Financial literacy is necessary be given since early childhood. The low quality of financial education in Indonesia is marked by the hyped consumptive and hedonist lifestyle, result in not prepared future saving, due to their willing to prefer current joy rather than to postpone for the greater. Financial literacy is given to the student to comprehend priority of necessity, avoiding consumptive and hedonist lifestyle, and for them to prepare the future saving. The aim of this activity is to increase the understanding of how to manage financial. This method of activity is started by planning, implementation, and ended by evaluation. This activity result in the increased understanding of financial literacy.

The purpose of writing on the study was to know and analyze the carried out of the teaching activities performed by the student keat in the wagir village ward. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study method using a two-form teaching technique - the teaching at school and outside the school guidance of the home-study system. As for research obtained on school teaching activities during 3 meetings, student motivation in learning increases. While in home study programs, the evaluations made at each meeting are obtained that an increased level of student motivation is generated from a change of behavior in the realm of affective senses. As for the increase in attendance attendance at any meeting of the home learning program also indicates a student's enthusiasm in following the learning process.

The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) Universitas Sains Al Qur'an carry out a community activity program in the Butuh Kidul Village. Butuh Kidul Village is one of the villages located in Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency. This village has the potential to produce vegetables. Vegetables that are widely produced are chayote. The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) students make product innovations from chayote into a more attractive product, namely chayote which is processed into candy. Candy is one of the food products that are liked by all ages. This activity was socialized through activities with the theme “Workshop on Marketing Strategy & Product Innovation from Pumpkin Siam”. This activity aims to take advantage of the potential of the Butuh Kidul Village community. By innovating through the use of chayote vegetables, it is possible to open UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Butuh Kidul Village. The UMKM can have an impact on the Butuh Kidul Village community which can be a business opportunity for the Butu Kidul Village community. In this article, we explain how to process chayote into candy and promote marketing strategies through digital marketing.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan keterpaduan antara unsur intrinsik cerpen “Dzikir-Dzikir Daun” karya Badrul Munir dengan menggunakan metode analisis struktural yaitu unsur intrinsik dan unsur ekstrinsik, (2) mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam cerpen, (a). Nilai-nilai sosial yang mencerminkan hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, (b). Nilai-nilai sosial yang mencerminkan hubungan antara manusia dengan sesama manusia, (c). Nilai Sosial yang Mencerminkan Hubungan Manusia dengan Alam, (d). Nilai Moral Mencerminkan Hubungan Manusia dengan Diri. Cerpen “Dzikir-Dzikir Daun” diteliti melalui langkah-langkah pengumpulan data; (1) membaca cerpen “Dzikir-Dzikir Daun” secara intensif, (2) menganalisis keterpaduan unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik cerpen dengan mendeskripsikannya, kemudian (3) menganalisis unsur sosial yang ingin disampaikan pengarang dalam cerita pendek dan mendeskripsikannya. Setelah melalui proses penelitian analisis struktural dan nilai-nilai sosial, berikut menunjukkan upaya Badrul Munir untuk mengkolaborasikan nilai-nilai intrinsik, ekstrinsik dan sosial dalam cerpen dengan baik dan bijak, yang menjadikan pesan nilai-nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam cerpen tersebut. cerpen dapat tersampaikan kepada seseorang yang membaca cerpen “Dzikir-Dzikir Daun”.
 

The implementation of the quality of services provided to customer satisfaction and response at BCA Syariah is examined in depth with the research method used is data collection which is directly observed by researchers with probability sampling and quantitative techniques. This research was conducted since June 2020 by  working directly at Bank BCA Syariah. There is a strong relationship between service quality of 20.52 so that the level of satisfaction can increase positively and is influenced by the amount of customer service at BCA Syariah. The contribution made between the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction is 42.4%. This can have a positive impact and a big impact on BCA Syariah and the customers themselves. So that a good quality service provided by BCA Syariah to BCA Syariah customers will give a positive response and satisfaction for BCA Syariah customers. Utilizing human resources so that they are sufficiently knowledgeable and proficient in explaining a product, training can be held to help improve quality.

The discussion about the female figure has always been an interesting issue and invites pros and cons, especially when it is related to the issue of gender equality. Through the story method, it can be concluded that the stories of women in the Qur'an emphasize an ideal concept of gender equality. The story emphasizes that an achievement in the field of spiritual and professional career does not have to be dominated by one gender only. Women have equal opportunities and abilities with men in achieving, in the political, social, economic fields to education and professional careers. By presenting and re-exploring the moral values of this inspiring woman's story, it is hoped that the women of the millennial era will be able to present a new spirit in building a nation of character.
 
 

Manusia hidup di dunia sebagai khalifah (perwakilan), maka ia mesti menyelami hakikat atas tugas tersebut. Melalui pendekatan historis kosmologis diketahui, bahwa Allah telah menciptakan makluk sebelum manusia di muka bumi yakni entitas jin. Entitas ini mempunyai amanah dari Allah, mengelola bumi dan beribadah pada-Nya. Namun entitas itu gagal, memiliki perilaku merusak dan saling membunuh sehingga kedamain sulit diwujukan. Maka Allah mengganti mereka dengan manusia, melanjutkan amanah pengeloaan bumi dan beribadah. Belajar dari entitas jin, manusia sebagai pengganti (khalifah) mesti menjaga dunia dan taat beribadah agar amanah tersebut bisa ditunaikan.
 

Due to fierce competition between organizations, the relevant organizations need to develop every resource they have, especially Human Resources. Good employee performance may improve the quality of organization. This happens through vigor, dedication and absorption in work, which is called engagement. To improve this, employees need to feel happy and comfortable with their work. This study aims to determine relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement. The subjects in this study were 114 employees of PT. Sumatera Berlian Motors selected with the purposive sampling method. The results of data analysis with the Pearson Product Moment showed coefficient of r = 0.315 and a significance value of 0,000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is positive relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely there is positive relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement.

Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi gula dan CMC pada selai timun suri, terhadap karakteristik sifat fisikokimia dan organoleptik selai timun suri yang dihasilkan.Mengetahui    perlakuan terbaik pada selai timun suri dengan konsentrasi gula dan CMC yang berbeda.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial, dengan faktor A (konsentrasi gula) dengan 3 level (30%, 35%, 40%) dan faktor B (CMC) dengan2 level (0,5% dan 0,75%). dan diulang 3 kali. Bahan yang digunakan adalah timun suri, gula,CMC dan asam sitrat. Variabel yang diamati adalah kadar air, pH, serat kasar viskositas, daya oles dan uji organoleptik (daya oles dan kesukaan).Berdasarkan analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA) menunjukan bahwa konsentrasi gula dan CMC berpengaruh terhadap kadar air, serat kasar, viskositas, daya oles serta uji organoleptik dayaoles, tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesukaan. Perbedaan pengaruh perlakuan tidak disebabkan oleh  adanya   interaksi  tetapi  karena   pengaruh  faktor   A   (konsentrasi  gula)   atau  faktor  B (konsentrasi CMC).Perlakuan yang terbaik adalah A3B1 yaitu selai pada  konsentrasi gula 40% dan CMC  0,5% menghasilkan selai timun suri dengan kadar air 18,53%, pH, 3,40% serat kasar 4,40%, viskositas 57,50 cP, daya oles 1,87mJ, serta skor mutu hedonik daya oles 3,33 (mudah dioleskan) dan kesukaan 3,73 (suka sangat suka).
