Abstrak:
Abstract, In recent years, there have been challenges faced by MTs Al Abraar in an effort to improve student learning outcomes, especially in creating creative and innovative learning. The partners involved in this program are teachers at the Al-Abraar Tandem Hilir Private Middle School, Hamparan Perak District, where the main problem experienced by partners is the lack of knowledge in using IT in creating creative teaching materials. Therefore, the solution offered is to provide training in creating creative teaching materials to improve teachers' knowledge and skills in creating, using and optimizing the use of Canva. The location for implementing this program has been discussed with partners, namely at the Al Abraar Tandem Hilir Private Middle School located at Jln. Listrik Emplasmen Tandam Hilir I, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This program consists of stages of preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. In implementing this service, the team implemented the in-house training method. In the implementation of the training, the community service team provided tutorial materials on the use of Canva which would be carried out for 2 meetings (2 meetings per material) and carried out alternately with a duration of 120 minutes each. Training activities on this were carried out on August 8-9, 2024 offline with lecture methods, direct training, discussions and questions and answers. The results of this activity can be seen that the participants of the activity can recognize and can create creative teaching material designs using Canva and its supporting features and are used in teaching. The sustainability of this program can be measured by the existence of teaching materials made using Canva.

Abstrak:
Pendidikan berperan penting dalam membentuk kualitas sumber daya manusia di era digitalisasi. Tantangan yang ada pada era digitalisasi adalah bagaimana meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan solusi digitalisasi pembelajaran melalui teknologi. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta memerlukan cara untuk meningkatkan dan mempersiapkan kompetensi mahasiswa terkait keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja. Hal itu dikarenakan kurangnya skill yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa tidak memenuhi kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara link and match. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penulis memberikan inovasi pembuatan aplikasi ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry). Aplikasi ini merupakan digitalisasi platform yang dirancang berbasis artificial intellegence. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran dengan kuantitatif melalui survey pengisian angket dan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Hasil dari survey uji kepuasan didapat nilai 87,2% dari aspek kinerja dan 85,6% dari aspek manfaat. Diharapkan gagasan inovasi ini dapat memberikan bekal dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk meraih kesuksesan karir bagi mahasiswa, alumni, dan industri, tidak hanya di UNY melainkan di universitas lain juga.
Education plays an important role in shaping the quality of human resources in the digitalization era. The challenge in the digitalization era is how to increase student learning motivation with digital learning solutions through technology. The Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, needs a way to improve and prepare student competencies related to the skills needed in the world of work. This is because the lack of skills possessed by students does not meet the required qualifications so that there is a mismatch between link and match. To overcome this, the author provides an innovation in creating the ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry) application. This application is a digitalization platform designed based on artificial intelligence. The research method used is a mixture of quantitative through a questionnaire survey and qualitative descriptive with literature studies. The results of the satisfaction test survey obtained a value of 87.2% from the performance aspect and 85.6% from the benefit aspect. It is hoped that this innovation idea can provide provisions in preparing themselves to achieve career success for students, alumni, and industry, not only at UNY but also at other universities.

Abstrak:
Make Learning Fun is a strategy for kampus mengajar students' classroom management that focuses on creating an interesting and interactive learning environment for students. This approach aims to prevent boredom in the learning process. This study examines classroom management strategies implemented by students who are members of the Kampus Mengajar program at SDN 4 Bedahan Depok. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. In this study, researchers used NVivo 12 Pro software to code data from the results of data collection of interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study show that the implementation of strategies in classroom management through the Make Learning Fun program was the first time created by kampus mengajar students at SDN Bedahan 4 Depok. Students are able to think innovatively in classroom management by making the learning process not only transfer knowledge but also create a fun, interesting, interactive learning atmosphere according to the needs of students without eliminating aspects of learning objectives. The findings of this study can be described as follows: (1) Student Strategies in Classroom Management; (2) Student Implementation of Classroom Management; and (3) Make Learning Fun as a Student Strategy in Classroom Management.

Abstrak:
This research examines the local wisdom of the Bugis tribal community in Karangantu, Banten Province, focusing on four main aspects: monetary panai, mapasili traditions, mattampung, and traditional houses. The research method used is qualitative and based on observations and in-depth interviews with local community members. Research findings show that panai money functions as a symbol of the husband's respect and responsibility towards the married woman, as well as a reflection of the family's social status. The mapasili tradition, performed three days after death, aims to purify the house and clothes of the deceased as a sign of respect towards the ancestors. In addition, the mattampung tradition reflects strong social and cultural values within the community, while the traditional Bugis house in Karangantu is also a symbol of cultural identity that needs to be preserved. This research shows that despite the influence of modernization, the Bugis people still maintain these traditions as an integral part of their identity that must be preserved for future generations. These findings shed light on how local wisdom can adapt and survive in changing times.

Abstrak:
The expert system application are developed in line with the existence of information technology. The development of expert systems aims to be a means of assistance to provide solutions in our lives. This expert system can help technicians get solutions quickly and can save time. Expert systems use computer technology to integrate, manipulate and display information or characteristics. Expert systems can also help in making better solutions. With the very rapid technological advances today, an idea or idea has emerged from the author to try to implement one of the expert system application programs into the quality of service activities of computer technicians. The author tries to build an application that will help to facilitate the provision of solutions to computer damage to hardware so that it can make it easier for users or technicians to get solutions quickly. The system to be created is "Designing an Expert System for Diagnosing Computer Problems Using Visual Basic" This system will use the prototype method and tools for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system is built using the Visual Basic 6.0 application to process the Microsoft Access database.

As a shipping company that operates in the agency sector and handles its own routine ships in transporting coal, PT. The Long Branch Adhiguna Ark Shipping also handles ship documents. A ship is declared seaworthy or can sail to carry and unload goods if it is equipped with ship documents that have been approved by the harbormaster. The harbormaster only asks for these documents specifically for local ships. Almost every ship document that is being loaded at the special terminal of PT. Bukit Asam, which is served by an agency company, experienced document deays. The result of deays in this document can affect the ship's activities/activities at the port. One of them is that the ship is removed first from the special port of PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) because it has exceeded the specified waiting time limit. So the ship will return to anchorage, waiting for the exit document process to be completed. The length of time the document process was completed hampered the ship's departure to fulfill its trip (voyage), thereby reducing coal deiveries for the PLTU's needs and this gave rise to complaints from the PLTU. One solution is for the agent to frequently coordinate with reated parties for the smooth running of activities.

Currently at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, there is an outreach to find new students for high school and equivalent schools which is carried out every year. The socialization process explains the steps for registering new students. In the future, it is hoped that many prospective students will register to become new students. UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. In designing this simulation using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method, the stages in the MDLC method can make the simulation design in the form of animation complete. This research method provides information using instruments with a qualitative approach. This method collects data provided or obtained from sources, both written and verbal. A qualitative approach is carried out by interviewing sources directly, making direct observations from the field. The beta test results show that the animated simulation video for new student admissions at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi obtained an average percentage of 87%. The highest percentage score was 93% for the assessment of the first question regarding sound quality and the fourth question regarding whether the animated simulation video could be played well.

This study was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency. The research aims to assess public satisfaction with the public services provided by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Public satisfaction, based on indicators such as service procedures, service requirements, service speed, and service fairness, has not been fully met. This conclusion was derived from observations, document analysis, and interviews with informants, including the Head of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency, the Secretary of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency, and key community members who use the services of the office. Recommendations suggest that the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency should maintain and further optimize all indicators of satisfaction to enhance public service quality.

This study aims to examine the Analysis of the Development of the Tangkahan Tourism Area. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques in this study are interviews and observations. Data collection is data obtained from research sources that are still raw and have not been processed by researchers Data reduction, data presentation, the process of drawing conclusions involves the researcher interpreting the data that has been displayed. The methods carried out include comparisons, grouping, making patterns, and triangulating. The results of tourism development research are carried out with the aim of making tourism advanced and developing in a better direction in terms of the quality of facilities, facilitating access anywhere, becoming a desired destination, and making good economic benefits for the surrounding community. Tourism planning and development is not a stand-alone system, but is closely related to other development planning systems intra-sectoral and intra-regional. Then the development of tourist destinations requires good and appropriate planning techniques. The development technique must combine several aspects to support the success of tourism. These aspects are accessibility aspects (transportation and marketing channels), characteristics of tourism infrastructure, level of social interaction, linkage/compatibility with other sectors, resilience to tourism impacts, level of resistance of local communities, and so on.

This study aims to examine the relationship between employee training and development programs and customer satisfaction levels within the hospitality sector, with a particular focus on MaxOne Hotels in Makassar. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates employee surveys, customer feedback, and performance metric analysis to assess the influence of training programs on service quality and customer experiences. The findings reveal that employee training and development variables account for only 1.4% of the variance in customer satisfaction, with the remaining 98.6% influenced by other factors. Nevertheless, well-structured training program designs were shown to significantly enhance employees' critical thinking, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, technology-based training demonstrates substantial potential for improving service efficiency and facilitating adaptation to operational innovations. In conclusion, while the direct impact of training on customer satisfaction is relatively minor, thoughtfully designed training programs remain essential for delivering high-quality customer experiences and sustaining competitiveness in the industry. This research offers valuable insights into strategies for optimizing training effectiveness in the hospitality sector.
