This research evaluates the effectiveness of playback TV media in improving students' listening skills at SD 012 Kampung Panjang. Qualitative methods with classroom observations were used to collect data related to student interactions with this media. The research results show that rotating TV can increase students' motivation and involvement in listening learning. This media offers an interesting and realistic learning experience, even though there are obstacles. This research suggests the use of rotating TV and active interaction after listening as effective strategies in language learning.

Citra publik Kediri yang masih belum maksimal berdampak pada sepinya jumlah pengunjung wisata pada sektor-sektor tertentu. Selain itu, pengelolaan dan pemasaran yang kurang baik disertai dengan penyerapan investor yang kurang juga menjadi permasalahan yang cukup kompleks. Ditambah lagi di beberapa sektor wisata, Kediri masih memiliki banyak sekali kekurangan, mulai dari kurang maksimalnya pemanfaatan potensi pariwisata yang ada, hingga fluktuasi jumlah pengunjung yang berakibat pada menurunnya pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Dari potensi-potensi tersebut, maka sangat penting disusun sebuah strategi pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan yang tepat disertai pemasaran yang bagus, efektif dan efisien menjadi media promosi untuk peningkatan citra publik Kediri di kancah lokal maupun nasional. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengembangan “Dolan Yuk“ sebagai platform untuk pemasaran, promosi wisata sekaligus sebagai sarana untuk berinvestasi bagi masyarakat luas di bidang pariwisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif berbasis pendekatan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa pengembangan “Dolan Yuk“ sendiri merupakan salah satu cara dari strategi stabilitas untuk mengembangkan potensi pariwisata Kediri yang jauh lebih baik lagi, yaitu dengan menyerap banyak investor maupun visitor dengan berbagai menu yang ditawarkan secara daring. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat berdampak dalam pelestarian kebudayaan lokal sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui sektor pariwisata.

Work life balance is a problem experienced by health workers, one of which is in the nurse group. Nurses are faced with high role demands, where the tasks and responsibilities of activities that need to be completed at the same time, this will cause an imbalance in their personal lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and work-life balance in nurses at the hospital. This correlation research design uses a crossectional approach. The research sample taken using total sampling amounted to 41 nurses. The research data was taken with a questionnaire sheet, then analyzed using the Spearman Rho test. The results showed that most (63.4%) nurses experienced heavy workload, and most (56,1%) nurses experienced currently work-life balance. Based on the results of the analysis using an ordinal scale with the Spearman Rho test, the p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) and the value = ?0.517, then H1 is accepted. There is a relationship between workload and work life balance in nurses at the hospital. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the hospital will pay attention in handling the tasks and responsibilities experienced by nurses so that nurses are able to manage time in completing their work to be maximized and directed without thinking about matters outside of their work.

Internal audit activities are carried out to meet and implement the Safety Management System (SMS) rules so that safety on board ships is implemented in accordance with the ISM Code. In addition, an internal audit conducted by a shipping company can minimize the findings of an external audit of the Safety Management System (SMS). The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation process, obstacles and solutions for the implementation of MV internal audit. Dewi Shinta Manggala. The method carried out in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the obstacles faced in the obstacles experienced in the internal audit process are the unsuitable time between the ship's schedule and the auditor resulting in delays, crew ratings that are not optimal in implementing the Safety Management System (SMS), and the crew's understanding of the Safety Management System (SMS) on board the ship which is considered to be still lacking. So that the efforts that must be made, namely the company's internal parties communicate well with each other, the company gives strict sanctions to crews who do not optimally implement SMS, the company requires crews to attend SMS training.

However, due to the minimum and lack of knowledge of the MSMEs in Pedurungan Lor regarding the importance of planning and implementing appropriate promotion strategies on social media, the team proposing community service, the Department of Communication Science, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, University of Semarang, was moved to do community service to Msmes in Pedurungan Lor Village. , Semarang City, with the title “RISING UP UMKM”. To provide knowledge and skills in terms of promotion on social media, and develop more targeted promotion strategies, improve the quality of content to expand reach.</span>

Golden Age is an era for children which is most crucial in building character in the future. However, nowadays many children are exposed to gadgets from an early age. The role of parents is very important to facilitate creative and positive activities to divert children's addiction to gadgets. Ecoprint is one of the activities that can be done with children. So, the service team held a service in the form of ecoprint training which was attended by women from Desa Batursari who are members of the Batursari Creative Women's School. As a result, participants took part in the training enthusiastically and produced good creations. The hope is that this activity can be an idea for playing with children at home.

Self-directedness is a crucial skill for prospective science teachers, and the Think-Pair-Project-Share (TP2S) model has shown promise in fostering collaboration and critical thinking. This aim study to investigates the effectiveness of TP2S in promoting self-directed learning among these future educators. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the think-pair-project-share (TP2S) learning model in facilitating the self-directedness of prospective science teachers. This quantitative research uses a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were second semester students, while the research sample consisted of 72 students. The self-directedness data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a scale. Based on the results of the paired sample T test, it can be seen that both experimental classes obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000. It can be concluded that the paired sample T test value in the experimental class is 0.000<0.05 so that there is a significant difference in results between the pretest and posttest scores (H0 is rejected). It can be concluded that there is a difference in self-directedness between students who study human and environmental subjects using the think pair project share model and those who use the conventional model. It is known that the application of the TP2S learning model has an effect on the self-directedness of prospective science teachers. The implications of this research support and strengthen the results of theoretical studies that the TP2S learning model is a student-centered learning model that utilizes the ability to manage learning strategies independently.

The purpose of this analysis is to find out how the company’s financial performance is based on financial ratios. This is important to measure and evaluate, so that you can get a comprehensive picture of your financial position. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods with data documentation. The financial report analysis method involves several financial ratios, namely liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The results of the discussion showed that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk shows fluctuating ratios every year, this is due to increases or decreases in financial report items, for example sales, inventory, profits and others.

Literacy is an individual's ability to understand, use and analyze information through various forms of language. Literacy includes understanding reading, writing and arithmetic, as well as the ability to process information critically and creatively. Through training in making media, comics and sketchbooks. Training activities are carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Where training activities were carried out twice at the Sidomulyo Kulon Progo Literacy House. This training activity supports increasing children's interest in literacy at the Literacy House. Apart from that, the activities and making of wall media, comics and scratchbook can increase children's creativity.

Surabaya as the second-largest city in Indonesia, faces serious challenges in waste management with daily waste generation reaching 1,800.05 tons in 2023, exceeding the capacity of Benowo landfill of 1,400 tons per day. Responding to this excess of 300 tons of daily waste, the Environmental Agency (DLH) of Surabaya City initiated the Zero Waste Village program. This program aims to increase public awareness about environmental cleanliness and waste management, implemented through collaboration between DLH and students from UPN Veteran East Java. The methods used include waste banks, composters, takakura, and processing into ecoenzymes. The program stages include sampling determination, initial waste weighing, intensive socialization, and final weighing. The results are encouraging, with a significant reduction in waste generation to an average of 0.19 kg per day per person after socialization. This success demonstrates the program's effectiveness in changing community behavior and reducing waste volume, providing hope for more sustainable waste management in Surabaya and reducing the excessive burden on the Benowo landfill.
