Hypertension is a chronic disease characterized by increased arterial blood pressure. Hypertension cannot be avoided, including in vulnerable groups such as the elderly because as age increases, the risk of hypertension increases so appropriate treatment is needed. Hypertension treatment can be done pharmacologically or non-pharmacologically. Non-pharmacological therapy in this case is foot soak therapy in warm water mixed with salt and lemongrass. The aim of the research is to implement warm water foot soak therapy with salt mixed with lemongrass for hypertensive patients into nursing care. The method used was descriptive with a killing process approach in 3 patients with a one group pretest posttest research design. The results of the warm water foot soak therapy mixed with salt and lemongrass showed a reduction in blood pressure, namely Mrs. N from 148/72mmHg to 138/64mmHg, Mrs. /85mmHg. In conclusion, there was a decrease in blood pressure after the foot soak therapy in warm water mixed with salt and lemongrass.

This research aims to examine legal protection for brand rights holders affected by black campaigns and the implications of sanctions for brand rights holders who carry out black campaigns in relation to the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia. Black Campaign is a campaign strategy that contains negative issues and often occurs in skincare brands in Indonesia in cyberspace. The practice of black campaigns against skincare brands occurs in Indonesia skincare brands Skin Game and Carasun with a black campaign model using buzzers on Instagram social media which creates losses for skincare brand rights holders in the form of damage to brand reputation and causes unhealthy business competition. This research uses a normative juridical approach. This research has a novelty in that it discusses the black campaign phenomenon which can not only occur during general elections, the practice of black campaigns aimed at harming competitors can occur in intellectual property law, especially regarding trademarks which are caused by very rapid technological developments. The results of the research are that for legal protection for black campaign victims, you can refer to Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Competition Unhealthy Business is defined as a black campaign as an act that contains misleading information and can damage a brand's reputation and can kill competitors because it rejects and prevents brand rights holders from entering the same field. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelindungan hukum terhadap pemegang hak atas merek yang terkena black campaign dan implikasi sanksi terhadap pemegang hak atas merek yang melakukan black campaign dikaitkan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Black Campaign sebagai strategi kampanye yang mengandung isu negatif dan seringkali terjadi pada merek skincare di Indonesia dalam cyberspace. Praktik black campaign terhadap merek skincare terjadi di Indonesia terhadap merek skincare Skin Game dan Carasun dengan model black campaign menggunakan buzzer pada media sosial Instagram yang menciptakan kerugian terhadap pemegang hak atas merek skincare berupa rusaknya reputasi merek dan menyebabkan persaingan usaha tidak sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaharuan yaitu pembahasan mengenai fenomena black campaign tidak hanya dapat terjadi pada saat pemilihan umum, praktik black campaign yang bertujuan merugikan pesaing dapat terjadi pada hukum kekayaan intelektual terutama terhadap merek dagang yang diakibatkan oleh perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat. Hasil penelitian yaitu untuk perlindungan hukum terhadap korban black campaign dapat mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat bahwasannya black campaign sebagai perbuatan yang mengandung informasi menyesatkan dan dapat merusak reputasi merek serta dapat mematikan pesaing karena bersifat menolak dan menghalangi pemegang hak atas merek untuk masuk terhadap bidang yang sama.

The study aims to investigate the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in overcoming moral decadence of students at SMK Ngesti Widhi Husada Kendal. Moral decadence is often a major concern in the context of education today, especially among vocational high school students. The study used a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews and observations of several PAI teachers at the school. The results of the study show that PAI teachers play a significant role in guiding and directing students to face the moral challenges they face, such as unhealthy use of social media, conflicts between students, and other problems related to moral values. PAI teachers serve as good role models for students, provide moral guidance, and work together with school staff and parents to create a conducive learning environment in efforts to prevent moral decadence.This study also identifies inhibiting and supporting factors in the role of PAI teachers, including collaboration with colleagues, support for facilities and infrastructure, and challenges such as lack of student awareness and lack of family support. The implications of this study indicate the need for a holistic approach in strengthening the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in supporting the formation of character and morality of students at SMK Ngesti Widhi Husada Kendal.

Sport is a medium for people to gather and has become a new necessity in life. One of the most popular sports that many compete in is athletics. VO2Max is one of the supporting achievements of athletes, especially branch athletes who require good physical condition. Based on information from the management of the Indonesian Athletics Association in the city of Lubuklinggau, athlete performance tends to decline from the 2019 Provincial Sports Week in Prabumulih City where athletes running the 1,500m middle distance did not achieve good results. , athletes were only able to finish in 10th and 13th place. In the research used, this was experimental research using a one group pretest posttest design, where this research method was used to look for cause and effect or the influence of one variable on another variable. The population of this study were all 10 athletic athletes from the city of Lubuklinggau. The sampling technique was random sampling. This research involved 10 athletic athletes from the city of Lubuklinggau with 16 treatments in the form of interval training exercises, giving results where the average VO2Max before was 42.15 which changed to 44.12 after being given interval training treatment. Meanwhile, the results of scientific tests through the paired sample t test show that there is an influence of interval training on the VO2Max results of Lubuk Linggau City athletic athletes because the tcount is (5.625 - 1.833). Based on the findings of the research results above, this research can be concluded that the average VO2Max before was 42.15 which changed to 44.12 after being given interval training treatment. The results of statistical tests using the paired sample t test show that there is an influence of interval training on the VO2Max results of Lubuk Linggau City athletic athletes.

This community service was carried out by the SLB Global School teacher Jalan H. Agus Salim, Alue Berawa Village, Langsa District, Langsa City.  The problem faced is that learning methods for students with special needs are not yet optimal.  The aim of the research is to optimize the ability of special education teachers to use learning methods for students with special needs. The method used is descriptive with accompanying presentation, discussion and training techniques for participants regarding the importance of learning methods for students with special needs. The results of this research are that teachers can optimize learning methods for students with special needs who are hearing impaired. So that it can foster differentiated, fun and meaningful learning for children with special needs.

Dieng Kabupaten Banjarnegara memiliki iklim yang cocok untuk pertanian sayuran. Khususnya di Desa Ratamba Kecamatan Pejawaran Kabupaten Banjarnegara memiliki komoditas pertanian kentang dan wortel. Untuk saat ini hasil panen dipasarkan secara konvensional dengan mengumpulkan hasil panen pada pengepul dan mengirimkan ke pasar untuk selanjutnya dikirim ke beberapa daerah di sekitar kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pemasaran dengan metode konvensional sudah dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama. Akan tetapi ada celah kekurangan yang terjadi di rantai distribusi dalam proses bisnis pertanian tersebut. Salah satunya adalah petani tidak dapat menentukan harga sayuran hasil panennya karena distribusi sayuran harus melalui pengepul atau tengkulak terlebih dahulu. Sehingga yang menentukan harga di pasar adalah pengepul, bukan oleh petani secara langsung. Selain itu, petani juga tidak dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasaran hasil pertaniannya. Disebabkan distribusi barang tidak dilakukan oleh petani akan tetapi oleh dilakukan oleh pengepul juga. Oleh karena alasan tersebut maka pada pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dikembangkan website yang dapat diakses oleh petani di Desa Ratamba untuk memasarkan dan menjual hasil pertanian mereka secara langsung. Dengan adanya media online yang digunakan oleh petani diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan para petani. Dengan demikian diharapkan petani dapat terus mempertahankan dan meingkatkan kualitas hasil pertanian mereka

In the modern era full of competition, organizations are required to always innovate and improve their performance. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is one of the main performance indicators used to measure and evaluate the achievements of individuals, teams and the organization as a whole. KPIs are used in various fields, including business, education, and government. This research aims to identify the role of KPIs in encouraging employee performance and organizational productivity. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method through literature study. The research results show that KPI has a crucial role in encouraging employee performance and organizational productivity. KPIs can set clear direction, increase motivation and engagement, provide constructive feedback, encourage communication and collaboration, identify training and development needs, and increase accountability in the organization. Failure to implement or manage KPIs can have significant consequences in driving employee performance and organizational productivity in the modern era. In addition, there are several ideal strategies for using it effectively, including measurable and well-defined measurements.

This gratuity is a practice that often occurs in a nation, which is carried out by state administrators or state officials. Gratification is one form given to state administrators or state officials to influence the performance of public officials which can create the potential for creating an economy at high costs and can affect the quality and fairness of services provided to the community. In the development of this gratification, initially gratification only took the form of money and goods, but in fact the practice of gratification has developed in the form of sexual services. This research seeks to answer the issue of limits on gratification as regulated in Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication Law. Because the existence of gratification for sexual services must be regulated first so that the perpetrator can be subject to criminal sanctions. As a comparison for this research, it uses a comparative method by examining legal regulations regarding gratification in another country, namely Singapore.

Pelatihan di PKBM SEJATI KUDUS untuk para siswa Kejar Paket C perlu dilakukan karena berdasarkan pengamatan sebelumnya, bahwa para siswa Kejar Paket C belum mengenal sama sekali tentang penggunaan aplikasi Canva maupun memahami cara menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana untuk usaha kecil. Dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, penggunaan aplikasi Canva mendukung proses desain grafis (poster, brosur, dll). Penggunaan aplikasi Canva diharapkan dapat membantu para siswa Kejar Paket C untuk membuat desain yang mereka butuhkan sehingga setelah lulus mereka dapat membuka lapangan usaha sendiri dan memperoleh penghasilan. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil prasurvey yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Tim PPM Lembaga Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas STEKOM Semarang di PKBM SEJATI KUDUS. Program PPM ini juga merupakan tanggapan akan kebutuhan para siswa Kejar Paket C, yang sejak lama merasakan bahwa mereka belum cukup lancar untuk menggunakan program-program komputer dan memahami siklus akuntansi tersebut.
Kegiatan berlangsung di PKBM SEJATI KUDUS yang berada di Jl. Pasuruhan Kidul II, Pasuruhan Kidul, Kec. Jati, Kabupaten Kudus, Jawa Tengah 59349 pada tanggal 10, 11, dan 18 November 2023.  Pola pelaksanaan program pelatihan bidang Aplikasi Canva dan Akuntansi bagi para siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS, dilakukan dengan cara klasikal. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS yang berjumlah sekitar 15 orang. Berdasarkan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS dapat memahami penggunaan Aplikasi Canva yang baik dan benar dalam kegiatan desain grafis. Selain itu siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS dapat memahami penggunaan Akuntansi untuk menyusun laporan keuangan secara sederhana bagi usaha kecil.
