In carrying out economic development in Indonesia, it has an impact on the rampant environmental damage which means the rampant environmental crimes that occur in Indonesia. Basically, these development activities contain the risk of environmental pollution and damage. Lack of supervision of environmental management permits by authorized agencies, law enforcement officers who are less than optimal in enforcing environmental law and weak criminal sanctions and compensation applied to business actors who violate, cause a lack of deterrent effect on business actors who violate. In addition, the desire of business actors who only prioritize profit and do not care about environmental recovery by ignoring the management of solid waste of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) which can have a fatal impact on the environment. Management of hazardous and toxic waste (B3) in Indonesia is guided by Government Regulation Number 101 of 2014 concerning Management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste (B3) and Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. B3 waste is a waste or waste whose nature and concentration contain toxic and hazardous substances so that directly or indirectly it can damage the environment, disrupt health, and threaten the survival of humans and other organisms. B3 waste is not only produced from industrial activities but household activities can produce several types of this waste. The method used is normative legal research by examining the regulations and laws that regulate it. This study aims to determine the relationship between positive legal regulations and the problem of B3 waste and how to overcome this B3 waste so that the environment is maintained.

Using plant-based pesticides is a good step for agriculture that is more environmentally friendly than chemical pesticides. Vegetable pesticides are more natural and safer for the environment than chemical pesticides because they are made from natural ingredients. The impacts that will be felt if the use of chemical pesticides continues will have an impact on animals and humans. Chemical pesticides have the most significant effect, namely causing the death of several other animals besides organisms. In addition, exposure to chemical pesticides also has significant effects on human health. Achievements in this community service can increase knowledge about pest control by using vegetable pesticides from onion skins which can be used as natural pesticides and the community can switch from using chemical pesticides to vegetable pesticides which are more environmentally friendly.

Abstrak:
The primary function of mobile robots is to transport various loads, including their own weight and additional cargo. Ensuring adequate torque in the wheel motors is crucial for effective load-bearing and movement. This study investigates the load-carrying capabilities of the TT DC gearbox motor, a popular and cost-effective choice for small robots. A mobile robot equipped with four TT DC gearbox motors and employing skid steering locomotion was constructed for this purpose. The robot featured a container designed to carry sand, and its load capacity was tested by gradually increasing the weight until the robot could no longer move. Experimental results showed that the maximum load the robot could carry on a flat surface was 4000 grams, which corresponds to 1000 grams per 5 cm diameter wheel, driven by a stall torque of 0.08336 Nm (0.85 kg.cm). This finding is consistent with the motor's specified stall torque of 0.8 kg.cm at 6V. These results suggest that the maximum load of a mobile robot can be predicted using the motor's stall torque specification and the wheel radius through the total tractive effort (TTE) formula. This study offers valuable insights into estimating the performance limits of DC gearbox motors used in driving mobile robots.

The high pedestrian activity and traffic flow in the education area on Jalan Raya Abepura-Sentani Jayapura City led to the provision of Pedestrian Bridges (JPO) in two locations, namely in front of the Cenderawasih University Auditorium (JPO-1) and in front of SMP YPPK Santu Paulus (JPO-2). This research was conducted to determine the suitability of the physical geometric standards of the pedestrian bridge and its level of effectiveness, as well as factors that affect pedestrian satisfaction in using the two Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) facilities. Geometric analysis was carried out using the standard of Pedestrian Bridge Planning Procedures for Urban Pedestrians (1995) and Technical Planning of Pedestrian Facilities (2023), calculation of the level of effectiveness using the volume of crossings, and analysis of service satisfaction using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results found that the condition of JPO-2 is better and meets the standards because it uses a slope that can be used by people with disabilities, while the slope on the steps of JPO-1 is too steep (40°) and narrow with a width of 1.4 meters, so the effectiveness level of JPO-2 is higher (67%) than JPO-1 (52%). Factors affecting user satisfaction are aspects of comfort, safety, and security. The main obstacles in using the pedestrian bridge are dirty conditions, no lighting, the presence of people under the influence of alcohol or extortionists, and damage to the Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) facilities.
