Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui isi program percikan iman pada Radio Insania 100,8 FM Makassar sebagai model pengembangan siaran keagamaan, kemudian untuk mengetahui model pengembangan dan penyampaian program siaran keagamaan yang digunakan pada program percikan iman serta mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan siaran keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu bertujuan untuk Menganalilis Isi Siaran Radio Pada Program Percikan Iman Sebagai Model Pengembangan Siaran Keagamaan Di Radio Insania 100,8 FM Makassar. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Jalan Sultan Alauddin No. 259, Kelurahan Gunung Sari, Kecamatan Rappocini, Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Radio Insani FM Makassar. Penelitian berlangsung selama kurang lebih 3 bulan mulai dari bulan September hingga November 2023. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program siaran percikan iman menjadi salah satu model pengembangan siaran keagamaan dengan penyampaian pada pukul 05.00-06.00 dalam bentuk ceramah, musik religi dan kajian. Kajian yang dihadirkan sangat menarik dengan menghadirkan narasumber yang sangat berkompeten dibidangya dan dikenal luas dengan beragam tema, seperti Tazkiyatun Nafs, As Shirah An Nabawiyah, Fikih Ibadah, Riyadhus Shalihin, Akhlak dan Fikih Wanita. Selain itu, terdapat satu sesi khusus untuk berinteraksi dengan pendengar melalui telepon baik itu tanya jawab maupun mencurahkan isi hati pendengar. Hal demikian dilakukan sebagai pencerahan dan sebuah pendekatan, adapun Kota Makassar sebagai pendengar utamanya. Faktor pendukungnya dari program ini adalah penyiar radio, peralatan, narasumber, pendengar dan finansial. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah tantangan teknis, keterbatasan sumber daya, cuaca ekstrem, persaingan media digital dan kurangnya narasumber.

Sarcopenia is a progressive degenerative condition characterized by a decrease in muscle mass, strength, and musculoskeletal function, affecting the quality of life of the elderly. This activity aims to screen for vitamin D and educate the elderly about sarcopenia. Community service activities were carried out in nursing homes, involving education and screening of vitamin D levels. The results showed that the majority of respondents were women (79.6%) with an average age of 74.05 years. Most respondents experienced vitamin D deficiency, with 87.1% deficient, 3.2% adequate, and only 9.7% having good levels, with it being found that more women experienced vitamin D deficiency than men. Education regarding the importance of vitamin D and preventing sarcopenia is provided through outreach sessions and poster media. This activity emphasizes the importance of early detection and comprehensive intervention including physical exercise, proper nutritional intake, and lifestyle modification to prevent sarcopenia and improve the quality of life of the elderly. Community-based interventions are needed to address vitamin D deficiency and promote musculoskeletal health in the aging population.

Pancasila as the legal basis for realizing social justice in Indonesia.  Pancasila is also the basis of the State in Indonesia, which contains the values ??of justice, democratic unity and social welfare. Social justice is a fundamental principle in the legal system in Indonesia which aims to create equality, balance and prosperity for all citizens. Pancasila is the basis for the formation of legal regulations oriented towards social justice, as well as how to implement Pancasila values ??in social and political life in Indonesia. Through legal analysis and literature review, it is hoped that this journal will provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between Pancasila and realizing social justice in the legal context in Indonesia.

Perkembangan teknologi yang banyak membawa perubahan / globalisasi pada kemajuan suatu negara. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyak munculnya inovasi alat canggih yang dibuat untuk memudahkan segala aktivitas manusia. Namun selain membawa dampak positif juga  dampak negatif ,dimana manusia hidupnya serba instan, cepat, dan efektif. Hal itu dikarenakan  aktivitas manusia banyak bergantung kepada alat canggih yang tersedia. Salah satu inovasi canggih yaitu adanya fintech yang merupakan aplikasi dalam bidang jasa keuangan. Dengan adanya jenis sistem ini dapat memudahkan manusia untuk melakukan pinjam meminjam , penawaran ataupun jual beli tanpa harus terjalin kontak fisik. Tetapi dampak dari pinjam online ini , data pribadi kita mudah untuk dilacak oleh orang lain dan disalahgunakan. Hal itu perlu dipelajarin oleh manusia agar tetap waspada dalam melakukan sesuatu. Dalam aturan hukum terkait   penyalahgunaan akun orang lain untuk melakukan pinjaman online ada yang sudah diatur, ada yang belum tergantung dengan bentuk penyalahgunaanya. Oleh karena itu dalam bnetuk pertanggungjawaban ini , kita sendiri yang dapat mewaspadai akan terjadinya hal hal buruk dalam akun pribadi kita

This study aims to analyze production management at PT Pilihanmu Indonesia Jaya in the workshop and coaching project. The study encompasses various critical stages, including market research and analysis, product strategy development, and the structured development of a product roadmap. The research methodology involves in-depth interviews with prospective users and stakeholders, as well as market data analysis to identify the needs and desires of the target audience. The findings indicate that personalization and high interactivity features are top priorities in product development. The implementation of collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Draw.io, and Figma facilitates effective communication and coordination between the UI/UX, front-end, and back-end teams. With a data-driven approach and a clear strategy, this workshop and coaching project has significant potential to meet market expectations and deliver substantial value. The study concludes that good production management, supported by cross-functional collaboration and the appropriate use of technology, is the key to successful development of innovative products that are relevant to user needs.

This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 33 Samsat Panda office employees. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling so the number of samples in this research was 33 respondents. Data was processed using SPSS 23.0. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a relationship between workload and communication on work morale. The results of this research indicate that the Workload variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on the Work Morale of the Samsat Panda Office employees. The Communication variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the work morale of the Samsat Panda Office employees. The variables Workload and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Morale among Panda Bima Samsat Employees.

Fatty liver is a medical condition in which fat builds up in liver cells, which can develop into steatohepatitis, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer if not treated properly. Fatty liver in the elderly causes an increased risk of serious complications due to the high prevalence of metabolic risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and obesity which are more common in the elderly. The importance of education and understanding risk factors so that the elderly community can adopt a healthy lifestyle is the main focus of this community service activity. Through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) method, initial assessment, education, implementation of healthy eating and exercise patterns, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention are carried out. The results showed that the majority of elderly people had cholesterol levels and liver function within normal limits, although 9.7% had hypercholesterolemia and 43% had SGOT levels that were not optimal. Continuous education and support are key in preventing and managing fatty liver and dyslipidemia in the elderly, thereby improving their quality of life.

The aim of carrying out this research is to find out the implementation of the Sharia productive financing program in increasing income at PT Pemodalan Nasional Madani Syariah Pujon. The type of research used in this research is field research (Field Research). This research approach is descriptive analysis. This research aims to determine the impact of the Sharia productive financing program on increasing the income of women's MSMEs in Pujon. In preparing this research, the author clarified the data sources into 2 types, namely: 1) Primary data; 2) Secondary Data. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained through the following methods and stages: 1) interviews; 2) Observation and 3) documentation. The results of this research are the productive financing application mechanism at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, namely that prospective customers submit applications by bringing initial documents and filling in the financing application form. Customers who take out or carry out productive financing with PT Permodalan Nasional Madani as a business need, the micro-business runs by the customer experiences an increase in income. So that with this financing, the business run by the customer can develop and increase the customer's income. By increasing the stock of goods or equipment in the business run by the customer, the business also experiences progress in terms of income, production and performance

The conventional type of paper that is still widely used by students to support the learning process in schools is printed modules. Even though digitalization such as ebooks is starting to be used by the public, printed modules are still used to simplify the teaching process in the classroom. The types of paper that are generally used do not all use environmentally friendly paper such as paper from palm oil shell waste processing, due to a lack of in-depth knowledge. This research is a qualitative research that uses interview methods with several students from three different skills programs at one of the Bandung City Agricultural Vocational Schools to measure knowledge about environmentally friendly paper. Participants were asked six questions related to the use of paper in schools, understanding of environmentally friendly paper, and knowledge about paper produced from processing palm oil shell waste. The results show that the majority of students do not know clearly about processing waste from palm oil shells into environmentally friendly paper, but the data shows that alternative types of environmentally friendly paper are needed to participate in preserving environmental welfare and improving economic aspects.

National identity is an important foundation for a nation, containing noble values, culture, and history that distinguish and attract the nation.In the era of rapid globalization and dynamic social change, maintaining and preserving national identity is an increasingly important challenge. Awareness of Pancasila is the key to strengthening national identity. Pancasila, as the state ideology of Indonesia, carries noble values that reflect the spirit of nationality and diversity. This research was prepared using the literature study method by accumulating and drawing conclusions from data obtained from various sources of information, resulting in the conclusion that awareness of Pancasila is key in strengthening national identity.
