Meanwhile, according to the republican government, a merger is defined as a legal act carried out by two or more companies to merge with another existing company and then the merging companies are dissolved.

This research aims to increase knowledge and insight in the field of industrial economics and aims to analyze industrial competitive strategies in facing technological advances. The research method uses qualitative methods and library research. The data collection technique is to record important information in carrying out data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions to obtain conclusions. Economics is an interesting field of study if studied from a historical perspective, in its journey, Malang apparently is not only the center of coffee plantations. Malang at that time had a large sugar factory (PG). As the economy of Malang City grew, the number of sugar factories continued to increase. This transformation extends to the trade and service sector which has brought Malang to play an important role as one of the pillars of the economy in East Java. In this research, the author used a qualitative method. The key to the successful evolution of the Malang region's economy is the synergy of political authority (government), the central bank as the monetary authority (BI Malang), and business actors so that they can become a transformative collective force in developing programs with an insight into regional potential and the institutional capacity of the local community, to the ability to adapt and capture new opportunities that arise in a rapidly changing economic order and environment is developed.

Abstract. This change in the structure of the agriculture-based economy towards industry has resulted in many benefits to be gained from this change. The existence of regional superiority can indicate added value and high productivity due to the built competitiveness. This is related to the industrial sector which has a close relationship with the economic development of a country because the progress of the manufacturing industry sector is one indicator of a country's economic success. The manufacturing industry is an economic driving tool for a country in its efforts towards a better and more stable economy. ABSTRAK, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pergeseran struktur ekonomi Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data PDB dan tenaga kerja berdasarkan sektor selama periode Tahun 2020 - 2022. Untuk menganalisis pergeseran struktur ekonomi menggunakan analisis shift-share. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa semua sektor PDB menunjukkan nilai share yang positif. Lapangan usaha yang paling banyak memberikan kontribusi terhadap PDB berasal dari Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum dengan nilai sebesar 14,41%, kemudian diikuti oleh sektor Jasa Perusahaan  14,09%, lalu sektor Jasa Lainnya 12,93%. Adapun sektor yang pertumbuhannya relatif lambat berasal dari Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan Asuransi -1,42%. Meningkatnya kontribusi sektor industri dan jasa baik terhadap pertumbuhan PDB maupun terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadinya pergeseran dalam struktur perekonomian Indonesia.

Historically, education in a broad sense has been implemented since humans were on this earth. This is in line with human progress in thoughts and ideas about education. According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary, education is defined as the process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group of people in an effort to mature humans through teaching and training efforts. This paper discusses the industrialization strategy with a focus on the pattern of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Industrialization has become one of the important efforts to drive a country's economic growth. In the Indonesian context, SMEs and SMEs have a significant role in economic development and job creation. This paper outlines existing patterns in the SMI and MSMEs industry in Indonesia, and describes strategies that can be used to encourage the industrialization of these sectors. In this analysis, several important factors will be discussed, including government policy support, infrastructure development, access to capital and technology, and capacity building and training.

There are many cases of MSMEs in Indonesia that are not precise in carrying out business strategies due to a lack of knowledge and understanding in building the business. Therefore, a business can achieve its target if the implementation of a business strategy is the driving force for increasing the income of a business.
