This study aimed to measure the impact of an educational program on developing emotional intelligence skills among fifth-grade primary school students in several mixed-gender schools in Baghdad. The research adopted the experimental scientific method, utilizing a pre-test and post-test design for two groups. The sample was randomly selected from a research population of 150 students, with 100 students chosen as the study sample. These students were divided into two equal groups: a control group (50 students) and an experimental group (50 students). The educational program was designed based on free dialogue, storytelling, as well as games and activities that help children understand and develop emotional intelligence skills in a smooth and constructive manner. The program was implemented over a period of 12 weeks, from March 1, 2024, to June 1, 2024, exclusively for the experimental group. Daniel Goleman’s 2002 emotional intelligence model was used as a measurement tool, as it is suitable for the age group of the study sample. The results indicated statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the pre-test and post-test, demonstrating the clear impact of the program on the experimental group. Additionally, the results showed no statistically significant differences between male and female students within the experimental group. The researcher recommends adopting the program in primary schools and suggests organizing training courses for primary school teachers on intelligence development in children. Furthermore, the researcher proposes integrating intelligence development into teacher guides and increasing activities that focus on enhancing cognitive abilities.

This study examines the application of the three-act structure based on Aristotle's theory in the screenplay of the film “Key” to effectively build suspense. The three-act structure—comprising setup, conflict development, and resolution—is a classical narrative framework widely used in filmmaking. The research employs a descriptive-qualitative approach with a case study on the screenplay of “Key.” This study contributes to the development of screenwriting techniques, particularly for genres that prioritize suspense, and provides practical guidance for screenwriters in crafting stories capable of influencing the audience's emotions. The analysis results show that the application of Aristotle's elements in the three-act structure creates a progressive storyline, strengthens the emotional connection between the audience and the characters, and delivers a climactic emotional peak.
 

The Community Service Program (KKN) provides students with the opportunity to directly contribute to society, especially in rural areas. This research aims to analyze the role of KKN-MB Posko 43 students in supporting the blood donation program in Penggaron Kidul Village, Semarang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation during the implementation of the KKN program. The research findings show that KKN students played a significant role in raising public awareness about the importance of blood donation through intensive socialization and education. In addition, students also contributed by facilitating blood donation activities through coordination with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) and the local village government. The impact of this activity was reflected in the increase in the number of blood donors in the village, as well as the establishment of a sustainable blood donor community. The study concludes that the involvement of KKN students can have a positive impact on the sustainability of blood donation programs in rural areas, and this model is expected to be applied in other regions.

The main issue faced by the community in Pasuruan Regency is the shortage of a safe and adequate blood supply, especially for urgent needs such as accidents, surgeries, or certain illnesses. The Blood Donation Program initiated by students serves as a form of social service aimed at supporting blood stock availability and raising community awareness on the importance of blood donation. The method of implementation includes outreach to students and local residents, and collaboration with the local Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD PMI) to ensure strict health standards. Activities include direct blood donation, involving students and residents as volunteer donors. The outcome of this initiative is a significant increase in blood stock for the UTD PMI in Pasuruan Regency, along with a boost in community participation and understanding of the humanitarian value of blood donation as an essential social contribution.

Kasus kelalaian tindakan medis merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius dalam praktik hukum kesehatan yang dapat merugikan pasien sebagai korban. Kelalaian ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kerugian fisik dan psikis korban, tetapi juga menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang efektivitas perlindungan hukum yang diberikan kepada mereka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi korban kelalaian tindakan medis dengan menelaah Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya Nomor 840/Pid.B/2020/PN Sby tanggal 28 Januari 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus, didukung oleh kajian dokumen hukum dan literatur relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadilan mempertimbangkan unsur kelalaian, akibat hukum, serta pemenuhan hak korban dalam putusannya. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi perlindungan hukum, terutama terkait pemenuhan ganti rugi dan rehabilitasi bagi korban. Jamu is an Indonesian traditional medicine that has been used from generation to generation with the properties contained empirically proven. Herbs that will be marketed must meet safety and quality requirements and must not contain medicinal chemicals (BKO). However, the increasingly fierce competition in the herbal medicine industry has resulted in some herbal medicine makers adding medicinal chemicals (BKO) to the herbs they produce. Medicinal raw materials (BKO) commonly contained in herbal medicine, namely paracetamol. The research conducted analyzed the content of paracetamol in herbal medicine using the Uv-Vis spectrophotometric method with a wavelength of 240 nm to detect medicinal raw materials (BKO) and paracetamol levels contained in Fung seh cu tong wan herbal medicine. The analysis results from 3 replicates showed that the samples of jamu Fung seh cu tong wan were positive for paracetamol with levels of 0.0064%, 0.0104%, and 0.0184% and an average of 0.0117% was obtained.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi manajemen perkantoran dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan prima di MTsN 1 Jombang. Manajemen perkantoran merupakan hal yang sangat penting di dalam lembaga pendidikan, maka diperlukan pengelolaan perkantoran yang baik dan efektif serta memberikan hasil pelayanan prima yang baik di ranah publik. Pelayanan merupakan salah satu pilar utama yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Karena publik yang langsung menilai bagaimana kualitas pelayanan di lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Dari permasalahan diatas peneliti meneliti tentang implementasi manajemen perkantoran dalam peningkatan kualiatas pelayanan prima di MTsN 1 Jombang. Penelitian menggunakan jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun data dan sumber data. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analis data menggunakan: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pemberian kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Manajemen perkantoran yang diterapkan di MTsN 1 meliputi perencanan perkantoran, pengorganisasian kantor, kepemimpinan kantor, komunikasi efektif, prosedur perkantoran, tata letak kantor, pengendalian perkantoran. 2) Kualitas pelayanan prima yang ada di MTsN 1 Jombang dapat diketahui melalui lima dimensi yaitu reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), asssurnace (jaminan), emphaty (empati) dan tangibles (bukti fisik). 3) Impelementasi manajemen perkantoran dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan prima yaitu Digitalisasi manajemen perkantoran seperti pengoptimalan website madrasah, sosial media dan aplikasi SiMapel dan pengadaan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) yang didalamnya terintegrasi dari bagian pelayanan administrasi, pelayanan kepegawaian dan pelayanan perlengkapan.
