Abstrak:
The phenomenon of HM foundation’s land rights ownership occur amongst peoples in society as the result of administrative ignorance which has received less attention from the majority of foundations as a legal entities. This can cause various problems if the Foundation does not immediately conveying the rights of the land. This study aims to find legal certainty in obtaining land rights for the Educational Organizing Foundation (YAU) and the implementation of land grants belonging to foundations on behalf of individuals when the parties whose names are attached to the certificate is die and the heirs concerned are abroad. This study use qualitative research methods based on empirical juridical research types. The results of the study show that the acquisition of land rights for YAU as a legal entity that cannot have HM land rights over its land, the arrangement for obtaining the land rights will apply like an ordinary legal entity which can only have land rights in the form of HGB, HGU, and usage rights. The transfer of YAU's land rights was carried out based on PP No. 40 of 1996. The implementation of land grants belonging to foundations on behalf of individuals is carried out on a legal and strong basis for foundations to obtain juridical rights to their land through a statement letter from the heirs. The transition through land grants was chosen to implementing arrangements for the acquisition of foundation assets that have been regulated in UUY. Banyak ditemuinya status kepemillikan HM atas tanah yayasan di masyarakat menjadi persoalan ketidak tertiban administrasi yang kurang diperhatikan oleh berbagai yayasan sebagai badan hukum. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai problema bila yayasan tidak segera membalik nama tanah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kepastian hukum dalam perolehan hak atas tanah Yayasan Penyelenggara Pendidikan (YAU) dan pelaksanaan hibah tanah milik yayasan yang diatasnamakan perorangan ketika pihak yang namanya melekat dalam sertifikat meninggal dunia serta ahli waris yang bersangkutan berada di luar negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang didasarkan pada jenis penelitian yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perolehan hak atas tanah bagi YAU sebagai badan hukum yang tidak dapat memiliki status HM atas tanahnya maka pengaturan perolehan hak atas tanahnya akan berlaku seperti badan hukum biasa yang hanya dapat memiliki hak atas tanah berupa HGB, HGU, dan Hak Pakai. Peralihan hak atas tanah YAU dilakukan berdasarkan PP No. 40 Tahun 1996. Pelaksanaan hibah tanah milik yayasan yang diatasnamakan perorangan ini dilakukan dengan dasar yang sah dan kuat bagi yayasan untuk memperoleh hak yuridis atas tanahnya melalui surat pernyataan dari para ahli waris. Peralihan melalui hibah tanah dipilih untuk tetap mengimplementasikan pengaturan perolehan aset kekayaan yayasan yang telah diatur dalam UUY.

Abstrak:
Maumere Gymnastic activities within the framework of the healthy living community movement (GERMAS) teluk lada village, sobang-pandeglang sub-district aiim to improve the health of skills in community gymnastic sports in teluk lada village, especially maumere gymanstic which is well known to the community and studied in schools. The purpose of this activity is to improve the skills of students who practice sport and the community in the field of cultural creation gymnastics, especailly maumere gymnastics, considering that this gymnastics has long been known by the community, from tradisional music to movement that are easy for childern to learn and can be enjoyed by young people. All levels of society, and is expected to improve public health in the area to support government activities, namely GERMAS.

The rapid development of the times, the revolution has changed many things that must be kept, not to be ignored. Traditional games that are full of cultural and ethnic values, even those that are useful for the best development of children. Modern games that are considered more realistic and even more personal are preferred by children, must be exposed to better motoric and cognitive games. In this study, the theory used is Herbert Spencer's cultural theory which considers that people and culture experience changes at certain stages from simple to complex forms. In addition to the concept of children's motor development according to John Piaget, who has found that games will train children's cognitive abilities better. This research is to see how the existence of traditional games influences the development of children today. This study uses qualitative methods to see how children make traditional games into modern games for children's motoric and cognitive development. As a result, children who do traditional games have much more developed abilities and character. The role of parents and teachers Traditional games that hold meaning and tradition are also important to be preserved. The results of the research itself can be concluded in the game Gobag Sodor there are cultural values that have been applied in the game and there are components of physical conditions that exist in learning at school and in college, such as agility, speed, coordination, strength and balance.

Abstrak:
Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan penanaman pohon kopi Liberika di kelompok tani Kopi Citaman, yang terletak di desa Lawang Taji, Pandeglang. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman petani mengenai pentingnya penanaman pohon kopi Liberika serta memberikan manfaat ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial kepada kelompok tani dan masyarakat setempat..Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan kegiatan lapangan. Melalui penyuluhan, petani diberikan informasi mengenai manfaat penanaman pohon kopi Liberika, teknik penanaman yang baik, serta praktik pengelolaan kebun yang berkelanjutan. Selanjutnya, pelatihan diberikan kepada petani untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pemilihan varietas unggul, pemupukan, pengendalian hama dan penyakit, serta pengelolaan pasca-panen. Selain itu, kegiatan lapangan dilakukan untuk melakukan penanaman pohon kopi arabika secara langsung di kebun petani.Hasil dari program pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan petani dalam penanaman pohon kopi Liberika. Petani menjadi lebih sadar akan pentingnya konservasi lingkungan dan keberlanjutan budidaya kopi. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan manfaat ekonomi kepada petani, dengan meningkatnya produksi kopi Liberika dan peningkatan nilai jual produk kopi. Dengan demikian, program penanaman pohon kopi Liberika di kelompok tani Kopi Citaman dapat dianggap berhasil dalam memberikan manfaat ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial kepada kelompok tani dan masyarakat setempat. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk pengembangan budidaya kopi Liberika yang berkelanjutan di daerah lain.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the application of the 7P marketing mix marketing mix to UMKM Crab Food MC, Teluk Lerong Ulu Village, Samrinda City. This research was conducted from May 2022 to April 2023 at UMKM Crab Food MC. The sample size is 21 respondents using purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. The results of the study show that MSME Crab Food MC has been quite effective in implementing the 7p marketing mix marketing concept well. The variables that are already good include product, price, promotion, process and people or 5P which have been maximally carried out by MSME Crab Food MC. In addition, variables that must be improved include place variables, and physical condition variables, (2p) as well as being more creative in promoting existing products. This is based on the results of a simple SWOT analysis of marketing mix variables. Therefore the owner can increase marketing mix variables that are not yet optimal so that MSME Crab Food MC can develop better and get maximum profits

Abstrak:
Background: School-age children are referred to as latent periods, the more independent school-age children are, the more they have problems in the selection of snacks. The findings of the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) found several results of food content which showed 91.26% qualified, 8.71% ineligible,285 samples contained Rhodamin B, 211 samples contained Formalin, 162 samples contained Borax and 5 food samples contained Methanyl Yellow. Parenting is a factor that influences the behavior of snack, parents are the first source of information to understand about the behavior of healthy snacks in children.Objective: The purpose of this study was to foster journals regarding the relationship between snacking patterns in school-age children.Methods: Literature review method, which includes searching for journals from Elsevier, Pudmed, Google Scholer, and Garuda which received 6 journals because they have been tested based on the Critical Appraisal Checklist (JBI) instrument for analysis of Cross Sectional Studies. Then use PRISMA to select them and use the Plagiarsm Checker X application with 17% results.Results: Literature review data conducted on 6 journals that have been obtained shows that there is a relationship between parenting patterns and snack selection behavior in school age children and 1 journal there is no relationship. 6 research journals obtained the dominant value of journal 1 Lonto et al., (2019), with respondents of democratic fostering pattern category as many as 30 people or (46.9%) and 44 respondents (68.8%) with healthy snack behaviors. The better the parenting pattern applied to the child, the lower the level of snack selection behavior in the child.Suggestion: Literature review results are expected to be an educational material, especially school-age children and parents about the importance of foster care patterns to prevent snack selection behavior in school-age children.

<p><em>Legged robots have attracted the attention of researchers because of their superior adaptation to complex environments compared to wheeled robots. Legged robots are divided into 2 (two) legged Humanoid robots, 4 (four) legged robots, 6 (six) legged robots, and other robots with more legs. Legged robots are robots that can be more adaptable to the terrain compared to wheeled robots in the case of their use in land exploration activities. Although functionally legged robots are more superior, legged robots have their own problems, namely motion control which is more complicated than wheeled robots, therefore the right method is needed to be implemented on the robot.. In this research discusses a 4 (four) legged robot designed in order to move using the inverse kinematic equation on the legs and the body of the robot which is integrated with the MPU6050 gyroscope sensor based on the Hybrid Fuzzy-PID control system. The purpose of this research is to develop a Fuzzy-PID control system that stabilizes the setpoint position in the 4 (four) legged Robot movement system. Fuzzy PID is a combination of PID control and fuzzy logic, where PID control is used to stabilize the system and fuzzy logic is used to improve the system performance. In this research, the Fuzzy-PID control system is developed using the Mamdani (Min-Max) method. The system is later tested by observing the robot's movement response to changes in the gyroscope sensor values. The results obtained were able to get an average output error up to 0.173333% during the response test to the pitch axis of -15°, but in several tests also get the response results that have a considerable error rate is up to 27.31% during the response test to the roll axis of -5°. From the test results of hybrid Fuzzy-PID control, it is obtained that the robot is able to make movements or responses to its stable point by giving reference to the x (roll), y (pitch) and z (yaw) axes where it can be analyzed that the response to the x (roll) and y (pitch) axes will affect the angle of the tibia and femur servo joints, while the response to the z (yaw) axis will affect the angle of the coxa joint servo.</em></p><p> </p><p class="IndexTerms"><strong>Keywords</strong>: IMUs (Inertial Measurement Units), Gyroscope, Inverse Kinematics, Hybrid Fuzzy-PID.</p><p class="IndexTerms"> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong><span lang="EN-ID">ABSTRAK </span></strong></p><p class="Abstract"><span lang="IN">Robot berkaki telah menarik perhatian para peneliti karena adaptasinya unggul terhadap lingkungan yang kompleks dibanding robot beroda. Robot berkaki dibagi menjadi robot </span><span lang="IN">Humanoid</span><span lang="IN"> berkaki 2(dua), robot berkaki 4(empat), robot berkaki 6(enam), dan lainnya yang berkaki lebih banyak.</span><span lang="EN-ID">Robot berkaki adalah robot yang lebih adaptif terhadap medan tempuh dibandingka robot beroda dalam kasus penggunaannya pada kegiatan eksplorasi daratan. Walaupun secara fungsional robot berkaki lebih unggul, robot berkaki memiliki permasalahan sendiri, yaitu kontrol gerak yang lebih kompleks dibanding robot beroda, maka dari itu dibutuhkan metode yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada robot. Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang robot berkaki 4(empat) yang dirancang untuk dapat bergerak dengan menggunakan persamaan inverse kinematic pada kaki maupun badan robot yang diintegrasikan dengan sensor </span><span lang="EN-ID">gyroscope</span><span lang="EN-ID"> MPU6050 berbasis sistem kendali </span><span lang="EN-ID">Hybrid Fuzzy-PID</span><span lang="EN-ID">.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem kontrol Fuzzy-PID untuk menstabilkan posisi setpoint pada sistem pergerakan Robot berkaki 4(empat). Fuzzy PID adalah gabungan dari kontrol PID dan logika fuzzy, dimana kontrol PID digunakan untuk menstabilkan sistem dan logika fuzzy digunakan untuk memperbaiki performa sistem. Pada penelitian ini sistem kontrol Fuzzy-PID dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Mamdani (Min-Max). Sistem ini kemudian diuji dengan mengamati respon pergerakan robot terhadap perubahan nilai sensor </span><span lang="EN-ID">gyroscope</span><span lang="EN-ID">. Dimana diperoleh hasil mampu memperoleh rata-rata kesalahan hasil keluarannya sampai dengan 0.173333% pada saat pengujian respon terhadap sumbu pitch -15</span><span lang="IN">°</span><span lang="EN-ID">, namun dibeberapa pengujian juga mendapa tkan hasil respon yang memiliki tingkat kesalahan yang cukup besar sampai dengan 27.31% pada saat pengujian respon terhadap sumbu roll -5°</span><span>. </span><span lang="EN-ID">Dari hasil pengujian kendali </span><span lang="EN-ID">hybrid Fuzzy-PID</span><span lang="EN-ID"> diperoleh hasil robot mampu melakukan pergerakan atau respon untuk menuju titik stabilnya dengan pemberian acuan terhadap sumbu x(roll), y(pitch) dan z(yaw) dimana dapat dianalisa bahwa respon terhadap sumbu x(roll) dan y(pitch) akan mempengaruhi sudut servo sendi tibia dan femur, sedangkan respon terhadap sumbu z(yaw) akan mempengaruhi sudut servo sendi coxa.</span></p>

High school students are the young generation who have the potential and have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the nation and the nation. To support their ability to compete in today's era, high school students are required to have self-confidence, be able to communicate politely, and be polite as part of public speaking. If you do not have the ability to communicate in public appropriately due to a lack of self-confidence, then the interaction cannot run smoothly. Therefore, to provide understanding, public speaking training is held using the CCP (Confident, Content and Performance) method. This dedication activity was a collaboration between the lecturer who held the tridharma activities of higher education and the UPTD SMAN 13 Maros which is located in Pucak Village. By using the practice method which begins with increasing self-confidence, followed by creating content and finally preparing for a live performance. the enthusiasm of the participants was very high, various questions were asked during the discussion so that this activity could provide training in the development of public speaking presentation skills

Outdoor Digital Printing Machine is a printing machine or digital printing machine whose printouts are intended for outdoors and are weather-resistant, both hot, sunlight and rain. Outdoor machines use a special type of ink, namely solvent ink. The principle of the outdoor machine itself is to print the design results that were previously in the computer. To drive an outdoor machine requires expertise and understanding in its use and there is a mode of acceleration of the printing process on an outdoor machine whose acceleration of the printing process is not yet known, where the acceleration of the printing process can affect consumer satisfaction. This study aims to 1) Knowing about Digital Print Tools as well as. 2) Knowing the use of Outdoor Digital Printing Machines. 3) Knowing the print speed of the outdoor machine. 4) Knowing the percentage of customer satisfaction. The research method used is the R&D method. By using the R&D method, the results obtained to determine the speed of the outdoor engine on the printhead motor with LOW mode have a speed of 124 m/s, MIDELL mode has a speed of 161 m/s, while HIIGH mode has a speed of 241 m/s. s. The results obtained to determine consumer satisfaction with the speed of the print rate through the time of using the machine using the Guttman scale, namely the overall process time of the outdoor digital printing printing machine on customer satisfaction has a conformity, which is indicated by the percentage of answers "Yes" an average of 75%.

Manusia/ makhluk hidup merupakan makhluk konfliktif yakni makhluk yang akan selalu bertentangan dengan perbedaan, pertentangan serta persaingan baik dengan cara yang baik maupun terpaksa. hal-hal ini sangat tidak dapat di hindari dikarenakan merupakan aspek nyata di dalaam kehidupan sosial bermasyarakat. konflik pada tahapan tertentu sangat di butuhkan sebagai alat perubahan manusia sebagai anggota masyarakat supaya menjadi yang lebih baik lagi. terdapat pandangan kontemporer terhadap konflik didasarkan kepada anggapan-anggapan bahwa konflik merupakan sesuatu yang tidak dapat di hilangkan sebagaimana konsekkuensi nya yang logis sebagai bahan interaksi makhluk hidup. tetapi yang menjadi permasalahan di sini adalah bukan bagaimana caranya supaya meredam kan koflik tetapi melainkan bagaimana cara yang ampuh untuk menangani nya secara tepat sehingga tidak akan menimbulkan hubungan yang rusak antar pribadi masing-masing bahkan juga merusak keorganisasian. seharusnya konflik bukan di jadikan bahan destruktif tetapi melainkan harus dijadikan suatu hal yang konstruktif supaya bisa dan mampu menjalani kehidupan bermasyarakat secara tertib dan teratur.
