Healthcare 4.0 presents a promising new vision for the healthcare industry, including hospitals. Its objective is to offer superior, value added health services, while simultaneously enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the healthcare industry. Consequently, it will effectively boost the quality, significance, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency of healthcare services and elevate patient satisfaction. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and SIMRS are two technologies undergoing implementation and advancement. However, numerous hospitals have yet to realize optimal implementation. The Technology Readiness Index (TRI) serves as a user readiness parameter for adopting and utilizing new technology. The questionnaire comprised 44 items to assess users' readiness. The validity test demonstrated that all items were valid (r count > r table) and the questionnaire Cronbach's Alpha respectively indicating reliability. The questionnaire design can be used to evaluate the preparedness of SIMRS and electronic medical record (RME) users in hospitals using the technology readiness index approach. Further research is necessary to implement the questionnaire design.

Macrozoobenthos is a group of benthic organisms measuring more than 1 mm that plays a crucial role in the process of decomposition and mineralization of organic material in aquatic ecosystems. The purpose of this observation was to determine the ecological index and density of macrozoobenthos in Pengudang and Dompak Waters. This observation was conducted from May 26-27, 2024 in the waters of Pengudang and Dompak using the survey method. Determination of sampling points is done by random sampling of 20 points each line transect. Macrozoobenthos measurements using 1x1m quadrant transect. The results showed that Pengudang waters had a higher species density with an average value of 13 (medium) compared to Dompak with an average of 0.03 (low). The diversity index ranged from 0.36-1.05, with Pengudang showing higher values. The uniformity index in Pengudang was 0.50 (medium), and in Dompak 0.17 (low). The dominance index was higher in Dompak (0.84) than Pengudang (0.40). Water quality parameters showed that temperature, salinity and pH were within safe limits, but TSS values in Dompak exceeded quality standards, indicating higher sedimentation levels.

Risk based audit (RBA) is an approach that is increasingly being applied in the banking sector to increase the effectiveness of risk management and compliance with regulations. This approach helps banks identify high-risk areas and prioritize audits according to the level of risk. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature research approach. Data sources consist of scientific journal articles, books, reports and documents related to risk-based and banking audits. Research findings show that the RBA has several key roles in improving banking performance. First, RBA improves operational efficiency and effectiveness by focusing audits on high-risk areas. Second, the RBA enables banks to proactively identify and manage risks, thereby strengthening financial and operational stability. Third, the RBA ensures that banks are more compliant with regulations and industry standards, reducing the risk of sanctions and fines. In addition, the implementation of RBA encourages the formation of a strong risk management culture and the use of information technology to support the risk management process. Risk based audit plays a significant role in improving banking performance. By improving operational efficiency, managing risk proactively, ensuring regulatory compliance, establishing a strong risk management culture, and leveraging technology, banks can achieve stability and better performance in the long term. These findings support the importance of implementing RBA as the main strategy in risk management and supervision in the banking sector.
