan gambaran mengenai kekuatan hukum hak tanggungan atas objek sertifikat hak atas tanah yang akan diturun waris. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang bersumber dari penelitian lapangan berupa wawancara, undang-undang, karya ilmiah, dan hasil penelitian yang kemudian di analisis secara kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian para ahli waris melakukan proses turun waris melalui kantor notaris dengan memenuhi beberapa persyaratan untuk didaftarkan di Kantor Pertanahan untuk menghasilkan nama para   ahli waris, setelah selesai dilanjut dengan pemasangan hak tanggungan. Kekuatan hukum berdasar Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1960 tentang Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria dalam pasal (19), dijelaskan bahwa untuk memperoleh kekuatan hukum maka sertifikat hak atas tanah harus didaftarkan. dan lebih lanjut dalam Peraturan  Pemerintah  Nomor  24  Tahun  1997  tentang   pendaftaran  tanah  pasal   (3) dijelaskan mengenai tujuan pendaftaran

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa reposisi pelaksanaan penyelesaian sengketa perdata dengan gugatan sederhana (small claim court). Hal ini yang menjadi urgensi penulis memfokuskan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada pengadilan sebagai evaluasi agar melaksanakan sesuai   dengan Perma No.4 tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Yuridis Normatif. Kebaharuan penelitian ini terletak pada penyimpangan ketentuan dalam Perma No. 4 tahun 2019 yang tidak dijalankan Pengadilan sehingga perlu dilakukan reposisi untuk menata kembali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan   pelaksanaan penyelesaian sengketa perdata dengan gugatan sederhana (small claim court) meliputi tahapan pendaftaran, pemeriksaan kelengkapan gugatan sederhana, penetapan hakim dan penunjukkan panitera pengganti, pemeriksaan pendahuluan, penetapan hari sidang dan pemanggilan para pihak, pemeriksaan sidang dan perdamaian, pembuktian dan putusan diselesaikan dalam waktu paling lama 25 (dua puluh lima) hari sejak sidang pertama. Apabila ada yang keberatan dengan putusan tersebut dapat mengajukan memori keberatan diselesaikan dalam waktu 7 (tujuh) hari.  The purpose of this study is to understand the repositioning of Civil Dispute Settlement Implementation with a Simple Claim (Small Claim Court). First, problem identification stage, then, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and the final step was the product trials. The validation was carried out by the expert validators and product user.
Based on the research conducted, it concluded that this game has 43 signs which fulfill the number of signs that must be taught to students according to the curriculum at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, 18% which is most often found on the road from the total number of traffic signs in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 13 years 2014.

Proses pencatatan dan perhitungan gaji yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan ini masih bersifat manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan, penulis mengusulkan kepada PT.Perkebunan Sidoredjo untuk merancang aplikasi penggajian yang akan membantu menghitung gaji karyawan agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini akan penulis rancang menggunakan Visual Basic.Net. Karena aplikasi tersebut mudah dipahami, selain itu dalam penanganan Bug, Visual Basic.Net mempunyai fasilitas yang hebat dan Real Time Backgroud Compiler. Perancangan sistem ini akan melibatkan sistem lama yang ada di perusahaan untuk membuat sistem yang baru. Sistem yang telah selesai dibuat diharapkan perusahaan akan memperoleh kemudahan dalam menginput data sekaligus membantu pihak perusahaan dalam menyusun laporan penggajian secara akurat dan efesien.

Berdasarkan masalah tersebut penulis merancang sebuah “Sistem Informasi Anggaran Uang Persediaan dan Belanja Langsung Metode Akrual Basis menggunakan Visual Basic. Net pada SATKER PJN I Provinsi JATENG” yang digunakan untuk memudahkan admin dalam pengelolaan anggaran, pencarian data dan pencetakan laporan. Sistem menggunakan Visual Basic. Net database mySQL dan Crystal Report untuk laporan data, sedangkan dalam metode yang digunakan dengan akrual basis.
Dari hasil penilaian angket validasi terhadap sistem yang dilakukan oleh validator internal menunjukkan nilai 3,1 termasuk kedalam kriteria valid karena berada di range 2,51 - 3,25, sedangkan penilaian validasi terhadap sistem oleh validator eksternal menunjukkan nilai 3,6 yang termasuk kedalam kriteria sangat valid karena berada di range 3,26 – 4,00 dalam skala angket. Untuk perbandingan kinerja sistem lama dan sistem baru oleh pengguna menunjukkan hasil penilaian angket sebesar 40,00 % : 93,33 % terdapat peningkatan kinerja sebesar 53,33% sehingga sistem berada pada kategori sangat efektif
